Regarding the Garcelle-Sutton conversation - I got the feeling Garcelle was serving up some payback after Sutton remarked about her absences, which, from Garcelle’s point of view, happened because she’s a single mother who needs to work.

Might I suggest Potomac?  It's become my favorite.  Still feels a lot more organic than this franchise.   I don't think Bravo does the Potomac franchise justice when it comes to promoting it.

The argument well her kids are gonna see this .. two things wrong with that argument ......One this show isnt aimed at Children (sorry its not a children's show its about a bunch of 40 50 60+yo women yes they might act like a bunch of teenagers but that is not their demographic ) and two if you are doing your job has a parent (which Denise has been shown to be trying to do) then NO they wont ... if you don't monitor what your kids do and see and watch (you know that pesky job you are supposed to be doing as their parent) again this falls on the parent not the adult on the adult show ....

I cannot imagine that any of the children of any of the housewives ever actively seek out episodes to watch.  No one wants to watch their mom act the fool on TV.  They all know their moms do this and most agree to be filmed, but I can't see them watching the actual show.

Well, IMO, she did...but she didn't.

She made statements that are no secret to anyone...She said Ericka is a cold-hearted bitch, "she really, really" hates you about Teddi, and a couple of other just really generic accusations that are no secret to anyone who watches the show and the talking head segments.  I believe Denise herself has even said these things on camera.  It's not like Brandi revealed anything heretofore unknown.  

Now had she spouted off with something like, "And Kyle, she told me about how you took Lisa's miniature horses and hid them in your closet for a week before you returned them," then I might give her statements more credibility (I give a stupid example because I'm not fully caffeinated, but what I mean is something detailed that wouldn't be common knowledge to cast and viewers alike).  

Just generic crap that everyone already knew.

Teddi's butthurt-itis really amused me.  She knows these women have to "play nice" to a certain degree because they have to interact to earn their paychecks.  Not everyone will like you, Teddi.  Get over it already.

I agree. The group just can't take any criticism of any kind as I bet they fear this will bring them negativity or  worst of all lose followers.  Erika is especially reactive to any criticism  and she is the biggest hypocrite calling Erika Jane her "alter ego"  so as to detach herself to straddle the fence with mainstream people.

Good question.

I did a quick Google because I was curious, too.  It shows only 13 episodes (last night's being episode 11) and episode 13 airing on August 5, 2020.  It doesn't give a synopsis, so I'm not sure if it's 13 episodes + reunion episodes.  

Hmmm.  

ETA:  WIKI shows only 13 episodes for season 10 as well, with titles "TBA" for episodes 12 and 13.  These numbers can't possibly include the reunion episodes, so I'm guessing 15-16 episodes this season in total.

I don’t know... the Kardashians have managed to make lucrative careers out of being entitled a$$holes on television. Maybe in the wake of all the seriousness going on in this world, the appetite for this kind of thing will wane. But I’m not holding my breath. People like Amelia tend to fail upward.

And just a reminder for Kyle -- it wasn't that long ago, when they were in Amsterdam in fact, that Kyle had a hissy fit because Brandi made a comment about smoking weed and Kyle didn't want her kids to hear that.  Please explain how that is any different than Denise not wanting her kids to overhear threesome talk?  I mean, the main difference is the threesome talk went on two feet from the kids' table and the weed talk was in another country but both were being filmed and the concern was basically the same.  No one mom-shamed Kyle over it and turned it into Kylegate/Weedgate like this coven is doing with Denise.  

Although I liked the winter wonderland theme for Erika's shoe event, she went all out with the ice queen bit.  She is one cold, hard bitch.  Denise shouldn't waste her time with her.  No one should.  And yeah, Erika you are living the dream or whatever you said because you're married to a filthy rich man who pays the bills.  If you were still dancing at Shooters (or whatever it's called), no one would give two shits about your shoe line or your singing and you certainly wouldn't be on Broadway.  So please stop acting like your super talented self got you where you are.  

Between Kim and Brandi in the same scene, do not watch with only one contact lense in.  And I did and they looked as though their faces were melting.  Kim always looks like someone left her in the oven on extra crispy too long and Brandi looks as though she's undergone the Mick Jagger Claymation reconstruction surgery.  

Teddi:  "I am not a shit stirrer!"  Also Teddi, as soon as the cameras are set up:  "Rinna, there is something I simply must tell you" (not because you need to know but because I can throw a wrench in your so-called friendship with Denise before she gets here!

I honestly don't care what Denise and Brandi did or didn't do.  None of my business.  Although I did think Denise had better taste than that.  That's between her and Aaron.  I don't believe for a minute that Brandi is broken up over anything, nor is she trying to "protect" the coven from Denise's evil, wily ways.  She must have bill collectors after her or something and is angling for an orange.   

