Yikes, if that's the basis for his claim it's a loser.  That is too vague a concept to have been "stolen."

And what's stopping him from still opening his own restaurant?  Is he suing because Kandi will no longer be fronting the money for "his" idea?  That in and of itself is ridiculous.

I think the guy had a proposal that went something like this:  I have this idea I will open a place where people come in and are served food cooked by someone else and pay for it.  He was surprised no one had ever thought of it before.

I think he was trying to say she had breached an oral agreement to be a silent partner.  It is such a ridiculous stretch.  There didn't seem to be any terms.  I noticed he worked the word concept in.  Concept he would use Kandi's family while she remained a silent partner.

From what Johnny said, he approached Kandi about being a silent partner in a restaurant and gave her a proposal.  In and of itself why would Kandi be a silent partner in a restaurant about her family featuring her family and her family's recipes?  It is pretty difficult to claim any kind of intellectual property claim on someone else's life.   The guy is a moron-he could have had a good deal just working Kandi's parties.  I hope he isn't expecting any great wage reimbursement if these are the ideas he is claiming-as in I hope he doesn't believe he was entitled to wages for all his good ideas.

Kandi said the reason Brock's girlfriend go in is because they were filming and thought she was with production.  I think you are on to something.  Little did Kandi realize how with production she was.

Maybe he will want a cut of Ace's baby line -probably thought that was a good idea as well.

Sounds like perhaps Todd told Apollo and/or his girlfriend.  That Todd.  Best bet Carlos King told her.  Or blame Peter.

Phaedra was also saying she was divorced so perhaps the fiance figured a great time to meet the mother of her future step-children.

Johnny didn't say the restaurant would be Kandi's family restaurant, just that he proposed a restaurant, it may have been based on his family for all we know if that happened.

I do think production set both the gf showing up and the Johnny lawsuit stupidity up and Kandi/Phaedra went along with it because it's their job to do so.

Nahhhh, CK told Apollo and he then talked to Todd/Peter about springing her on Phaedra on camera! Apollo would not miss the chance to embarrass Phaedra on camera if given the chance.

At least Yolanda was a successful model so she understands the business.  Whereas thirsty Sheree is a wannabe designer, a wannabee actress, a wannabee writer, a wannabee momager.

It's times like these that make me wonder about the authenticity of Cynthia's modeling school!

Since this was bad law episode on RHOA, I thought I would bring forward Kandi Burruss' comments from WWHL.  Kandi pointed out how implausible it was that the nitwit suing her could have a restaurant with her family.  She said pretty much the same thing about the play.  How Phaedra can even pander to such idiocy with a straight face is beyond me.  Kandi also mentioned that Phaedra lied straight to her face about her involvement with Johnny.  I guess it is shown in a future episode.

The reunion is more likely.

Ah, let's see. Johnnie thinks he can sue Kandi because says he once discussed starting a restaurant with her? Like that is such an original idea no one could ever have thought of it without him. Seriously? Also, if he really pitched the idea to Kandi about the play, he might have some ground there, but since he is not pursuing that, but instead going after her about the restaurant, I'm calling B.S.

Kairo is cute and seems to be a nice kid, but he has the personality of a pancake on the runway. And Sheree needs to get the kid there on time if she considers herself momager, and back off about the remuneration. Inexperienced models rarely get paid. I'd go for the backpack offer and consider myself well rewarded. Cynthia's line is really attractive and it's all leather. She can send some my way any day.

Porsha's BabyNup was actually somewhat well thought out, IMO. We've seen Jon sue Kate over the kid's appearances, parents suing each other over travel and relocation, etc. I'm not saying she wasn't being selfish, but she was thinking proactively. And asking the guy to provide 50% of the support is not highway robbery. Of course, full disclosure of assets is bunk, as is "issuing 35% of income directly to the child." What sort of nut would do that? Oh, yes, a Porsha nut. I know she had help with that in any event, despite Phaedra's claims to the contrary. Best advice - Phaedra telling her to cool it and not go looking for any baby daddy without benefit of matrimony.

