No SunnyBeBe!!!  I watched but was completely dumbstruck when Chris had the "man-to-man" with Caleb!  It was like he was talking to a guy who could actually GET A JOB, pay some bills and take care of his sister!

Chris, dude; we love you man but who are you talking to?? The guy in the w/c, with a trach, that weighs oh... 500 pounds?  WHAT EXACTLY IS HE GONNA DO TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SISTER??

He's in REHAB buddy. SO IS YOUR SISTER!!!

The family was trying to figure out how that could happen and it went something like this.

Chris: "Tammy can stand. She could have backed it up on him."

I generally like Amanda, but didn’t like it when she compared Tammy and her BF to whales. All the speculation about how they’d consummate the marriage was so crass. I know that’s who these people are, but it was cringey.  And Amanda, you don’t have a whole lot of room to be making fat jokes.  

I sincerely hope this is all a made for TV wedding and isn’t real. Two addicts barely in recovery is not a good idea (besides the fact that they barely know each other). The BF bugs me, it all feels like bad acting.

I laughed when Chris said he almost feels sorry for Caleb because he hasn't yet seen "Queen Tammy."  Very true.  Caleb probably thinks once Tammy loses another 100 lbs and becomes self-sufficient, he'll then have a permanent caretaker, but he'll be getting a lazy, demanding, screeching fishwife who's never had to do anything for herself, much less someone else.  If he did stalk her like it's implied, he'll rue the day he first looked her up on social media.

I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised when Amy talked about the time Tammy professed her love for a guy she had known for one hour!  
 

I do believe in love at first sight, but you have to use a little sense about it.  I was first introduced to my first soul mate by a mutual friend. We were at a friend’s outdoor July 4th party.   We said hello, locked eyed, walked close to each other and locked lips! Instant chemistry.   Our friend said, Man, I didn’t know y’all knew each other.  We said, We don’t.  Lol.  We really hit it off and were very much in love for years, however, I still  dated him a few months before I got very serious.  I think Tammy has the maturity level of a teenager.

They rerun this show so often, that you don't have to watch the first airing, you can catch up almost anytime during the week on reruns.   So, I don't have to catch it the first airing, and posters put the juicy stuff on here.     Besides, I'm tired of everyone calling each other the b-word constantly.

Caleb has creepy scary eyes.  They can't fake that.

I know it's not the TLC narrative, however why couldn't they at least wait  and then if Tammy still wants to include her rehab friends, they could all drive up to the rehab place at a later time.  Wait, that's not a crazy ass TLC story-line so there's that.

I noticed during the scene of Tammy looking sideways that her forehead bump is still there, but with the weight loss, it has drooped.  So if she continues to lose, the bump won't go away--it'll just hang lower in front of her eyes.  If/when she has skin-removal surgery, that will have to be tended to.

Caleb was nauseating with all the ‘smooth’ love bomb lines he was throwing at Tammy, who is so desperate for love, she lapped it up like ice cream.  I did enjoy how scared he looked before the family walked in.

That will be major plastic surgery.    Probably combined with eyelid surgery to open her eye area so she can see better.   If she maintains her weight loss, which is always an issue when you lose weight.

And listen to Amy, the hypocrite, lecturing on getting pregnant too soon after gastric bypass. She did it twice.  I really have gotten to the point where I dislike her.

IF Tammy has truly done some therapy in private and has learned some things, and I said IF, she deserves better than him.  Because I truly believe he's looking for a caretaker, and if it is not her, he assumes it will be her family.  

Her family need to make it clear to her that they will not be the ones wiping his ass.

I’m not a fan of the quick wedding, but it did make sense to have it at the facility.  It would late been a lot more work to transport the couple off the premises and what about their trach care?  I did wonder why Amy didn’t bring Tammy a bra to wear with her gown.  The dress Tammy chose had no support and straps would have been exposed……oh well.  She seemed to like it.  
 

I wonder what kind of hot chocolate Tammy is making Caleb every morning.  I suppose it’s the low calorie kind.

I noticed that too (how could you not?) but I don't think Tammy ever wears a bra. Amy doesn't, That's why all those sundresses she likes to wear look so bad. Maybe they don't make bras big enough for them? Or they're too uncomfortable? I just know when Amy showed up with her purple hair & wearing the yellow sundress, I seriously wondered what she saw in the mirror.

I don't think either one is all that busty.  As bras go up to past 60", and cup sizes through N cups they could definitely find something, but they decided they would rather go without.  Their no-bra look is awful.

On another topic I found that the fact that Caleb stalked Tammy to that Rehab very disturbing.  He found a way to make some money!  I have zero hope for that relationship.

Thank you!  And, if you all remember, I posted early on to count me out and that I couldn’t tolerate another season! Ha!   I was suckered in once again!  😝. Oh well, at least something happened.  Tammy got surgery…..hopefully, things are on an upward turn.

I wanted to know if he has family. I think I read he has a sister. Does he have parents, kids, siblings, etc.? If he does, are they going to be as useless as him?

