This year they are all so unlikeable and have been fighting with fans online.

They are even going to brawl with each other at the Reunion!

Hopefully, it is Juicer than the clips!

I am totally here for Asuelu to school Steven on how a man should treat his "sweet pie!" I can barely contain myself!

Leida's tiara was from Paris and very expensive?  Do they sell Cracker Jacks in Paris?  Looks like something from Claire's.  If she had that much money, maybe she should have spent it on the down payment for a house.

Maybe she meant Paris, Illinois.

How about the fact she had to sit in jail for two days??? He was probably too cheap to bail her out.

I'm confused by this.  Is it because she's a woman that she should not have had to sit in jail?  Maybe she is violent and deserved to be in jail.

Ashley's like, "I'm white and blonde, all the men want me!"  Now that Jay doesn't she's mad.  Ashley, you're not all that.  I've seen better women at the supermarket and without all the face paint.

Maybe Colt has an adult baby fetish if he is indeed wearing diapers. He’s such a titty baby with his mommy and probably likes Larissa to spank him when he soils his pants.

I had a great friend who used the phrase "titty baby". I loved it. Never heard anyone use it since she moved away. Lisa, is that you?

Are we talking about Ashley and Jay (sorry, just returned from vacation, and am still jet-lagged)?  If so, Pennsylvania has no jurisdiction for the marriage if they got married in Las Vegas.

Annulment laws for LV are summarized here:

"General Nevada Requirements

All couples who want to annul their marriage in Las Vegas must satisfy two basic requirements before filing a Complaint for Annulment in Clark County. First, you must either have been married in Nevada or one spouse must be a resident of the state for at least six weeks prior to filing the complaint. The second requirement is that at least one of the legal grounds necessary for obtaining an annulment is met.

Grounds for Annulment

You need more than just mere regret to annul your marriage in Las Vegas. The state will annul your marriage if your spouse is a close blood relative; your marriage required the consent of a parent, guardian, or court, and consent was never given; one spouse fraudulently obtained consent to marry from the other spouse; one spouse was mentally incompetent or unable to understand what he or she was consenting to; or at the time the marriage took place, one spouse was legally married to another person."

From what I've seen, the only annulment hope is if a judge agrees that Jay was fraudulent in getting Ashley to marry him.  He just came for the green card, not for a marriage.

It may be because of an earlier discussion about Jay and Ashley where I mentioned that my husband's aunt married a man while he was in prison (we are all PA residents).  He died before he ever got released, and their marriage was not recognized by the state because they never consummated it (no conjugal visits for prisoners here).  This was mentioned in detail twice on a TV show that profiled them, but some other people thought it was incorrect.  I have tried to figure it out and was unable to.

You know the camera crew hates her by the number of profile side shots they did of leida in that ill fitting wedding dress.

Is there any information on what actually happened?  Did she lay hands on someone?  Colt seemed very ashamed and embarrassed, and he seems like the sort that would absolutely tell the world that Larissa hit him and that justified his call to the police.

I remember thinking that it was really weird that Colt was so secretive about what happened.  I understand that men are often ashamed of being the victims of domestic violence, but Colt does not seem like that guy.

OK, I totally missed (or misinterpreted) any comments saying Leida was a very thin girl. I said she is shaped like SpongeBob. And I mean that's not the worst thing in the world but she should have selected a wedding gown that would have flattered her more and not drawn attn to that.

But yeah, I think Ashley is like two separate ppl (big on top and small on bottom).

Same here -- very thin girl comment was on Leida. Maybe the confusion exists b/c of the Ashley making comments about being slender and others here said she's not exactly slender?

What was the comment about Leida?

in Larissa's vows to Coltee she specifically said "I will work with your difference."  Is that a language barrier, meaning the differences between them?   Or does he actually have something peculiar to him, as some are thinking!!!  Ooops, another thing.  I think that Kalani may be the one who is "simple," not Asuelo.  She seems baffled by everything.

I noticed that, too! Could be a reference to his vagina, etc. Or it could be Aspergers. (I'm still team Aspergers.)

IMO no one should call 911 on a spouse or partner unless they feel their physical safety is in dire jeopardy. If it's not, just end the relationship when everyone has calmed down. I think some ppl abuse the 911 service (especially some ppl who are in a position higher social power already).

I suspect that some or all of the weddings were re-enactments, to accommodate guests who did not wish to be on TV. Either that, or these couples have no friends or family.

I would think that it would be a nightmare for TLC to film a moderate to large wedding. They would have to obtain waivers for all the guests and edit out those that did not or refuse to sign.  So I can see how these pathetic weddings might be more production driven.

But no one really knows what happened.  Does this mean a "higher social" person shouldn't call 911?

Is it common today for the groom to be given away as well as the bride?  Why did Colt's mother "give him away?"  That's my question.