Don't forget, wannabe TV show producer as well. Clearly, she is an extremely multi-talented person, and deserves whatever level of entitlement she feels...entitled to.

If any of you watch Survivor, Sheree is this show's version of Debbie, her title keeps changing depending on what career she thinks she has in her imaginary world. Kairo might as well stick to porn, since modeling definitely isn't his thing.

The Johnny lawsuit is BS, I think, as no one in their right mind would allow cameras to film a confidendial meeting discussing a proposed lawsuit. Phaedra can't think of anything else for her place in an episode, so she decides to make herself look like more of an idiot than she already is. She's been hanging around Porsha too long, the dumb is starting to rub off on her.

Kenya also is reaching for a storyline, inviting Matt back into her world. She is making herself look like a fool, and disrespecting women everywhere who've ever had a man threaten them.

Once again Phaedra is dressed like a trussed up Sunday ham...what in the world was she thinking with that sheer body suit?  I hope I heard her wrong when she inquired about the time and mentioned she would have to get to the playground to get her kids, like that??!!!?? Oy vey.

Porsha is a nincompoop. Just that.

According to Sheree her son was killing it on the runway, all I saw was a nice looking kid walking like he probably does every day.  He would be a good cologne model in a department store but the high end modeling jobs will not be knocking anytime soon without some coaching.

I FF'd thru most of the OLG scene 'cause I just can't listen to that awfulness but I have noticed the amount of disposables they use, all that money and Kandi can't conjure up a decent set of dishes?

Let's go back to Sheree and Kairo. She is totally delusional. He did not look good. Did he lose his 6 pack since last we saw it? Can they do his hair. And Sheree thinking his not being on time is ok. Do that at a show not run by your friend and see what happens. She complained about the locale, the temperature. Girl, get a clue.

Bizarre how Mat seemed to have just started a fight upon arriving. Odd.

If I recall correctly, Kenya brought up his talk with Cynthia.

Here is my beef with Kairo.  If you want to be a model, thats fine and dandy.....but he walked like he had never seen a fashion show in his life.  And in this age of youtube, instagram and facebook he could have spent some time studying how other successful male runway models walk.  He clearly didn't.

Let's keep in mind that Kairo is Sheree's son. He's cut from the same 'want something for nothing' cloth. Per Sheree's delusions, the fashion industry was supposed to fall on its feet when Kairo clomped down the runway.

Oh what say you all about Porshe and Todd's baby-nup?

Fake, fake, fake! Todd just can't keep a straight face. It amuses me that he is either laughing or trying like hell not to laugh in every single scene!  Why doesn't Porsha just find herself a real boyfriend that wants to settle down? She's young enough and very pretty and has found some level of success for herself. Is Atlanta that bad for single women?

Time is running out for Kenya. She's approaching late 40's, if she really wants a family she needs to stop screwing around with losers and get serious. Her brother was right about that.  Matt really busted her with the sex in the car comment. She was speechless and looked shocked that he let that out, I don't think she was expecting him to go off script, lol!

That's a very nice house Kandi bought for Mama Joyce. It surprises me every time I see it. MJ should kiss Kandi's ass every chance she gets. She doesn't realize how lucky she is. Ace is just adorable.

Since when do you have a fashion show for backpacks? Cairo would probably do better in print work, he photographs well. Not all models are runway material.  Noelle is too short to model.  She did not inherit Cynthia's height, that's for sure.

Phae Phae e’re body knows you unprofessionally sat in that consultation because you wanted to hear all the tea about Kandi. If you had an ethical bone in your body and you knew that you wouldn’t be involved in this bogus court case at all then there was no reason to sit in that meeting. Messy!

Porsha, lord lord lord, Porsha.  WTF are you doing? TOO DAMN MUCH that’s what. I’m glad that Todd seems to be in control of the ½ a brain they are sharing.

