Wait, did Jonathan say he got fired for doing this show?  Interesting.

But he has a cat, so it’s all good.

I actually said I was going to give him a chance for this exact reason.  I hope the job issue doesn't become a huge, drawn out thing between the two of them.

I don't like the firefighter. Weird.

(Can’t remember all of their names)

finance guy lost his job? His bride and her family appear very sad. When they are together

I wonder what the schoolteacher’s employer thinks about him appearing on the show? I can’t imagine they would be too happy about it. His bride looks different every time I see her. I think it’s cause she changes her hair all the time.

The fireman: nice to see his co-workers so supportive, but he kinda seems too nerdy for his match. He seems like the perfect guy on paper: steady job, has several sources of income, seems to have lots of friends. Is it too soon for ?Jackie after losing her boyfriend?

Damn.  I thought the weddings were on at 10 o clock and on comes Jamie & Doug AGAIN.   Pepper looks fabulous, whatever she did.  Lost weight and maybe a little Botox.  I thought the three couples were matched perfectly looks wise.  They all had or have good jobs.  These six are the best I've seen so far on this show.

I really liked that the couples met before the wedding. I hope they keep each other's numbers so they can talk to other people about things besides the aggressive Pastor guy. Why'd they get rid of the sex therapist. That always seems to be the biggest problem. Will they still do the fishbowl of personal questions with the new lady?

This was a favorite guilty pleasure sort of show for me,  but I was so disillusioned by last season I'm not sure if I'll be watching. Too much repetition - going over and over why they wanted to be married (at first sight!!) and way too much manufactured drama by way of funky, incoherent editing. I'll keep my eye on the boards and if it looks like the season is more fun than frustrating, maybe I'll catch up on demand.

At least the editors got their required shots of everyone looking upset on decision day!

The casting special is always one of my favorite episodes, then the weddings, honeymoons, and finding a place to live. I kind of dip in and out of the slow, interminable episodes after that.

The cast all seem nice but I'm sure at least three will end up grinding my nerves, Ryan. It was sweet that Jephte was so excited he was chosen, but his mother's disapproval may be A Thing.

The wedding pictures here look great, although all I can see now is Jaclyn's man hands. (Disclosure: I wear a 7.5 as well.)

 Jephte/Shawneice, cutest couple!

I think they are adorable and am all in for them to succeed. What a smile on Shawneice! And I love a man who works with little kids.

I was disappointed that they didn't pick the lively, perky yoga teacher. I liked her.

I'm from Boston so I was only going to watch this season to squee when I saw places I recognize. Did the firefighter who has one hundred jobs say he owns a rental property in Salem? My town!! I'll have to stalk him.

Drink every time one of the "experts" says "these are real, legal marriages!" We'd be hammered by the second commercial break.

Dr. Pepper shrank in weight and height. Her makeup and hairdo  is flattering...finally.

Her tiny legs were jutting out of her chair like a toddler at the adult dinner table, M@FS producers get her a better chair...more proportionate to her stature.

I worried as she teetered on her wedgy wooden heels as she visited homes to snoop in drawers and fridges.

Pastor Cal, decafe only, calm the hell down..this is a long season.....

Dr. Jessica...trauma relationship specialist...hope your audition was helping Cody from last season....and Derek from the season before...

The lame-o songs are back again....ugh.

About the ring $$, perhaps the grooms were given a budget and Fireman Ryan decided to bust the budget allotted.

Ryan is a full time firefighter, works construction and is a landlord.

No wonder he doesn't have time to date...he stays busy, working over 100 hours/week.

Jonathan was  incredulous that Ryan would bend the rules so early in the show and actually spend his own money on top of show money for the wedding band.

Jon's joblessness seems to be his story line for the season....his pride may be the undoing of the marriage.

Jon is right, lack of job does make a poor first impression, but on the bright side he has plenty of time to devote to Molly.

Maybe Firefighter Ryan can give him a job....

AND drink every time one of the experts say "they are marrying complete strangers"!  We will be reminded of that each time there is any kind of disagreement of ANY kind throughout the season.

The experts love stating how “real and legally binding” these marriages are; at the same time, they also love referring to said marriages as “experiments.” Kind of contradictory, no?

Firefighter Ryan is trying too hard too soon... alpha dogging the other 2 grooms.

Why isn't he married already...no... really?

If Ryan was such a catch, every firefighter wife would be setting him up with their sister, cousin, girlfriends...any single girl they knew...something is off...just saying...

Have a feeling that he feels he gets to be in control because he is the provider...

He wants a wife...not a girlfriend.

Hope we get a Ryan explanation of his catch phrase.

Jefftee is shell shocked...his Momma is a powerful force and she know it.

Shawniece is a chameleon...her hair and makeup totally changes her looks from the next.

Jaclyn may have man hands but she managed to stay employed while on the show... Jon...

Mr. Adventure is emotionally shaky without work...hopefully he job hunts during the 8 weeks and we see him unable to get any offers...Molly will see how weak he is...

Justified revenge for making fun of another man's fiance's thick fingers....

Broke the bro code...no ridiculing another man's fiance...

IDGI. I watched both episodes last night. The second one ended with all three grooms awaiting their still-unseen brides.

Now, today, without any searching, I see photos of ALL THREE COUPLES POST-WEDDINGS (People, UK Daily Mail, e.g.)! In typical wedding-photo clinches.

Kind of takes away from the "How will each react?" suspense. #understatement #wth? #didImisstheweddingscenes?

They did? I saw the women meet each other, and the men meet each other, but I didn't see any couples meet other couples. Nor did I see individual grooms meet their brides.

I'm not sure I believe Jonathan lost his job because of the show; it could just be a story line. If he did then that's not a great way to start a new marriage with a *stranger*.

Firefighter is irritating; he's a bit off somehow.

Jephtee is looking like a deer in the headlights.

Shawniece has the potential to be interesting, but generally so far the women seem a bit dull.
