The whole Billy/Doll/Delia story line is intriguing me. I like creepy and I can honestly say I think this is the first story line with JT that I actually am kind of looking forward to seeing play out. 

It was nice to see Jack in "Paris." And wow, they toned Ashley down a lot. She was actually pleasant to Jack. It reminded me of the pre-Mal days. 

So Nate is moving into Cane's old house. Are there no other properties in the GC area, lol. 

Lola really needs to let the whole Kyle/New York thing go. Girl, your finance was a immature horn dog, you don't really need to know every singe thing he did was he was in N.Y that proves that. 

I really don't know what to say about Tracey/Cane. BM of course was fabulous but I really don't know what Tracey sees in Cane. Also, I kind of zoned out a bit... so they agreed that they care about one another and are best friends? Nothing romantic wise between them?

Yeah, that was kind of a strange turn.  It seemed like Cane wanted to go there and explore a relationship, and Tracey did not, in spite of feeling something pretty major for him.  I have to think that she is self-rationalizing and saying that it could never work between them (age difference, maybe her size) and ending it before it goes any further.  And she seemed grateful just for having had that feeling again of falling for someone.  

I am beyond thrilled that she ended it with Cane, but why can she not have a decent guy in her life?  Somebody mentioned Dr. Neville, that would be awesome!

Thoughts on CDN Tuesday and Wednesday:

Why did they dress Traci in that drab colour for the party that was supposed honour her and her book? Earlier in the episode she was wearing a shade of pink that looked glorious.

Of course the writers are making this story about Cane. The long close-ups on his “gee wilikers” face are so annoying.

Phyllis telling Abby “I’m not interested in being tortured” was especially funny to me since it looked like she was being strangled by the neckline of her dress. I often think that Phyllis is being tortured by her wardrobe.

So, this hotel is going to be called “The Grand Phoenix” and Phyllis sees it as a “destination boutique hotel, that’s fun and has an artistic vibe, and it caters to the celebrity, the entertainer, the influencer, world traveller.”

And she expects this in WISCONSIN?! 

I mean, I live in Canada and I don’t know the first thing about Wisconsin but I don’t imagine a small town is going to be anyone’s “destination boutique hotel”. Also, do boutique hotels typically have a penthouse as grand as the one she’s designed and is going to move into?

This fake Wisconsin town is actually quite large.  Haven't you seen the many skyscrapers they've shown at various times?  It's really quite ridiculous considering that all our characters  go to the same coffee shop and restaurant where they meet to discuss business, have a drink, eat a meal.  GCAC must now be ready to shut down their restaurant and bar, but I guess their 'suites' are still available for quick sex romps, overnight stays, and long-term living.

I really enjoyed the scene at Society between Billy and Tracey. Some good acting from both actors. 

So mama Rosales didn't know about Lola's transplant. I guess that answers the question as to why she wasn't at Lola's bedside. 

Lastly, I'm curious as to who will gain temporary custody of Christian. I'm kind of hoping for Sharon over Vicky, but really either one will do.

I'm skeptical that anyone else is actually doing the gaslighting. I think it's all in his mind and that mind needs some pretty intensive therapy stat. I think it's a combination of Chloe's charge to him that she believed he needed to "fix this" (or words to that effect), with the fix being Billy killing Adam as punishment for Delia's death (which, in itself is straight up psychopathic). He's also carrying around a great deal of personal guilt because he was the one who left his daughter alone in the car at night with her runaway pup who lived up to his name. If Delia had been in the store with Billy, this wouldn't have happened that night.

I think he did.  From today's recap I gather the therapist is working Billy to reveal his own guilt re Delia's death which manifests as blame he so vehemently puts on Adam.  Billy, as a gambling addict and borderline alcoholic, has always put the blame on somebody else.  It's as if not actually hitting her with a car absolves him from having put her in that situation.  I'm not expecting his therapy to resolve his guilt issues, though.  I'm sure this is just the set up to explain why Billy is going to go ape-shit on Adam and possibly kill him.  He pleads an incapacitation defense (backed up by the therapist and his sleepwalking/fugue states), spends a few weeks in Happy Farms Mental Facility and he returns as the new, improved guilt-free dadoftheyear Billy.  (Bonus points if it is Billy Miller!)
