Jenelle: Birther Of 3, Mother To None

Guest

Everyone knows Ensley does not have Down syndrome. Posts suggesting that she does will be removed and warnings issued. Posts such as these leave the impression that an arguably unflattering picture could somehow be construed as a child being disabled is considered ableist and is against the rules of the board.

“I dont give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face...whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I dont put up with that sh*t at all. I’m all about protecting my family, it is my lifes mission. Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me. You can hate me all you want but this isnt the first time the dog bit Ensley aggressively. The only person that can judge weather [sic] or not a animal is a danger to MY CHILD is ME.”

Judge, Jury, Executioner.  Brought to you by MTV.  Without them, he would be just another anonymous loser living in a rented room.  Now he literally has the World's attention, including people who have never watched a single episode of the show.  The producers and sponsors have Nugget's blood on their hands because ratings mean more to them than child endangerment and animal abuse, and all of this attention has fed his ego beyond belief.  He doesn't need to actually be on the show, because he is constantly mentioned in Jenelle's segments.  Jenelle should have been gone a long time ago.

9:45 AM PT -- Police went to Jenelle and David's house Tuesday night to perform a welfare check on Ensley. Officers found everyone, including Ensley, was okay.

David told cops Nugget was alive, although he would not let them see the dog. We're told cops have no evidence showing anything happened to the dog.

The Columbus County Sheriff's Dept. says it's contacted Animal Control, but as far as any further investigation from cops ... our source says Jenelle would need to make a report on her own. We're told officers won't act on "sensationalized media reports or social media posts." The source said it's irrelevant to cops what Jenelle says on IG.

Meanwhile, PETA says it hopes charges are filed against Eason if it's true he shot Nugget. They say, "People who abuse animals typically don't stop there."

https://www.tmz.com/2019/05/01/jenelle-evans-husband-david-eason-kills-family-dog-bit-daughter/

Nugget was never a threat but I don’t see how he can claim Nugget acted aggressive if he carried him two acres away to shoot him.  The threat was over.  He should be charged.

Doesnt a person get arrested immediately for shooting a dog?  It’s one tiny step below shooting a human. It takes a really sick human being to be able to shoot his pet.

*hand clap* fuck yes! Speak it, @druzy!

I have worked with dogs for years. Yes Frenchies can be brats, but that goes for all dogs. It’s the job of the adults to train their dogs AND kids on appropriate behavior in the company of one another.

Growing up we had an ancient standard poodle. He was jealous of me, I was a baby and he’d been with my mom for the previous 13 years as her only baby. She trained us to love each other. One day I grabbed at something he had picked up in his mouth and he snapped at my face. No damage to me, but you know what my mom’s reaction was? To discipline ME, because I knew better. And she was right.

Then again all of this would take time and effort on Jenelle or Lurch’s part. We all know he only puts effort into honing his sociopathic skills, and Jenelle only puts effort into hitting her crack pipe and keeping the sperm in long enough to create another paycheck.

The Grace Report published a video clip of the incident that lead up to UBT murdering poor little Nugget: https://twitter.com/GraceReport/status/1123574356066676736

So it seems the dumbass was standing by and LETTING Ensley unsafely poke her face into the poor dog's face, and of course like a normal dog , he (not very viciously) snapped at her in warning. What a piece of shit to kill that poor dog because he was being a piss poor parent. Frankly, MTV, Chelsea, Kail, and Leah, are all going to be pieces of shit imo if they don't take a stand and oh, I don't know, demand a) Jenelle be thrown off the show or b) that the show needs to be ended.

You've been warned Jenelle. He killed your pet. He'll have no qualms killing you and your children next if you don't get the fuck out of there and NEVER go back!!!

I hope to God it's not true Kaiser witnessed the shooting. That's the kind of traumatic incident that will haunt him for the rest of his life.

If I were Jenelle's producer and film crew I'd refuse to film with her even without David there. If she FINALLY has the sense to leave him he'll stalk her and who knows what he'll do to the MTV crew. Clearly he's unhinged. I hope Jenelle gets an armed bodyguard to be with her at all times. Barb too.

At this point if she doesn't leave and he kills, well, she had it coming. She's doing nothing to protect herself and her children. I just hope he doesn't harm the kids.

IMO he shot that poor dog right in front of the kids. Those children don't deserve this! This is so upsetting, watching this soulless piece of shit destroy any chance of a decent childhood for any kid in his orbit.

