Eddie was not happy when it was reported to him that a wing mirror was missing. He is over these guests. Rachael continues to cook well (so far), but it has a side dish of swearing every ten words.

Rob is pretty clueless.  Did no one tell him what went down with Liz and James?  His brothers stuffed him in a suitcase and left him in a park?  Wow.  His "bromance" with James is strange.  No wonder he hangs out alone in the woods.  Francesca has lost all interest.

Just a cuddle?  Yeah, right.  Izzy is right to be pissed.  She needs to see a doctor.

Eddie was smart to let Francesca cool down before she talks to Lee.  They handled the lovebirds well.  We'll see if it sticks.

Guest crashes the jet ski.  At least the horseback riding went well.   Lee had a much better time at this dinner.  Pretty small tip.

Elizabeth can't operate an ironing board.  Then gets busted with James again.  Does he know how Romeo & Juliet ends?  Their little date was cute.  Then they got a guest cabin to bang in.

Sandy would hate these tables.  I like the minimalist look.  I don't need all that crap everywhere.

I don’t blame Eddie for being embarrassed at Rachael’s behavior at the resort. She goes from 0 to 80 faster than you can slam a shot down. I’m sure the only reason they are trying to handle it themselves is because they know her food is super and that effects their tip. Even Rachael’s beach outfit was weird. Long sleeves and pants when everyone else was wearing a swimsuit.

That humping scene w/ Elizabeth & James was graphic.  Oh jeeze! Embarrassing.  We could've figured it out without the full footage. Elizabeth is still showing immaturity.  So giggly & baiting James that she "likes to feed people " then backtracking saying that "cooking isn't natural to [me] like [I'm] not standing there cooking all the time." Again, just saying what she thinks a guy wants to hear. That's fine bc James is serving up what he thinks a woman wants to hear/see/ feel. I always just say "meh- they deserve each other." Faking each other out for the time being.

Rachael...oof! Yeah Eddie is/was scared of her so he wasn't going up on the stage to grab her off. She hopefully will change after seeing herself this way. Maybe the stress of the times / being away from Vincenzo got to her so she would get blackout drunk. I'll tell you what though- she's not liking James...not one bit! Wonder what the deeper meaning to that is & will we ever find out? I hope none of the crew had COVID.  Izzy was in bad shape.  Ashling looked pretty when the crew was hanging out the evening after charter just chilling on the boat. She's a natural cute girl. Rob is a walking sleep remedy lol. Just an odd dude.

I think Rachel mentioned something about still being drunk from the night before, when they were all hanging out on the yacht.  She looked terrible, and that outfit - OMG!  Give that girl that bottle of Downy Wrinkle Releaser the stews use in the cabins!  I know, it was probably linen pants and shirt, but at least make a tiny bit of effort.  But, Rachel would probably just say "DILLIGAF"  (I actually would LOVE a t-shirt that says that!!!) 

She is a crazy, out of control drunk who probably should NOT be drinking at all.  It's like she's bi-polar, or schizophrenic or something.  If Captain Lee saw her behavior at that beach club, I think he would have called on Ben to fly in and save the day, and sent her home, right behind the other crazy drunk, Dolores.  Rachel's foul mouthed and a crazy scary drunk, but wow - she can cook!  I want to try to make those sweet potato tater tot waffles!!  Even something as simple as that, she made look amazing!  Oh, hey - Chef Douchebag Kevin from last season - THAT is how you do a seafood Extravaganza!!!  

And, speaking of Dolores, does anyone think that she was really just an attention whore who wanted to be talked about on gossip/reality TV sites?  I know she seemed to be completely shit-faced the night she jumped in the water, but after watching her get out, and her actions the next day, jumping from the tender, made me wonder if she was just looking to get her name out there.  

I'm really wondering if Rachel (?) was correct when saying that she thought Dolores was supposed to be chipping in on the tip - that tip, for what the crew put up with, all with a smile and another bottle of champagne, was pitiful!  

Oh, and Elizabeth and James are making me throw up a little in my mouth.  She is really an unfocused dingbat, and he is someone who likes to look busy, but basically gets away with not doing a whole lot.  They both should have been seriously reprimanded for getting busy while the rest of the crew was on "Dolores-watch".  They really, truly, don't give a shit about anyone but themselves.  Not only that, but James knew that Izzy wasn't feeling good and had been resting in their room all day.  Why bring someone else into a tiny, closed room that is probably full of germs.  

Elizabeth sure knows how to bat those eyelashes and give those adoring puppy-dog looks at James, and frankly, I don't think he really gives a shit about her - I think she's just another notch on his bedpost.  He's just looking for a boatmance, and she's looking for love everlasting.