Sheree is the worse momager ever.  Even she doesn’t take this seriously.  It’s his first show and as his  manager you should be with him to make sure he starts out on professional footing.  UGH actually I don’t even know why I somewhat care. Kairo doesn’t want to be a model anyway and Sheree is going to destroy any chances of him being taken seriously. Another fake storyline to make sure that Kairo gets more screen time and a check from Bravo, that I am sure his Momager Sheree will be taking out her manager cut.

Kenya and Matt, I hope this was end of your onscreen fake storyline I am so tired of it.  I had to laugh though at Kenya telling Matt, “Matt, look at me” because it was really “Matt, look at the camera.  This only works if we catch your tears on film.”

Kairo doesn't move well and is far too tall for runway work. He should only focus on print work, especially swimwear and underwear. Even regular print work is going to be a little problematic for him because he's just too tall. No one wants to have to make or source custom length clothing for him.

Leon is tall. Cynthia is tall, but poor Noelle didn't get height from either parent.

Both Kenya and Porsha need to be with regular people who have no interest whatsoever in this show. They need a doctor, lawyer, someone in finance, banking or business consulting. It would allow Kenya and Porsha to keep doing their reality TV thing, but provide some stability and reason at home. Porsha especially needs that because she spends like a sailor on shore leave.

Ace is such a sweet baby.

Not so surprising (at least to me) is that Kenya found the strength to really break it off with Matt once the cameras were done filming the regular season, which is why I question whether or not she used/played him for a storyline this season.

Brava! What said it all for me was Kenya trying to lift Matt's head while he was crying trying to get that money shot for the camera which was when she delivered her final coup de grace - "I can't do this anymore. I'm through Matt" - and sashayed away.

Aren't modeling schools basically shams? I've always read that the models we see on the catwalk or in Vogue were either scouted by agencies, from legit modeling competitions (like Ford International), or through connections. The rare ones get plucked from McDonald's at the age of 13. Cynthia's got the connections herself, but how well is her school doing in Atlanta? I feel like this could be a somewhat more legit agency (drop the schooling aspect) if she were actually in a city where fashion mattered, globally.

Go back to NYC, Cynthia. You belong there.

I agree that Kenya can, and should be dating a doctor, lawyer or banker.  And I think she could.  While she is dramatic, I think she puts on a lot for the camera, and she is beautiful, smart and well spoken.

However, I'm not entirely sure she wants a long term relationship with an equal.  Subconsciously, for her, I think an equal can leave, but a subordinate (like Matt) is likely to stick around.  I mean, what the hell else is a loser like Matt gonna do in the world?  It seems like he was living to get on TV, and couldn't even afford a plane ticket.  And she should have more self esteem than that, but she doesn't.

I don't know that I could see a doctor, lawyer, banker wanting to be with Dummy Porsha long term.  I tend to think those guys want someone they can really talk to for a long term relationship.  But that has just been my experience.  I think rich, educated guys marrying young, pretty dummies is kind of 80's.  Women have set the bar higher now, and there are a lot of young, beautiful, educated and intelligent women out there.

I admit that I haven't been paying very close attention, but when Porsha first brought up the idea of a baby nup earlier in the season didn't she make it sound like she basically wanted Todd to be a sperm donor and the document would ensure that he didn't interfere in their life at all?  Like, no mention of child support etc - it sounded like she wanted an agreement with a guy she knew to make a baby and then go away.  Now suddenly she wants everything including the kitchen sink from him but he has no rights to the child.  What?  Why would anyone sign that?

Too true. He's clearly not too anxious to be a model. Sheree may be pushing him to do it because he put in zero effort.

I, too, noticed how once again Kandi and her family are using those foil pans. No class.

Why is Phaedra involving herself in the Johnny thing? That makes no sense. Also, Porsha is totally delusional. I'm glad Todd walked out on that BS baby-nup.