Exactly why I won't watch any more, not one more episode of any TM, until Jenelle is fired.

THere's really only two possibilities here, neither of them are good. The less likely, but still possible, is that he shot that dog in front of Kaiser, and in no unertain terms sent Kaiser a message by doing so. Maybe he didn't intend to, but that's allowing an awful lot of benefit of doubt, but Kaiser received the message either way: this person is a danger, and that baby sister is something to stay away from, especially when David is high, drunk, or yelling at me about how I'm not his son. I could be the next one in the woods. This means the mechanics of the situation played out like dog snaps at Ensley, David grabs dog, goes right outside the door of the shack, and shoots the dog. Probably throws it in the trash, if not flings it disrespectfully into the woods "for nature to take care of".

OR

Somehow this is more disturbing: he grabbed a gun that wasn't on his hip, THEN grabbed the dog, THEN went to his ATV, THEN drove the ATV for some distance, THEN got off the ATV, THEN put the dog down and shot it, either while standing on the dog so it couldn't escape (most likely), or put the dog down and somehow shot it when it certainly started to flee. THink about how long that would take: easily long enough for rational thoughts to start to calm the instinctive demand to protect a child. If you're a normal person. You MIGHT get mad enough at the dog to take out a gun and get on a vehicle, but that normal voice in your head would start very quickly to say "Wait, is this really what we're doing? Why? What actually happened?"

This person is a threat to anyone around him. I hope MTV starts to take that shit seriously and fires his wife.  She's enabling this moron,

Animals are treated like property crimes. Basically this is the same as if you shot your mailbox. It's YOUR mailbox, you can shoot it if you want.

However, there are animal cruelty laws in NC under which one may be charged with a class H felony. I don't think one is given an exemption if one owns the dog--however, Jenelle would have to report it or someone who witnessed the killing.

From my admittedly limited understanding (not a lawyer)--if David had control of the dog and it was not in the midst of attacking or threatening a person or livestock, he did not have reasonable cause to shoot the dog.

Jenelle has an advantage over a lot of women in a dangerous situation. She has the funds to get away. She doesn't have to worry about going to a shelter and hoping they have a spot for them. She doesn't have to worry about starting over with no money. Yes, she is in danger. But she can leave and go somewhere else. She can afford to go to a hotel for now. I hope for those kids that she leaves. I also hope Barb never lets Jace go there again.

I’m going to float this theory out there:

Jenelle is at Jamie’s. David is mad that she’s gone because his a sicko control freak. I’m sure there were words. So in retribution of Jenelle’s leaving he shoots her dog. But first he sets it up as a “justified” (not) killing in protection of his spawn.

This makes sense, otherwise, why would he have even bothered to film the interaction between Ensley and the dog?  He was just setting up and building his case.  He probably coached Ensley on what to do.

I was just about to say, here we fucking go. Jenelle's backtracking and trying to minimize Dave's behavior. As you said, whether the kids saw the actual shooting or not doesn't matter. If they were on the property when all this shit went down, they're impacted just the same. Jenelle is never leaving this dude. It doesn't matter how much he tortures and traumatizes her children.

She is a classic abused woman...making excuses for the abuser and lying to protect him at the expense of her children. She'll be back there before the week is over. Nothing good is going to come from his mess...MTV needs to take a stand and fire Jenelle once and for all and end their professional relationship with her. Keeping her on the show would just be blatant exploitation of a dangerous and volatile domestic situation for ratings. Grow some balls MTV...they fired Farrah for doing porn...this is far worse.

MTV’s response?  They’re saying the decision to fire David awhile back is now “cemented” due to this act.  Wow, how brave of you, MTV.

They need to fire Janelle, but I think they’re genuinely concerned about her welfare and will probably continue filming her as a warped way of protecting her.  They’re also probably hoping she leaves him, which means they could keep Janelle on the show, and also, of course, bring some drama.  Gross.  If that happens, I’m out.

Yep--they have an unneutered male pitbull wandering around the place.  She gets in that dog's face, she's likely to wind up with more than a little red mark as a result.  I'll bet UBT would be jumping to get her out of that dog's way, if necessary.

I agree with the people who said that he killed that dog as a message to Jenelle, and that he was jealous of her affection for the dog.

Definitely. I can totally see how Ensley encountering Jax and treating him like she did Nugget would end very badly for both Ensley and the dog. So sad.