I have to say I love Captain Lee even more now than ever.  He handled the whole situation very well - including his treatment of the crazy woman known as Dolores.  The only thing is, he should have been the one to tell her that she had to vacate the boat - not the primary charter guests or Francesca.  When, during the first season of BD, they had that group that was supposedly snorting cocaine on board, he went right to them and told them he was turning the boat around and they had to leave immediately.  He should have done the same with Dolores.  

I liked this episode, finally!!

Yes! Thank you! That was my exact thought when I saw them. I was so surprised after all the beautiful things she presented in the last few episodes she starts the “extravaganza” with those cremated golf balls !!! 🤣

I happen to absolutely LOVE conch fritters and I used to buy them from a Jamaican street vendor in S. Miami in the late 1970’s. He said it was a family recipe. They were like a delicate flat golden  grilled omelette, perfectly spiced and incredibly delicious with copious hunks of fish that burst with flavor. They cost a dollar and one was enough for lunch.  I can still taste their perfection to this day. Damn, now I’m hungry.

Delores was one of the worst charter guests I've ever seen.  How a grown woman could be so disrespectful and reckless is beyond me. She proves that money does not buy class.

I am liking Eddie more each episode,  his goat call was hilarious.  He handled the situation with Elizabeth and James much more tactfully than Francesca was planning to do.  Yes,  Elizabeth is frustrating, she rarely does her job fast or correctly,  but there are steps to addressing issues. Don't immediately run to Captain Lee crying.  

Ashling is very cute, but rarely shown.  Hopefully she'll get more screen time.  

I was a bit  shocked at how graphic the cabin scenes were.  I wonder if their parents watch.... awkward!  I don't blame Izzy for being annoyed.  She's sick and they stunk up the tiny cabin. Plus they were all supposed to be on Delores watch.  I don't think anyone is jealous,  just doesn't want to be subjected to it.

Sex scene was pretty graphic even for Reality TV.  How embarrassing for the two of them when watching it back on TV along with millions of viewers.  HA!

Rachel, wow she really is a bad no fun drunk.  I would not want to go out with her drinking knowing she totally loses all sense of propriety.  Even in my drunkest drunks I still knew not to piss off my drinking mates or anyone else for that matter.  But I am a mellow drunk.......or so I have been told.

Every time you watch the episode she is working and being nice and positive so I really do not see a problem with her . She was "working "underneath James too, but hey.....make love people not war. At least it is making it interesting.

What was disgusting to me was the reaction of jealous Izzy "the complainer" who could not wait to run around the vessel telling everyone  on James and Elizabeth. She is just pissed off, it is not her laying underneath James.

Francesca could not wait to hear about it off course , and was fixed to snitch away to Captain lee. Can you guys imagine a season of BD with captain Sandy, Malia and Francesca? Francesca has a really disgusting FAKE personality. It is amazing to me that Elizabeth takes her constant criticism with a smile. I would have told her 10 times before to shut the f up and get out of my face. Francesca acts like a  bitchy mother superior aged 75. She never praises and always points out the bad things. You guys have only 6 guests to take care about. Do not come to me with your bullshit about being busy 24h a day. 

Eddie showed Francesca how to calm things down. Same goes for Captain Lee.

On a boat like that with limited cabin space she could have left the two love birds have their moment and sleep in Elizabeths bunk for a night. That would have been helping out a colleague instead of running around spreading rumours out of pure jealousy. A real colleague would offer to change cabins and move in with Ashling.

A lot of backstabbers and weirdos this season.

There have been many scenes showing Elizabeth not doing her job.  Like being told to check the guests every 10 min, and 45 minutes later she's still off flirting.  

I don't hate Elizabeth,  she seems nice enough,  a bit air headed. But she's not that good at her job. I think this boatmance will blow up in her face anyway.  I'm hear for the implosion,  these things rarely end well.  Bring on the drama!

This. All James and Elizabeth had to do was let Izzy know ahead of time and give her Elizabeth's bunk to sleep in. Yes, in the past there have been other people who have put up with someones having sex in the bunk above or below them, but that doesn't mean it's an actual thing that anyone has to put up with. For all the "boat-mances happen" talk, people have a right to set boundaries in their  own cabin about behavior from their roommate. It's not prudish, or jealous, or being a killjoy, etc. 

I was totally on board with Delores getting kicked off, but I also kind of give her props for diving off the tender. She'd already been punished. What were they going to do to her? Sure she probably did it for immature, getting the last word reasons, but it made me laugh.

I go back and forth on Francesca. Not on whether she's being too tough on Elizabeth, who I cannot stand because of how she shades everything to make it all some conspiracy against her whenever Francesca corrects her. My thing with Francesca is that I think she does go too often to Captain Lee and needs to do more of what she and Eddie did, which is lay down the rule/line and then if Elizabeth screws up again, go up the chain.

