Well, if @Kazu is slacking on the job I will fill in this one time...i.e., I’ve been dying to test out my conversion skills and not in any way taking the great Kazus job. ?

I ain't gonna lie, I teared up a bit when Chelsea started crying after court. That was pure relief right there. To know your kid isn't going to be put in a dangerous position anymore...I can't even imagine. 

I cannot believe Adam's POS mom came over and berated Chelsea to "grow up". Grow up??? How about you tell your junkie son to "grow up" and stop beating the shit out of people while high???

 

Gracie needs therapy. I hope she sticks with it. She is clearly crying out for attention, any kind she can get. Leah could learn some parenting lessons while we're at it. If you want your kid to talk to you, take that fucking phone away. (I've no idea why a kid that age needs a phone anyway.)

 

So didn't Kail admit on Twitter she did, in fact, date Dom? Because I'm sure Dom will love seeing her deny it on air. Oh well, she was just using her like she does everyone else. Nothing to see here, folks.

As for the thing with Lincoln's party, I'm kind of on Kail's side. I mean, barring filming was pretty petty, but I'm over Javi and Brianna acting all agog and aghast when Kail gets upset. Whether Kail still had feelings or not, this new relationship is just messy. There's billions of people in the world, but her ex has to date the new girl on her show? It just feels intentional, to cause strife, from day one. 

Putting that aside, these two are forcing their respective families together way too quickly. Brianna was in that house five minutes before she was passing Stella off to Javi's sister. And the dumb shirts. Slow your roll. 

I just feel like Javi waited until the last minute, then decided to inform Kail that a chick who wants to fight her is going to crash her son's party. I'd bail too. 

 

Jenelle's makeup line is such a fucking joke. Look at the woman who's helping her with it! Her blush is so dark she looks like she ran into one of David's famous uppercuts. And she had these random pale splotches all over her face. It was like she tried to contour and forgot to blend? I don't know....not the person I'd be collaborating over makeup with. 

I see Nathan is still as crazy as ever. He sees one dodgy article and he's sending 5 page texts. Wtf???

Also, despite the fact that I think David's mom is probably a real shitty person, that was so uncalled of when Nathan tried dragging her into all the drama. He barely sees Kaiser, then acts all offended because Jenelle didn't show for drop off. 

But, of course, David had to top them all by threatening to "break fucking faces" in front of the kids. Like its normal dinner conversation. He's awful.

Lord, this episode. Thank goodness they ended it with that sweet scene of the DeBoers because they were the only people I didn't want to punch in the throat during this episode (excluding the kids and Jo and Vee). 

First we have the Petty Party - Kail, Javi and Briana, all three trying to convince us that they don't care about anything. Kail doesn't care about Bri dating Javi, she is just mad that Briana disrespected her. Sure, Jan. Bri doesn't care that they aren't going to film the party that she got those matching shirts for just as long as they are together. Sure, Jan. Javi doesn't care that he can't go to Lincoln's original party because Bri is also important to him. Sure, Jan. I don't fault Kail for saying she did not want Bri at the joint party but saying they could not film the party Javi was having was just petty and stupid. As a mother herself who should understand doing things for the sake of the kids, Briana should have told Javi that she did not need to go to the joint party and that he should go so that Lincoln could have both his parents there and then they could have a small celebration later that included her and Nova. But she is an ass so no surprise that was not her response. The only people I liked in these scenes were Jo and Vee trying not to laugh everytime Kail bitched to them about Javi being unreasonable as the two of them probably sat there thinking about how she used to spew that same crap to Javi about them. 

Then we have American Horror Story: Swamp Edition featuring homophobic texts from David, fighting at a parking lot drop off in front of the children, David's mother LAUGHING when Nathan read the texts from her son using homophobic slurs and David threatening anyone who comes at him with talking words. I hope that damn swamp opens up and swallows the lot of them some weekend when all the kids are off with their respective other families. And I hope Nathan happens to be visiting the Land the day the swamp opens up. Take care of the whole lot in one swoop. Tyler's sister from Teen Mom OG can also be there. 

First I forgot Leah was even on this show and then I remembered and thought to myself that at least she and Chelsea demonstrate actual affection and worry for their children. Nope. Then she she spent half the episode making her young daughter's behavioral issues and mental health a storyline. NO. Just no. I know all the fools on this show are always running off to rehab and therapy and counselors who work out of Kinkos and talking about it on camera but they all signed on to do that. Gracie is a child and did not sign on for any of this. It was despicable that Leah made her therapy a storyline and then offered Corey a play by play in the car so it would all get on film. I was ill watching it. No one needs to know about Gracie's therapy sessions aside from Gracie, Leah and Corey. Keep that shit off TV. 