Porsha with a doctor, lawyer or financial person? Surely you jest. Any man at that level would tire of her very quickly because she really is not that intelligent. She may not be quite as dumb as she behaves on the show, but she is not smart enough to keep that sort of man interested for very long. And she's shown her ass and tits on TV.

Lord, Porsha, you do not need to reproduce.  Stupidity should not be passed along, if at all possible.  Every time she said something about a "baby nup," I grimaced.  Does she even know that a "nup" is short for "nuptial?"  Which has nothing to do with babies.  What am I saying?  It's Porsha, of course she doesn't know.   I will give Extra Crispy Todd props for shutting that mess down and walking away.

I felt for Sheree the last two episodes but she lost me here, between her throwing shade at Cynthia's show locale and expecting that Kairo is going to be financially compensated for walking in the show.  Girl, take a few seats.  If you want Kairo to be successful, the first thing you need to teach him is punctuality.  The second is that good looks aren't enough - - not sure if he's shy, bored or stoned but liven up a little bit, K.

Phaedra needs to stay far away from Johnnie and his legal issues with Kandi.

So now Phaedra tells Cynthia her divorce is final?  Weren't some sharp posters here saying that it wasn't final?

Kenya and Matt are clearly in a dysfunctional relationship.  Both of them need to walk away.  Twirl and King are super cute though.

That drunk, abusive, idiot is married to the former CEO LeapFrog. I don't even like Porsha, but I don't think she's in any way appreciably worse than Kelly, who has had a number of restraining orders out against her.

I agree that the ship has probably sailed on Kenya having an equal partnership. Kenya has been alone and the boss for so long that she'd likely find an equal relationship constricting. However, she might be cool with a relationship with a real grown-up if they lived in different cities.

I had the same thought re: Noelle's height. Leon is tall too but there must be some short genes in the family somewhere.

Kenya should adopt if she wants a child. If she meets a man, great; if not, great, but she's 46 and the biological clock is real - she might be menopausal now. She doesn't have time to mess around with Matt or anyone else who doesn't want what she wants. This push and pull they're doing is bad for them both.

Kairo is cute but WOW, is he flat. Much better for print. Zero energy coming through the screen.

I read that Noelle is 5'5".  I googled growth spurts in girls and it said that girls usually stop growing when they start having periods.  Sadly I think there is no hope for Noelle to grow anymore.  She's very pretty though.

Did anyone else notice all of the water that was in the entrance to Kenya's house when she let her cousin in?  It was raining and her cousin had an umbrella, but the size of the wet spot in front of Kenya's door was huge.  I'm thinking she might have a little flooding problem.  I would have never chosen to live in a ravine with all of that runoff water.

Yeah, I wondered if this was a thing and apparently it is

http://www.babynup.com/advice.html

It is very unclear about whether or not a "baby nup" has ever survived a court challenge.  It is also not run by an attorney, but by a family law paralegal, which would make me super nervous on all accounts and may represent the unauthorized practice of law if she is drawing up legal contracts and documents.  There is also a big disclaimer about how it may not hold up in court.

Also, this statement from their website "It can help establish a legally-binding custody and parenting time arrangement in the event the parents need to enforce their agreement" makes me think that they realize that a "baby nup" is not really a legally enforceable agreement, since it can only "help establish" a legally binding arrangement.  Courts will ultimately decide what is in the best interest of the child, even if you had an agreement.

Ultimately, this service seems more like a scam.  When people get upset, a non-legally binding piece of paper they signed is not going to stop them from going to court.

A Baby-Nup is as legally binding as a Friendship Contract.

Damn its real?! I was thinking it was another dumb Porsha moment since nup is short for nuptial meaning wedding. Instead of Baby-Nup, it seems like it should actually be Pre-Birth or something like that.