Jax must be some sort of super-dog (or like the cockroach of dogs, meaning he can survive anything).  She's had him for several years now, which is really a record among the number of pets Jenelle has collected then disposed of  in varying ways. He's somehow managed to stay alive through abuse, neglect, multiple moves, multiple soulmates, etc.  Heck, Jenelle has spent more time around him than any of her kids at this point.  Jax is a gangsta for staying alive. Maybe Jenelle's segments could just feature Jax as the main character and showcasing him getting a new, loving home.

I never post. I hardly watch the show anymore but lurk this forum to keep up with this train wreck. David is a vile human being. If you watch the video you can clearly see Nugget giving off tell-tale annoyance behaviors. He is letting the little human know he doesn't like what she is doing. At that point as a parent you step in. My fur baby is a extra large breed dog who has never shown any signs of aggression but at the end of the day he is still an animal. Whenever he interacts with children I am always intently watching as children often don't understand when the dog is telling them to stop. Nugget gave a warning nip, it more scared her than hurt her I am sure. That picture shows a red spot, not a bite mark. I am beyond angry that an innocent animal lost it's life because of this idiots lack of parenting skills.

Absolutely.  We have chihuahuas and we have ALWAYS been very careful to show our children how to act around them.  We've done this since they were very small babies. Neither of our toddlers will try to pick up the dogs, run near the dogs, act like they're coming for the dogs, etc. because they know they'll be in trouble for it and they also don't want to scare the dog (since we taught them it scares the dogs).  They have only ever "held" the dogs with our help and for VERY brief moments (occasionally, one of the dogs will snuggle by a kid if he/she falls asleep on the couch).  They don't even pet the dogs without asking us first and getting our help to be right there/hold the dog while they gently pet them like we showed them.  This is honestly just as much for our little dog's safety (since toddlers are gonna toddler) as it is for the kids' safety.

Color me unsurprised (pissed, but unsurprised) that J&D haven't ever taught their kids this. Again, I'm shocked one of the kids hasn't scared/aggravated Jax to the point where he's attacked them. And of course, I'm not surprised that David blamed the dog instead of telling Ensley "well, that's why we don't get in the dog's face!" and teaching her better.  Ugh. Poor, poor babies (the kids and the animals).

David did this to show Jenelle (and maybe Kaiser) that he is the one in control.

Mia, my beloved soulmate dog who I had for almost 12 years (and had long before I had kids), passed away this summer. It was one of the worst things I've ever gone through.  She was my best friend & honestly saved my life several years ago in a very dark time.  She was my first baby & I love her so much. I have her ashes up on my mantle & told my husband I wanted my ashes to be with hers (I don't care where, but I want to be with her).  I doubt Jenelle's sociopathic self had this kind of connection with her dog, but still....$%%^ this dude for killing that dog.

What breaks my heart the most is the kids knowing about this and possibly even actually seeing it (even if they didn't see it right in front of them, they knew what was going down & where there for it).  Our kids love our dogs.  When my Mia died, my kids were so sad, especially my son who is around Kaiser's age.  Mia died of natural causes/age, but we all found her together and had to explain to the kids what happened. We had to explain to our then-three year old what death was & that no, Mia couldn't come back even if we wanted her to. We had to figure out how to explain to him "why" she died and "why people and animals all have to die."  It was awful.  He still will ask about her. (He decided Mia is "on the clouds in heaven" with God, Hercules, and Jesus's brother Hercules...because we're not so religious but he watches Disney's Hercules and decided Jesus's dad is God, God = Hercules's dad and so on....and we didn't know that was how we thought of heaven/God until then...and we didn't correct him. Ha.) But still, it's sad and so hard to explain when a pet or anyone dies to a child.  It's even sadder to see how sad children can get over their pets' deaths. 😞

Fuck David for doing that to Kaiser (and all the kids).  You know they aren't even explaining anything to him about it except that Nugget did something David didn't like, so David took the dog out and shot him.  Kaiser has to be so fricking scared now (and I'm sure the other kids are, too). Good on Nathan for calling the police (even if nothing was done and he's a loser who needs to get his stuff together for his son).  David sucks and this whole situation is going to end so very badly.  I just hope the kids aren't the ultimate victims.

IKR?

All they care about is keeping the “franchise” going.  They want to continue the “journey” with each TM, as well as keep each girl’s fan base.  It’s undoubtedly why they hired Bristol Palin to replace Farrah - they thought she’d bring fans/viewers/ratings.  It’s why they started a new show (Teen Mom Club) under the TM umbrella.  The Teen Mom brand is all they care about.