Chelsea crying in the car after the court hearing because she was so relieved that her daughter would be safer as a result of the new agreement was a breath of fresh air on a show where everyone else only cries over their own BS and barely thinks about their kids other than using them as pawns in their petty disputes. Aubree's real delight in finding out her name was being changed was adorable and their DeBoer and Lind-DeBoer hug at the end was precious. And kudos to Chelsea for saying "DeBoer AND Lind-DeBoer." And kudos to Cole as always for thinking of, referring to and treating Aubree always as "our daughter."

I laughed so hard at Nathan talking about acting "professional" at the drop offs and even harder at UBT's "talking words."  Jenelle sure does attract idiots.  Doris did the right thing by staying in the vehicle with Kaiser.  If she'd have gotten out, Jenelle would be throwing a fit about how Doris abandoned Kaiser. 

Leah can STFU with her "I feel" crap.  Gracie wasn't having it, possibly because it was on camera, and that's her right.  I also don't think it was right of Leah to discuss the therapy session on the phone both on camera and in front of Gracie. 

I hope Lincoln managed to have a happy birthday in spite of all the drama going on around him.  I wonder if Isaac was at the party Javi gave.  ViVi is adorable. 

I was in tears when Chelsea cried after going to court.  It's so nice to see a happy family on this show, and Chelsea is so blessed to have a friend like Chelsey Grace.

• Leah makes the complete opposite of good parenting choices at every turn, setting her daughters up for a dysfunctional life. 
• Jenelle fights with an ex and makes co-parenting as difficult as possible.

I’m sure Lincoln cares deeply that his 4th birthday party couldn’t be filmed. Yeah, that was a move by Kailyn but still, whatever. She probably knew that taking away his precious cameras would be the thing to hurt Javi the most, I’m sure Javi was salivating at the thought of the the camera time he’d get with Briana there. I kinda do wish Kailyn and Briana met up (sans Roxanne and Brittany and her friend, the honorary covenite) and Kailyn gave Briana the smack down we all know she has inside her. A cake “with her new last name to tell her” - really? Little things in the scheme of the show but I also hate how dramatic she is with the “DAD! *long pause for him to be like, what?*” on the phone. Just tell him. Glad she got what she wanted at court, obviously, though.

Saying “damn” is rude too, Leah, in many circles (not mine, clearly ?). I don’t know why she would say that to her child when trying to educate on rudeness. ? One of the problems is she’s been kind of a lazy, crappy parent, if you ask me. I’m glad she seems to be trying new things and putting in some effort now though. 

Fuck those people for wanting to work with Jenelle. Her brows look indisputably better though. Also, she is just so dead!! No enthusiasm or life in her at all. I have more enthusiasm for “hating” her than she has had for anything, ever. David had to insert himself in the makeup stuff too, shocking!

David’s mother is just as classy as I thought she would be. Laughing at “fagboy” like it was some charming joke. Boohoo for you, I don’t buy your bullshit tears at all. Like she was really scared when she bore Lucifer himself. You aren’t supposed to be doing the drop offs at all so it’s good that you won’t be doing them “no more.” Nathan sucks but he knows enough to SAY the right things, at least. David isn’t even that smart. He sure has his mom trained though. The fun part is that none of these people have to see Nathan at all, aside from Jenelle. The rest love the drama and are inserting themselves (DAVID).

Yea, they are just really tacky. IMO, they are getting way too much glee out of it. I actually think they like fucking with Kail more than they actually like each other.

I Don't know if Leah is just an ignorant/lazy mother, or if she's letting too much slide because she feels bad for Gracie. But she needs to take some parenting classes, for real. (Preferably in another state, since the schools aren't well there.) She needs to learn that she can have sympathy for her daughter and make special time for her, without excusing away her atrocious disrespect. 

I think Gracie also likely lost a lot of respect for Leah during those hard pillses years, and it's going to be hard to win that back. Gracie ain't no fool, and she was doing a lot of the heavy lifting around Cheeto Castle.

I agree to everything in your post, but specifically to Chelsea crying about Adumb's mom being mean to her showed how sensitive Chelsea is.  Kail or Jenelle would have attacked in a similar situation.  Chelsea is too good for this show.