Getting to the end of this season and these are the things I have been left with:

1. Am I the only one who thinks Bob is beyond bizarre? Does he have CTE from being hit on the football field? I don't know if he has an issue with his eyes crossing from birth but it is very noticeable. He is enormous. FAT. I understand he was a football player but WAS is the operative word here. He is dumb as rocks. His behavior is almost that of a child.  He has been cruel and a lousy father. What the hell does she even bother with him for? A story line is what I'm thinking. He's just awful. Sheree is no saint but really this match up seems like a nightmare.

2. Kenya is so full of BS. WHO in their right mind wants to have a baby with her? She's some kind of power beast and has such an over inflated perception of herself. She's no big win! What the hell does she do? And sorry, but refurbing a house in a gully is just stupid. I am thinking that's all she could afford and that's fine but she puts on airs and thinks she brings so much to the table. She doesn't . She's just a mean, miserable trouble maker-which is probably why they hired her.

3.  Porsha-just stop. I can't even say what I think. Trashy/a mess/nuts.

4. Phaedra-What on earth goes on with the facial expressions & the tongue out and the odd sounds as if she is a farm animal? Pretty disgusting stuff. Does she think it's sexy? First we have the church lady act and then we have the I'm a trashy woman who is willing to get really nasty with a man & then I get what I want from them and make believe I didn't know they were making money on the side being a criminal. UGH. She's just so gross! The sounds! Somebody tell me they see this!

5. Glad Peter is gone. Cynthia can do better. A lot better.

6. Kandi? I got nothin. The whole sex dungeon, lesbian story line was meh.

Am I watching this again? I don't know. I'm sad because I loved Atlanta the first 2 seasons.

Anyone notice Kenya lick her lips when Kairo walked down the runway?  Also, she needs to get a bra fitting. Her back fat was hanging over her bra in that pink dress while she talked to Matt.  Lane Bryant has bras that don't cause that.   That's all I got out of this show. Oh, and I hate the old lady gang!

Was it back fat or her mic pack? They put those things on them in the absolute worst places.

Either way, Kenya needs better, more supportive bras and she needs to stay away from outfits where she is without a good bra. That TH where she is in the white dress shows just how much she needs better support.

I've watched enough ho'wives to know both can exist in the same universe.  (I also know no-bra makes you look better from the back, but not so much from the front, once the breasts are no longer bra-less perky.)    ;-)

All of these women wear their clothes way too tight.  The main culprits are Kandi, Phaedra, Porsha and Kenya.  Sometimes I wonder how they are able to sit in the tight dresses and pants that they wear.  When they do squeeze in a mic pack I wonder how they find the space under the cloth to attach it.  And what's with Phaedra wearing the pre-teen sized clothes?  She had the bathing suit in Hawii from her teen years and this episode she had the thong body suit with the tight jeans.  Has she looked in the mirror lately?  She's put on a few pounds this past year and those clothes do not flatter her at all.  I think she's trying to keep up with Porsha which is futile since Porsha is not only younger, she's about a head taller than Phaedra and looks better in those types of clothes.

I saw that, and I'm inclined to think it was something pieced together by production to make it look like Kenya was salaciously licking her lips at Kairo.

I would be mad as hell if I had a statuesque momma, and I topped out at like, 5'6 (I think she's, 5'7 tops). And then Leon's fairly tall, too? Genetics are some bull.

My brother is 6'2, my sister is 6'0, my other brother is like 5'11.

I'm 5'3 and 1/2 :(

I'm right there with you and my brother is 6'3".  My dad was 6'1 but my mother was 5'2.  I took after my mother in height.  I always prayed I would grow another 5 or 6 inches when I was in my teens so I could be a model.  No such luck.  :-(

Ikr.  Sometimes I wonder if those are tics she has.  And what is her obsession with camel toe?  Does she realize that a camel toe is about as desirable as a wedgie?  And I've been pregnant and I'm pretty sure my vagina did not resemble a hot dog bun.  She can come up with some messy descriptions.  LOL!

That white dress is just...there are no words.

That's a very nice house Kandi bought for Mama Joyce. It surprises me every time I see it. MJ should kiss Kandi's ass every chance she gets. She doesn't realize how lucky she is. Ace is just adorable.