It’s why they fired Farrah, but will probably keep Janelle.  Farrah, a teen mom, was all over the place doing porn, which they considered damaging to the brand.  With Janelle, they can spin what’s happening as part of the ups and downs of a teen mom’s life...  It’s David who killed the dog, after all.  And Janelle can continue crying victim.  With MTV filming every single moment.

JENELLE EVANS & DAVID EASON ANIMAL CONTROL LOOKING INTO DEAD DOG CASE ... Home Visit Expected

Quote

Animal Control wants Jenelle Evans and David Eason to answer some questions about the death of their family dog, but that might be easier said than done ... based on David's history with unwanted visitors.

TMZ's learned that following the news that Jenelle's husband shot and killed her French Bulldog, Nugget -- for nipping their daughter, Ensley -- North Carolina's animal welfare hotline was flooded with calls about the incident.

We're told the Attorney General's Office received 138 complaints and referred them to Animal Control after review, and also informed the Columbus County Sheriff.

Sources connected to the case tell us Animal Control is sending an officer to the 'Teen Mom' couple's house Thursday with a mission -- confirm the dog is dead, and verify Jenelle and David have possession of the dog's corpse.

It's unclear what, if any, legal action could be taken after that -- but it likely won't be an easy visit for Animal Control. Eason reacted aggressively when authorities showed up at his home in December.

As we reported, he posted a series of gun-crazed videos after he said Secret Service drove up on his property to question him about some threatening social media posts. He said he wasn't afraid to shoot future trespassers ... and showed off his stockpile of ammo.

David's alarming behavior reached a new level Wednesday, when he practically admitted on Instagram to killing Nugget. Jenelle later confirmed it, claiming David dragged the dog into the woods and shot her.

Up to this point, David's gotten away with it. The Columbus Co. Sheriff's Dept. made it clear the only way they'll take action is if Jenelle files a police report. We were told they don't rely on "sensationalized" social media reports. We'll see if a report from Animal Control will change their mind.

Just what I suspected. Killing a family pet is straight out of the Domestic Abuser's Handbook. Those children need to be removed NOW!

YES! It absolutely is! As a chihuahua lover, I know about these recent cases where a man has killed his partner's dog (I remember them well since the dogs killed in these incidents were chihuahuas; there are tons of other examples of this happening to all breeds of dogs you can find easily on Google):

https://www.nbc-2.com/story/40277372/florida-man-accused-of-killing-chihuahua-with-tile-scraper

https://www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/ny-news-chicago-man-throws-dogs-off-balcony-20181225-story.html

And also:

Quote

The American Humane Organization reports that 75% of abusive partners have threatened, hurt or killed a family pet. National LINK reports that, out of those numbers, 75% of these incidents happened in front of family members. Animal abuse is a weapon that many domestic abusers wield unflinchingly.  (https://barkpost.com/good/animal-and-domestic-abuse/)

and...

Quote

.In a national survey, 85% of domestic violence shelters indicated that women coming to their facilities told of incidents of pet abuse. (https://awionline.org/content/facts-and-myths-about-domestic-violence-and-animal-abuse)

WAKE UP, JENELLE. Even if you don't care about your kids, we know you care about yourself. GET OUT. Or at least let all the kids (& animals) go live somewhere else and spend the rest of your limited time with him getting high without any kids/animals around to bug you for food/water/care.

A family friend and her husband had a rescued Catahoula hound who just wan't "right."  It basically had to be muzzled around everyone but the owners.  They tried putting him on several different anxiety meds.  They were constantly at the vet getting new meds/advice and reading everything they could. They LOVED that dog even though he was a 24/7 job. They got him expensive private obedience classes as he couldn't be around other dogs for classes.  They trained him and he'd be okay/listen to them, but if someone besides the couple came within ten feet of him, the dog lost it and became incredibly aggressive.  This couple had grown adult kids and grandkids. Well, one day their 1 year old grandson was over. They put the dog up in his room (yes, he had his own room), but apparently he learned how to turn the handle with his paws and used his nose to open the door and get out (first time he'd ever done it).  He ran out, ran downstairs, and attacked the 1 year old who was minding his own business at the bottom of the stairs.  Before the wife could get between the dog and the toddler, he mauled the toddler's face.  This was in the New Orleans area in the weeks right after Hurricane Katrina and they'd just returned to the area - there was no functioning animal shelter and there were no vets in their area back in operation yet.  They locked the dog back up and got the child taken care of (he had to have plastic surgery, but now you can't even really tell it ever happened...they know they and their grandson were very lucky).