Is Kentucky a community property state?  Because I definitely think Caleb's looking to cash in on Tammy somehow.  He's seen the show, he certainly knew her history & that with a little sweet talk she was in the bag. I don't like the smirk.  She & Amy get $$ from YouTube, $$ from the show, and that married pimp from Vegas (Phil?) was looking to make bank on her, maybe personal appearances or feeder porn?

Caleb may never qualify for weight loss surgery, may never get the trach out.  What then?  Face it, Tammy will never be self sufficient, ever.  Not only can she not care for him, she can't care for herself. She's got nothing to do all day, she sure knows how to get around a computer, yet she can't be bothered to even look at wedding dresses or decorations online?  Makes her sister with 2 babies do it.   She thinks her family has an obligation to take orders from her, that's between them & her.  We know damn well that a lot of the burden will probably fall on Michael, as usual.  But I do hope Tammy & Caleb are happy & good company for each other.  There are always going to be many major medical bumps in the road for both of them ahead, a lifetime of them.

Honestly, that forehead thing really freaks me out!! Not sure why exactly, but it is WEIRD NESS!!

He said last episode both of his parents are deceased. Likely he’s close to his cousin whose wife told him about Tammy, who she was and that she was staying at his facility. He mentioned this cousin last episode.

Tammy has not even thought about life after the wedding.  It was all they could do to stand up (with their wheelchairs) and kiss each other.  Can he do anything for himself?

As I said before, I would make damn sure that I was unavailable to take care of them.

Hey, this is my first post on this show! I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment. 

My takeaway based on what I've seen so far this season: Even if this family were healthy, wealthy and wise, they would still have a ton of issues. They apparently don't apologize to each other. Tammy seems to have serious trauma in her past which accounts for her stunted "Queen Tammy" behavior (has that ever been discussed?).  Mom seems like a piece of work.

Actually, my favorite family member is Chris' mute wife. I'd love to meet her for coffee to see what's what.

I'm still in. Been a victim, um watcher every season. Amanda is my favorite, but yep she was extra crass with the sex talk. Tammy and Caleb are a huge mistake. They both need medical care, jobs, a place to live and money. This marriage (like most in the teevee reality world) is doomed.

I've always wondered this. It's just speculation, but I wonder if she was abused. She's so prickly about therapy. She doesn't have to tell all her secrets, but you get curious when you see someone on a reality show.

I gathered that some of her snark at the therapist was that Tammy would have to admit and verbalize her failure. The therapist asked how was her eating and whatever that week and that appeared to be right after Tammy gained weight so she didn't want to talk about it.

And "trauma" and/or "abuse" doesn't always have to be sexual.  There's plenty of other ABUSE to go around ... especially for obese children.

I think the poster was referring to Tammy being verbally and emotionally abusive and manipulative, but I've seen it suggested that her size is a result of trauma. I blame Dr. Now's show for focusing on a relationship between past issues and disordered eating. Yes, sometimes that's the case, but I believe most of us just like to eat. You make a good point about this family, the overeating seems to be learned behavior.

That's an excellent point! Tammy claims to be so bored with life at the rehab so you'd think she'd spend hours online planning her perfect wedding. She could delegate some tasks to Amy, after all "I was yours" but to turn everything over to her sister and then smugly say, "And guess what...they deliver!" is sheer laziness. 

I think the whole "are you pregnant" story is just for drama. I really doubt Caleb is able to have sex at his size. That's one of the things that I see on 600 Lb. Life all the time and couples can't be intimate even if one of them is average sized.

Not only that, but obesity's affect on the body hormonally can impact her chances.  I worked with a woman who tried for years to get pregnant.  She and her husband were both medically checked out and there was no reason she couldn't get pregnant except that she was overweight.  The doctor instructed her to lose 80 lbs.  She was so desperate for a baby, she started her diet that day, lost weight, and got pregnant a year later.

I remember Amy saying that following WLS you’re super-fertile. She apparently knew she was supposed to be extra cautious but wanted a baby so badly that she didn’t do anything to prevent pregnancy

I think it’s likely Brittany either doesn’t mind or thinks it’s funny. He was likely just as foul mouthed during their courtship. Given they were both good and grown when they got together (she is his second wife), I think she probably knew what she was getting with him.

The hot chocolate packet we saw in the last episode sure looked like original recipe, NOT sugar-free.

My issue with Caleb and Tammy has nothing to do with their physical disabilities and everything to do with everything else (all at once). If they were quadriplegics and we knew they would never get out of their chairs or breathe on their own, they could still be married. If, God forbid, that happened to me and my husband, I wouldn't consider our marriage over because we can no longer touch. But damn, they don't know each other and they're addicts in an early stage of recovery and Tammy is easily manipulated, famous, and has an income...this is all bad, bad news.

In other news, how in the world did Amy and Michael produce those gorgeous babies? They get cuter every day!!