Was that the house Kandi had to refurbish b/c Mama Joyce and her bf ripped out all the plumbing and copper wiring?

No.  That house wasn't good enough for Mama Joyce so Kandi bought her another house.  Another case of Kandi rewarding her harpy of a mother for bad behavior.  It's sickening.

Hence the mold issue the house had when she bought it....Mold Manor?

When Kenya and Matt stepped down the hall to fight and her dogs got all agitated ugh. Pets are hypersensitive and sup babyish and they sense when owners are in distress or angry. They are very vulnerable. I mentioned I was in a physically abusive relationship -  a hospitalization made me end it. He left me a yorkie puppy after. I can't imagine bringing a helpless thing into that turmoil. They don't choose or deserve that shit!

It was mentioned Kenya's dogs don't seem potty trained and that seems to be true based on all the scenes. I worked with dog owners and that's not the norm - but not unusual I have had grooming customers who have dogs that were never potty trained or walked, like ever. Yorkies are very smart and I taught my dog early but I had a lot of time with him when he was a pup I had relocated jobless, and had facial injuries, and a fractured right arm so I spent ALL my time with him. I didn't crate him but walked him like 5x a day and praised him when he peed or pooed outside it didn't take long for him to think that was how it worked.

Oh good grief.

Sheree-the-delusional is still looking for compensation in a situation where there never is any. And she has no idea how the modeling world works. Unless you're Naomi Campbell, you had better be on time. I laughed out loud when she thought she handled herself well: He thought he was gonna come for me. Well, yes, honey, he did. He told you how things were, and you wagged your jaw at him. I'm pretty sure you didn't impress him.

Kairo is never going to succeed as a model unless he stops listening to Sheree and starts listening to people who know what they're talking about. Because he doesn't seem to have the drive required to be a model, he won't do that. His career will end with RHoA, if it lasts that long.

Noelle isn't tall enough, bless her, to be a high-fashion model. Because Cynthia's fashion projects aren't high-fashion, though, Noelle might have a chance. As to the genetics of height, my husband is 5'8" tall, I'm 5'3" -- and both our sons are 6'. There's a lot of height in my extended family and none at all in my husband's, but the genes for height showed up in both our sons. (The third son is an unofficial adoption. Dear to me as my own, but we share no DNA.)

The OLG makes all of us Old Broads look bad. Keep your noses out of other people's business, smile happily instead of like a pack of jackals, and learn just one or two things about the business world before your start getting dollar-signs in your eyes over a new restaurant. Many, many new restaurants fail in the first few years. Todd should have enlightened them about that as well as the two-three year wait for profitability.

Any man who'd sign that particular baby nup with Porsha would have to be more intellect-challenged than poor Porsha herself. She allowed the prospective father absolutely no rights, no influence, no input into the child's life -- and expected him to pay half of everything. Look, I'm a firm believer in the principle that a man who helps make a baby should take responsibility for that baby. I have no issue with that. But I do believe that -- assuming he's not a complete waste of DNA -- he ought to have some say in whether or not the mother slaps photos of the baby all over social media, takes the baby overseas, and so on. Granted, there are men (and women) who are, in fact, unworthy to be called Mom or Dad. Punishing all prospective fathers for those is the kind of thing Porsha would think of.

Phaedra continues to be shady. I sort of liked her at first, but the more she shows us who she is, the more we need to believe her. I don't know why she thinks sticking out her tongue and grunting is ladylike or Southern Belle-like. Trust me, it isn't.  *sigh*

Kenya and Matt just make me sad now. She's manipulating him, and he can't see it. He's a danger to her, and she drama-queens about that. Don't even get me started on why she doesn't house train those two dogs. I've house trained half a dozen, and it's not hard. It just takes patience. Clearly, Kenya doesn't have it. If she doesn't want to do it herself, why doesn't she hire a trainer?