I wanted to mention that I found it very disheartening Fernando has no support on her wedding day.   John's sister made it clear how sorry she felt for Fernando not having anyone there but not sorry enough to help her get ready.   Seems she was too busy doing her own hair and makeup.    His mom?   Please, a wedding takes an hour at the most and you can't find someone to stay with your mom for a little bit?   She totally did not want to be there.

They might as well have gotten married in NC with his friends, at least Fernando would have had some decent support.

I give her credit for not breaking down.

Because Colt is cruel as hell, and needed to find a way to rub it in Larissa's face that her family isn't there to give her away as is tradition?

Also for irony's sake, because we know Debbie will never give Colt away.  Some desperate woman will need to pry Colt from Debbie's cold lifeless fingers.

Damn, those were the saddest weddings I've ever seen.

When I married Mr. Grey a decade ago, we had a small wedding: about 45 people. Some people dressed up, and some didn't. But you know what made it a great day? HAPPINESS. We looked HAPPY. Our guests looked HAPPY FOR US.

The folks in this episode - guests/hostages and brides/grooms alike looked like they were heading for executions and thought they might be the ones on the chopping block.

Yeppers!!!  I just looked at my wedding photos and it was awesome to see all the smiling faces as we said our vows.   People at this wedding?  Not so much......

Per Colt coming down the aisle with Mom:  I have seen parents escort the groom to the alter, just as parents will escort daughter down the aisle.  But I would think, like @Drogo said above, that you would want to do what the other family is doing so no one feels awkward.  But Colt and his mom seem to lack a lot of social skills.

We can pretty much surmise that nothing happened bc Colt said several times he shouldn't have called. And the bigger tell is that he went forward with the wedding. If his life or the life of his mother had been in grave danger, he would not have gone forward w/ the wedding. That's what you call a "bitch move."

No person, regardless of social power, should call 911 on anyone unless they are genuinely afraid. And if they do call, they don't need to marry the person they had arrested 4 days later. (But Colt, enjoying a much higher level of relative power, was especially wrong bc he has other options besides calling 911.)

Or is Colt claiming battered woman syndrome? No, he actually admitted he was wrong to have called.

Kolani and her pregnancy - Who cares?  So what?  Having kids close together is actually smart since they can keep each other company and play together so parents can do their chores in peace.  Having a single or a lot of years between kids is actually harder.  What if she just got married and "got pregnant on her honeymoon"???? Happens all the time.  For her sister to get upset was just acting and the whole OMG was much ado about nothing.

I said that before - can't remember what thread.  She was only 5 weeks pregnant when she got married.  Keep your mouth shut, and no one will be the wiser.

Am I seriously hearing Ashley correct right now?  This bitch... Beginning of season: "I'm not fat and ugly, so he's definitely not cheating."  End of season:  But she's faaaaaaaaat, and I am the opposite.  He must just like fat chicks."

She's totally rubbing me the wrong way here- I understand she is trying to state a case for her not being his "type," but it just comes off as shallow bullshit.

Ashley may be shocked to know that some men like women with meat on their bones.  My husband is a self-admitted chubby fancier.  Fat chicks need love too.

Actually, Ashley could run into trouble if she did try to get him out of her apartment.  If he got himself a Pennsylvania ID or driver's license with her address listed as his, the police cannot and will not do anything.  Names on leases mean nothing in these situations.  She will be required to go to a magistrate and have him legally evicted -- and that's only if she has grounds for it.

Same in Ohio.  My husband was living with a roommate and splitting expenses.  He had been there 60 days, and had mail delivered there.  That's all it took.

I may have missed this, but why is Fernanda not wearing any of the gowns she tried on at the shop with the absent mother-in-law?

She said that she was saving that dress for a wedding in Mexico.   I didn't care for the one she chose.  It was too short, IMO.  I'm not a fan of tea length wedding dresses.  It doesn't need to be fancy - just a little longer.

I agree with you that spending tons of money for a couple of hours is ridiculous.  The best weddings I have been to have been farm bring-a-dish and VFW halls.

Especially considering how marriages don't seem to last anymore.  My favorite reception was in someone's backyard.  They had a pool, and a pig roast.  We all brought dishes.  It was a ton of fun.

I'm finally watching.  2 things to say.  First, so Eric forgot his pants.  So what.  He is actually WEARING pants and can just get married in those.

He was wearing jeans (and to me, the looked like real Levi's, which surprised me).  To the credit of the people who attended his wedding, I can't remember what they had on (unlike Colt's cousin, with the company-name-embroidered polo shirt and SHORTS, which I will never forget), so maybe jeans would have been too casual.

I do think Leida should have stayed behind and finished getting ready herself, but I could argue that one either way.

Don't forget the fancy flip flops cousin John's deigned to wear to the wedding.  The two random people from Colt's job were better dressed than Colt's entire family.

If we suddenly found out that Coltee used to be a Carolee, and Larissa used to be a Larry, it would all make so much more sense, wouldn't it?

Also, Ashley? I think she was less surprised and upset that Sad Sack already cheated, and more upset that he was about to cheat with someone who was....FAT. When she was blathering on about the "size" of that girl I thought to myself, "Bitch, you now deserve everything you're getting." What a shallow, fat shaming asshole she is, and a stupid one at that!