Kim and Brandi must be the oddest friendship ever.  Kim looks like a dehydrated turtle next to the Amazonian overly-pulled and plumped Brandi.

ETA:  Dorito's Italian was beautiful.  And she does seem to be a good mom.

I don’t think Teddi was apart of that plan haha. They seemed to want the world to know about Denise and Brandi’s hook up smh. Seemed like those three found away to get that gossip out without Brandi being interrupted at all lol.

I don’t think Teddi has had any work done. She looks like she was just a lot heavier when she was younger, but her mouth, nose and everything else looks the same. She also has two very attractive parents and some great hair genes. Plus, she’s incredibly healthy and just seems to glow from that.

Look we know Brandi is a stone liar. The fact that this attack was planned out is proven by the fact that Brady was miked up for the scene.

I will say this. After seeing what these worthless whores are trying to do to his wife and his marriage I am fine with whatever Aaron wants to say or do to this coven. It’s on!

I agree with this. I think there was an initial plan amongst the women to take down Kyle. Door-it (thank you, Sonja!) took the lead by insinuating Kyle and Teddi were More Than Friends, in hopes of causing a freakout by one or both of them which would cool off the friendship. Then with the "package deal" eliminated they could go for the kill. But then Denise (and Aaron) annoyed Lisa and Erika which took the heat off of Kyle. Which threw off Door-it, Denise and to a lesser extent Garcelle (whose only drama was Kyle hasn't gotten to know me in the approximately 50 minutes I've been in her vicinity all season).

To me it seemed pretty blatant that Kyle, Kim and Brandi staged the whole thing, down to Brandi waiting outside in the car (probably they weren't sure whether to go through with the reveal until Kyle ultimately blessed it). Not that I think it's a lie, I happen to believe Brandi on this one. I think Kyle's pouring gasoline onto the flame now because she picked up on the plot to go after her, so she's doing her best to keep the focus on Denise. She seems to be manipulating Teddi quite a bit in this. First by siccing Camille to break up Teddi's and Denise's one-on-on. Which worked, as it shut down both women afterwards (really Denise? You wanted to pull Teddi aside just to tell her you've already said all you have to say to her?) Then after Brandi's "revelation" when Teddi (appropriately IMO) focused on the alleged comments Denise had made about the women, in other words the part of story that was actually kinda sorta their business, Kyle interrupts to say "helloooo? That's not the important part! The important part is the OMGScandal!" And now by having Teddi be the one to actually spread the news. In other words, the exact same thing LVP was accused of manipulating Teddi to do last year with Puppygate. Only this time either Teddi's not savvy enough to pick up on it, or hearing about the two-faced trash talk put Teddi in IDGAF mode. I've seen it reported that Denise unfollowed Lisa, Teddi and Erika after the reunion, but Kyle was not mentioned in that list so it appears she may be skating from this one? Not sure if this episode airing changes any of that.

Door-it was in peak Door-it form last night. First by claiming to have invented the idea of having an 80s act perform at your party. And now they're going to a country where only she speaks the language, so now she gets to flaunt it, while not being accused of putting on a fake accent for once. Funny how even when she stays out of the drama (for now), she still gets my nerves more than all the others combined.

I can't tell if Lisa is ashamed or proud that she raised such a high maintenance nitwit. Does Amelia stay off the ground level of her parents' house since the thought of living on the ground floor gives her anxiety? Or by ground floor does she actually mean not penthouse?

I hope Harry and Rinna are proud of themselves, they should be paying for a stay at some clinic with good security and a gym. 

Will the daughter have a job, (a real job not that bull shit uninspired fashion line that I am sure was bought and paid for by Harry and Rinna), will she take classes in something, anything that might help her get interested in being anything other than a barnacle?   

And no, I do not think her daughter is anything special in the looks department, she is not hideous but hardly a Betty, (I think that is how Elle Woods put it in Legally Blonde).

You have to look at who is best at survival mode.

That would be Dorito.

She seems to be staying far away from the Denise bashing and in fact is trying to befriend her by warning Aaron and not joining in the pile on.

Dorito knows how to keep her spot secure.

I would like to see a sweeping change next season. The cast next year. Keep Garcelle, Sutton, Denise and yes Dorito. Add some new blood. Kyle needs to be eliminated as most of the original cast members across the franchises have been discarded. Her run is over. It has become very repetitious and boring.  Vile Kyle needs to go.

Then with the "package deal" eliminated they could go for the kill. But then Denise (and Aaron) annoyed Lisa and Erika which took the heat off of Kyle. Which threw off Door-it, Denise and to a lesser extent Garcelle (whose only drama was Kyle hasn't gotten to know me in the approximately 50 minutes I've been in her vicinity all season).