The husband of the couple came home while the 1 year old was in the hospital (and his wife was there with the 1 year old).  He put the dog in his car, got him McDonald's, drove out to the swamp area, and let the dog eat a Happy Meal (the dog loved when he's get fries if anyone dropped them).  I know this couple was devoted to this dog and spent a lot of their time, energy, and money on/with him. But the man loved his grandson more and there was no option for re-homing the dog (hardly anyone around, no shelter/rescue group open in the area right after Katrina).  He was afraid if he gave the dog to someone, they may not be able to afford the dogs meds/have the time the dog needed/hurt someone else. He took the dog out of the car and shot him.  Then he cried for hours.  A decade later, he cried as he told my husband and I this story.

Every once in a while, there may be a story where something like this- awful as it is - kind of makes sense to do if one has to do it.  David and anyone defending him may try to say shooting Nugget was similar to the story I just shared. But let me be clear: IT IS NOT.  People trying to defend what David did are wrong. He was at fault (along with Jenelle) for not teaching the kids how to treat the dogs and they had resources to try to re-home the dog or even drop him off at a shelter.  These people defending this need to stop (I know there aren't any here, but I've seen it other places).

David is vile and he did this to show dominance and to terrorize the household.

(Sorry for the long post.)

The best way to show MTV that this shit isn't funny is to stop watching the show, completely.  THEN, they will care.

I haven't watched Teen Mom 2 or any other MTV shows since it was announced that Jenelle would be on this season.  Just getting rid of UBT wasn't enough for me, the episode where Jenelle pulled the gun in the car proves to me that she's just as bad and just as dangerous.

I watched the video with Nugget and wish I hadn't.  That poor dog was so wary of that pink mug being so close to her face when Ensley was getting up.  I can't help but think she'd been hit in the face before and was afraid.  I just feel sick.  That poor, poor dog.

That video is sickening. What it tells me is David was just looking for a reason. It wasn't some sort of spur of the moment thing (not like that would justify it anyway). David ADMITS that this has happened before, but there he is. Filming Ensley getting all up in the dog's face. A dog that has snipped at her before. He says ABSOLUTELY nothing. Doesn't tell Ensley to sit back. Doesn't stop filming to walk over there to assist in the potential situation. He just keeps filming because he know he needs this "evidence" for later. He waits until the dog snips again than finally stops filming and then takes the dog to the woods and shoots it. Then he goes and puts it online for "justification" and to play the protective parent role.

A protective parent wouldn't have let it get to that situation in the first damn place. So many other proactive things could have been done beforehand if Nugget had a history of this.

What's really disturbing is his disregard for Ensley's safety if he really did set this up just to have a reason to shoot the dog. That dog could have done a lot worse than just nipping at her. It's the same as seeing your child put their hand on a hot stove and just sitting back and filming instead of stopping him/her.

Beating and shooting, this is making me sick.  TELL ME AGAIN JENELLE HOW THE CHILDREN WEREN'T AROUND FOR THIS YOU PIECE OF SHIT:

After Nugget nipped at 2-year-old Ensley, Eason sprung up, grabbed the dog by the throat and slammed it on the ground.

We’re told Eason then began beating the dog inside the house, allegedly hitting it in the throat and throwing the french bulldog into a kitchen table.

The dog was wailing while Eason rained punches down on the animal’s head, and everyone in the house was too terrified to stop him during the attack.

Eason then picked up the lifeless dog and threw it out the front door, before walking inside the house and grabbing a pistol and shotgun, and then returning outside.

We’re told after the dog was shot to death, Eason returned to the home with his hands and clothes “covered in blood.” We’re told Jenelle was home at the time, but the scene was so intense and traumatic that nobody said anything to Eason.

Sources close to the situation tell us they believe Eason had been plotting to kill Nugget, and believe the entire incident was premeditated.

We have a german shepard who grew up with our son. We got him when I first found out we were pregnant. Even now, 10 years later, I still watch him around the kids and watch for any signs of agression. We haven't had any, but we also taught our kids how to act around a dog. They never go up and put their face in his. They wait until he comes to them. They know how to pet and how to respect. If my husband killed him because our children weren't acting correctly I would leave right away. That is not normal behaviour.