How about Coltie, Larissa and Debbie in a lesbian triangle?  He has been sporting that K.D. Lang haircut after all.

Just now watching...

Hated Fernanda’s look. It was just weird, kind of like she just rolled out of bed, or was going to church on Sunday after a rough Saturday night. Jon looks better clean shaven.

Does Colt’s asshole have teeth? Larissa looked classy and timeless, though.

Leida’s dress looks like it came from the garbage pail that Debbie lives in. Nothing about about it fit... your chest should hold up a strapless... but her midsection was the only thing holding it on!!! SLIMY!

Have we ever seen Ashley without a drink in her hand?

Asuelu walks like Buddy the elf. Is he an elf? Did Kalani buy her dress at Walmart? So many questions

I don't think Colt has a chromosomal abnormality-- I think he's just very inactive and overweight, and always has been as he has almost no muscle tone. Plus, the disorder is rare and associated with learning and cognitive disabilities, and he's a fully functioning adult male with a normal penis and testes.

That said, I some of those pictures looked like my ex-husband. He had a womanly body, boobs, little to no facial hair, and his penis was pretty tiny. He also had some issues with comprehension and focusing.

In any case, he's in society functioning as a fully developed male, labels nonwithstanding.

Col-Tee reminds me of a guy who was on 600-Pound Life, a mama's boy also.  I also think Col-Tee was once obese, from what I've seen on that other show, even when they lose the weight and have the skin removal, their bodies never look normal.

I, too, thought Larissa's dress was the best out of the group. I see nothing wrong with her buying it at Goodwill.  It was more than likely only worn once,  GW cleans the garments before selling. I am the type that cannot imagine spending a large amount for a wedding dress.  When I got married, my mom offered to buy my dress, we went to a local department store, Dillards, and bought a beautiful dress for under $100.00, my sister wore it the following year when she got married.

Were those friends they had gone to dinner with at the wedding?

Cousin looked very out of place in his advertising t- shirt, floral shorts and flip flops, he made Mama Col-Tee look  like she had dressed up. I just imagine Cousin Wife saying 'I want to go to get on TV one more time!' Cousin says 'good thinking, I can advertise my business again!'.

I was not impressed with the girl from Mexico's dress either. Much better than a formal wedding gown since they were married in a park, but there was so many other options.

And don't get me started on the "Rich" tiara wearing woman! Very expensive from "Paris" my ass!  I was so glad the 2 older daughters stuck to their word & did not go, wish the younger one had not.  And that poor little boy looked like he was not happy.

Wonder if Ashley's scooter riding friend is banging on doors yelling 'I told her so!'.

When my hubby and I were getting married in the fall of 2017, my two sons (18 and 20 at the time) were my best men.  My then fiance looks at me and says, "They are not wearing graphic tees, jeans and tennis shoes.....are they??"   I was like, no, but I do see how some people get really casual for a wedding.  When a cousin died about two years back, her brother showed up in......a graphic tee, jeans and tennis shoes.  And he was in his early 50's.

I have seen this too with the groom. My mil was fun at our wedding...she insisted her Dad walk her down the aisle to her seat since he didn't walk her down the aisle at her own wedding. I didn't know until I saw the video that she "made it a moment' - when they got to the end of the aisle, she hugged him and said something to him (what, I don't know), but she's fun like that. LOL

I'm familiar with the hotel where Eric and Leida had their wedding. It's not in Baraboo, it's in Middleton which is an upscale suburb of Madison 30-45 minutes from Baraboo. You guys, I've been in that room for Chamber of Commerce meetings! I actually spoke once to the group in that room! (No autographs, please.) Sadly, there was a workplace shooting recently in the building across the street that you can see in some shots.

https://hiltongardeninn3.hilton.com/en/hotels/wisconsin/hilton-garden-inn-madison-west-middleton-MSNWHGI/index.html

It's a perfectly typical Hilton Garden Inn. Their website has some photos of the room set up for other weddings and they don't look bad. The room can be divided by a wall to shrink it by half. I'm not sure why they didn't do that for such a small crowd. Also, have one large table for that few guests so there aren't a bunch of empty seats!

The salon Leida went to is downtown on the Capitol Square. It's a "luxury brow boutique" and they do makeup and blowouts as well.  It's a 20 minute drive from the hotel, more if you hit downtown traffic. There is an excellent salon in the shopping center where they bought the pants (couldn't tell if that was the Jos A Bank or Marshalls) and of course many, many more much closer so my guess is she chose Arch because it's "the fanciest salon in Madison". Her makeup did look great.

The furniture store they went to earlier in the season is a boutique store next to a Whole Foods and close to Anthropology, Kate Spade, etc. Madison has plenty of furniture stores so that was a stupid choice. Even if they talked about wanting a Scandinavian style couch they could have gotten one cheaper at a dozen other places. So that's got to be producer-driven.