To me it seemed pretty blatant that Kyle, Kim and Brandi staged the whole thing, down to Brandi waiting outside in the car (probably they weren't sure whether to go through with the reveal until Kyle ultimately blessed it). Not that I think it's a lie, I happen to believe Brandi on this one. I think Kyle's pouring gasoline onto the flame now because she picked up on the plot to go after her, so she's doing her best to keep the focus on Denise. She seems to be manipulating Teddi quite a bit in this. First by siccing Camille to break up Teddi's and Denise's one-on-on. Which worked, as it shut down both women afterwards (really Denise? You wanted to pull Teddi aside just to tell her you've already said all you have to say to her?) Then after Brandi's "revelation" when Teddi (appropriately IMO) focused on the alleged comments Denise had made about the women, in other words the part of story that was actually kinda sorta their business, Kyle interrupts to say "helloooo? That's not the important part! The important part is the OMGScandal!" And now by having Teddi be the one to actually spread the news. In other words, the exact same thing LVP was accused of manipulating Teddi to do last year with Puppygate. Only this time either Teddi's not savvy enough to pick up on it, or hearing about the two-faced trash talk put Teddi in IDGAF mode. I've seen it reported that Denise unfollowed Lisa, Teddi and Erika after the reunion, but Kyle was not mentioned in that list so it appears she may be skating from this one? Not sure if this episode airing changes any of that.

 

I think that the actual difference is that Kyle is there, too. In other words, I think Teddi's biggest problem with LVP is that she wanted other people to get their hands dirty while she had plausible deniability. Kyle doesn't have plausible deniability here because she was right there on camera getting this Brandi gossip and sharing it with Rinna. So Kyle and Teddi can both be accused of stirring the pot but at least that means that Teddi won't bear the brunt of the consequences of pot-stirring alone (which is what LVP wanted).  I can understand why that would be more palatable to Teddi than LVP's "I'm the queen of the manor, only the little people should have to suffer any consequences" bullshit attitude. 

I do think that the scene with Brandi coming in to talk to Teddi and Kyle was a set up. I'm not quite sure if Kyle was actually fully aware of what the gossip was - I don't think she's that good of an actress and she did seem like she was a bit shocked to hear what Denise was saying - but I think she was alerted by production that Brandi allegedly had something juicy on Denise.

If they want to think outside the box they could bring in pinch hitters from other franchises to spice it up. Joanna Kurpa, Cynthia Bailey, Heather Dubrow and Lea Black have all been mentioned. Any or all of them would be a vast improvement over the current group.

I would like to see a sweeping change next season. The cast next year. Keep Garcelle, Sutton, Denise and yes Dorito. Add some new blood. Kyle needs to be eliminated as most of the original cast members across the franchises have been discarded. Her run is over. It has become very repetitious and boring.  Vile Kyle needs to go.

While it would be kind of weird to have a show without Kyle since she's an OG and kind of like an anchor the way LVP was, the women you mentioned are the only ones I like this season. I definitely think Teddi should go. I used to think she was at least nice and normal even if not the most exciting, but she's now been part of two pileups.

What Denise should do is expose the soft spots on the other women who have attacked.

Start with the lawsuits against Tom Giradi for converting loans to his law firms to personal use to including subsidizing her singing career. Then politely explain that she will not take parenting advice from someone who abandoned their child to become a stripper and a prostitution whore

Then  tell Rinna that their friendship is over and she should spend more time with her psycho children instead of forcing them on the show to let all the world know how fucked up they are. Also let’s talk about the husband.

Hey Teddy you are just ill gotten spawn of a washed up rock star who is here on a scholarship and lends nothing to the show. You are boring, tedious and judgmental and need to go away.

All I would say to Vile Kyle is “Good bye Kyle.”

I would totally welcome back LVP, and would even keep Kyle.  Watching Season 2 yesterday, I was reminded of their friendship and it made me sad.  

Rinna could go, and she can take her evil spawns with her.  Garcelle - well, I wouldn't miss her one way or the other, because she's never there much, anyway.  Teddi can also go away anytime soon.

I would like to see Sutton as a fulltime housewife.  I think she and LVP would make good TV either way - whether they got along or not.  

I'd like to see Erika (this season's Erika, anyway) stay, and if I had to choose someone to be the "bad guy" or "shit stirrer", I guess it would be Dorit.  

I don't think Denise will be back, so that eliminates her.

Actually, all of this speculation is kind of  moot at this point, because I'm not sure they are even allowed to film yet.   Filming a housewife show where everything is dependent on social togetherness and travel to various locations is kind of tough when you're required to social distance and travel is restricted/severely limited. 

I would love to see how many "designer" masks Dorit could acquire, though!!