On the other hand Eddie went to Lee multiple times about Shane (deck hand) and the Captain took him more seriously and fired Shane when Eddie wanted it. When Francesca asked for the same for Elizabeth, he put her off with the "devil you know" talk. He certainly didn't take her concerns as seriously as he did Eddie's about Shane. Some of that was because he could actually see all of Shane's screw-ups, but some of it was that he isn't giving Francesca the same respect as Eddie.

Given that Ashton wasn’t fired for jumping around and splashing water all over DJ equipment causing the club to send the boat a bill for damages on the same type of outing last season, I sincerely doubt it.

Captain dining with the guests has to be a show thing.  Lee's not that interesting as a host.  You'd think there would be some conversation but he seems like a prop in his uniform.

No doubt the Caribbean is scenic but I'm missing them setting up picnic lunches at castles and such.  Pony rides on the beach?  Guess they had to have something to film besides the usual shots of them on jet skis or going down the slides.

I have never understood the whole “let’s get wasted!” prideful tribe, but I also forget how young some of these people are and the lifestyle they’re embracing.

I actually thought everyone seemed really nonchalant about Izzy being sick. Captain Lee continued to let her work, even around the guests. I remember one season of BDM where one of the deckhands (Jamie?) sniffled and Captain Sandy made a huge deal out of getting her isolated, saying that one sick person could wipe out her whole season. Lee didn't reach this conclusion until the charter was over.

It takes a lot for Lee to fire anyone, but I wonder if he's more inclined to fire a deck hand due to safety reasons. Especially one who is clearly incompetent and out of their element. As far as the interior goes, if he's not going to fire Laura for her "You need to check yourself! YOU NEED. TO CHECK. YOURSELF. Understood???" insubordination toward Kate, I don't see him firing Elizabeth. I also think he doesn't really like Francesca's MO, where she keeps coming to him with passive-aggressive complaints about Elizabeth. He likes people in charge to act like it and not bother him with petty shit. She's the boss for a reason - unless they're complete assholes, she should know how to train/motivate people under her. I also think there have been way worse stews - WAY WORSE. Rocky, Sam, Caroline, Cat, Jen, in my opinion, were all worse than Elizabeth, either by attitude or competency.

It happened before most of his awful shit with Kate. Also, that is not at all how I remember the reunion with Andy making all sorts of excuses for the brus and acting like Kate, Courtney, and Riley.

I really didn't think Andy was helping them out at all. If anything, maybe playing devil's advocate to a degree. But Captain Lee was brutal on them, and I think that was way harder for them to take than anything Andy could have said. In the end, the show concluded with them sitting there looking like they wanted to commit suicide and Kate and Riley seemed pretty satisfied. At least that's my recollection. But the point I was trying to make above is that they weren't going to let him slide by firing him. They made him show up and face the season.

Andy spent the next day defending his behavior and support of them saying he didn’t realize it was so bad because he had only seen clips. People have skipped reunions and the reunion is not produced by the same production company that does the show, it’s done by WWHL. Also, the producers themselves said they were shocked by the backlash against Ashton and his crew.

Yikes, Rachel is a major jerk when she drinks! It’s her world and everyone else just lives in it. She was ruining the crew’s day out, not to mention the other paying guests and even the band. And she can’t sing! Ugh, so embarrassed for her!

 

I see both Delores and Rachel's drunkenness as equally embarassing.  And Delores especially is old enough to know better.  The jumping off the tender was just an FU to captain Lee.

Every time you watch the episode she is working and being nice and positive so I really do not see a problem with her . She was "working "underneath James too, but hey.....make love people not war. At least it is making it interesting.

What was disgusting to me was the reaction of jealous Izzy "the complainer" who could not wait to run around the vessel telling everyone  on James and Elizabeth. She is just pissed off, it is not her laying underneath James.

 

 

Izzy is not jealous.  I would have been really pissed if someone in my cabin was having sex when I needed to sleep. And Izzy recently came out as a lesbian.  So She might be jealous of James, but not Elizabeth.

On a boat like that with limited cabin space she could have left the two love birds have their moment and sleep in Elizabeths bunk for a night. That would have been helping out a colleague instead of running around spreading rumours out of pure jealousy. A real colleague would offer to change cabins and move in with Ashling.

A lot of backstabbers and weirdos this season.

Pretend they all work at a firm.  You share an office with James. Would you want him having sex, by your desk, while you were trying to work?    And should you just change your office so your coworkers can have sex all day while they should be working.  To me it's the same difference.  No jealousy at play there.
