  1. Past hour
  2. Carl's stepfather hit the nail on the head, I liked him. I think Amanda, having something else outside of loverboy, will help their relationship. I felt sorry for Gabby, but if that's her friend, she doesn't need enemies
  3. Oh, Book! He seemed prepared for everything but Moll basically being like "Yo, he may have been a good mentor to you but he SUCKED as a father, so I could give a shit about our relationship." I guess that is a common blindspot, to be fair. Plus, if I were a betting man, this will all probably end with them forming some kind of bond by the end of this. So, long story short, Moll and L'ak are basically on the run from a Blood contract because the latter is Breen and their whole relationship is looked down upon by everyone else. Plus, killing those soldiers and shooting his uncle probably didn't help things either. Can't really blame him on that though, because Eve Harlow would be worth going against your douchebag of an uncle! But that is why they are so gung-ho to get the Progenitors' powers for themselves. With Michael away (with Book), Rayner.... actually played really well with the Discovery crew. Still kept his natural sternness and firm grip on the proceedings, but was still more open with them and seemed to find a better way to get ideas out of them without being a jerk about it. He might fit in, after-all! Callum Keith Renne is doing good work here. The stuff with Tilly and Culber felt random out and out of place. Second episode in a row without checking in on Saru. I'm sure he'll be back at some point, but I'm wondering if this direction (him serving on the station, Rayner as the new number one, etc.) was always planned or if Doug Jones needed a lighter schedule for this final season?
  4. Me too, fingers crossed that this trend passes quickly. Yesterday my local TV news program had a spot where they asked a doctor if these new whole body deodorants were really necessary and he pretty much said "no" and it's really just a marketing ploy. He did say that they do have ingredients in them that prevent odor in a different way from antiperspirants but he said they might cause other issues in some people because they tend to have strong fragrances that some people are sensitive to, and putting them on certain parts of the body might do more harm than good if people actually put them on their private parts, especially women. He said that they are not formulated to be gentle to those areas, even the "butt crack" area.
  5. I was wondering where I knew Caitlin Reilly (the female sprite) from and it wasn't on her IMDB. This episode it came to me. She is in a bunch of Dropout stuff.
  6. Anyone know who played the long curly haired detective? She looked familiar but she’s not in the IMDB listing.
  7. Breia Jenae’s mom saying things like “yes I am partly responsible because I give her the foods,” saying that is meaningless. Stop giving her the foods! She has such nerve to say how much her daughter means to her, when she is causing her daughter to be miserable. This is a form of child abuse. I love my kids, and part of that is teaching them moderation, and that they can’t have everything they want. Don’t we want our kids to grow up to be healthy and happy adults?
  8. I think it's a combination of construction and chefs. It's not like it's the first time chefs have had to deal with challenging conditions. Cheese isn't some kind of mysterious ingredient either. It's baffling that so many defaulted to croquettes for the challenge with the same speed Chopped contestants default to bread pudding in the dessert round. As for the chaos challenge, even if he mangled the description, production would be there to make sure the rules are clear. It sounds like Kristin still isn't sure of what the challenge was supposed to be and if anyone would know, it'd be her and the judges.

    The NBA

I want to say no because I strongly dislike the Lakers but is there an alternate universe where they could have been competitive or won a game against a team that wasn't Denver?
  10. She and Tom Irwin also stole the show Devious Maids for me.
  11. 'Today's the Day The Flash Was Meant to Go Missing'
  12. It could be worth keeping track of the writers, actors, et al., to see what they do in the future.
  13. Wonder what fast fashion brand was having a clearance? I swear 90% of the set dressimg on this show was purchased at Pier One's going out of business sale.
  14. I knew Tiffany wasn't going to vote Q out. Refer to Season 41 and 42 for my reasons. Hunter, you never, never, never, everevereverever tell anyone you have an idol!! And if you have a "feeling"? Play the damn idol!! Can contestants be this dumb like Hunter was? I wonder if they are told to tell someone about the idol to create drama. Maybe things are different when you are out there. The elements and surroundings and no food make you make unwise decisions.
  15. I can't figure out what the point of Maggie being a dupe and a dope for Konstantine is. I'm also increasingly not giving a rats ass either. Even worse, though, is if there is a point to that repulsive wrestling match between AlexBenOllie and Tony the Tigress, I don't want to know what it is. The camera filming those scenes should have thrown up. I am all for Rachel walking in on them because that's how much I hate that little shit.
  16. Hannah is married to Jer. And yes, Hannie is Johannah's pet name.
  17. Today
  18. Another great case that had me guessing until the end. I love how different and unique the cases still are two seasons in! Loved Allison finally starting to figure out why she’s so messed up. Too bad for her that it led to the usual case epiphany and she was ignored yet again. Loved all the one liners, especially with Todd commenting on her roots and how her neck looks nice but the rest of her is gross. Typical sibling banter and I’m here for it!
  19. Sandoval: Say, I stepped on Kyle’s shoes. Then he burns my house down- - I want to know what he would have said next.

Good riddance. Maybe now Lebron will finally retire and they can dump DLo because he’s just trash at this point. Zero points in a must win game and scrolling on his phone during a time out. Why did they sign him yet again? He was trash the first time around as well.
  21. There have been articles stating that's a change this season, that while a QF win will no longer confer immunity, an EC win will be what grants the winning chef safety in the next round, but the flip side is that QF performance will be a factor in the EC deliberation. But I have not registered that being mentioned yet on the show itself. I may very well have missed it, though, so if anyone can confirm ... I have read that, later in the season, Tom and Gail are going to join Kristen in judging the quickfires, and that that's when the quickfires will start to factor into decisions about who wins and who goes home.

Of all teams, why the Chiefs. I just can’t.
  23. Guess the whole cat-business was just a lame excuse to set the show in America. Boooo! But speaking of that business, Edwin, honey, just fuck the cat king and be done with this whole thing. It's not like you don't want to. Let's be real, if you weren't so repressed you would have done it without any quit pro quo.
  24. At SUR, after James asks everyone over to his house for a pool party. Did you guys catch Lala saying, “Wait. I have to call my husband, and find out if I can go.” She pretends to hold a phone. Brock doesn’t miss a beat. He pretends to hold a phone, and says, “Lala, you just called me.”
  25. Friday's episode will be Season 21, Episode 31, that was originally aired October 16, 2017. Discussion Link: "Shared Driveway Dilemma" Case titles: 1) Not Sharing; 2) Unloading A Poor Puppy; 3) Handing Off A Hoopty. Google's title case summary: "A crumbling shared driveway becomes the focus of a neighbour dispute. Then, a couple sue a dog breeder after they buy a puppy with what they believe to be existing health problems." Thank you for next week's listings, CrazyInAlabama. Have a nice weekend, everyone.
