The porn cost more then it would have cost to fix the A/C, I would think she would be mad about that or that she got married in a good will dress. Is this really how Colt is spending his money? I thought he was suppose to be paying down student loans. He graduated less then 2 years ago with big debt.

Yeah, but what's the "evidence" when you're faced with one person who is unnaturally calm and logically explaining how he is the victim here and another person who is naturally firey and English isnt her native language.

A police officer who isn't familiar with what type of instigator Colt is could naturally be more inclined to believe the series of events that comes from the very calm, very collected "logical" person.  Colt knows what he is about and it wouldn't surprise me to find out that he is hoping to find some way to extend her wait for a green card so he can hold it over her head as long as possible.

I am only surmising, as is everyone else.  GENERALLY, on DV complaint, they take the instigator, but many are surmising that Colt set Larissa up (saying he scratched himself, etc) - not once, but three times.  Being this was their THIRD visit to this house, I would think the cops would have a good feel for what's going on, but none of us knows for sure, and we never will.  Personally, I can't stand this couple, and I can't stand DV situations that are like this - stuff like this makes it harder for legit male DV victims.  The quicker these two are off the screen and away, the better.  I'm not even sure I'll watch the 2nd part of the tell all.

We have no idea if he was arrested or not. Larrissa's arrest was told by her friend. I'm sure Debbie is not going to post if Colt is in jail.  Larissa's friend took pictures of her. We do not know if there are more pictures of Colt? During arrest number 2 people wondered why, until we found out the there was bruises and marks on Colt via a report. It is just going to be wait and see until a report comes out because this SM is turning into a mess.

Jon Yates was posting for Larissa on his social media. He is the one that reported that her friend Carmen said she was arrested. Just like arrest #2, Larrisa posted she was at Carmen's and safe and then a few hours later it is posted she is arrested.

Assault is threatening someone, spitting on someone, or incidental contact with no lasting bodily harm.  Battery is the intent to physically harm someone.  Punching with a closed fist, etc.  These are broad definitions -  and definition of them varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.  This is just a Reader's Digest version.  I don't know specifics for their jurisdiction.  When my Uncle was assaulted in a grocery store by his wife, they got her for assault and battery.  The assault was her screaming at him and pushing him.  The battery came when she broke his nose by hitting him with a closed fist.

I agree, so far he has been able to manipulate his way out of situations.

I don't know, maybe it's because my parents are immigrants, but I like the fact that someone loves this country so much that they are willing to have sex with Colt to be here.  Those people willing to truly sacrifice may have the greatest appreciation for their citizenship.

So, I guess I'm a little soft hearted.

As for her children, I don't judge her as harshly for that either.  These guys who go overseas for a wife are looking for "the most bang for the buck" so to speak.  It's rare that they are going to want to take on two kids, especially when they have had a lifetime of being "mommy's special boy"

And you know the additional cost of two kids would be a total nonstarter for Colt.  

Her plan may be to get a job and send money back to support her kids and it seems like even a crappy job in the states would pay more than a crappy job in Brazil.  Therefore more money to support her kids financially.  

Her eventual plan may be to send for her kids once she is settled and has her citizenship and gets the hell away from Colt and Debbie.

I vaguely remember this story about Jeff Dahmer back in the day.  One of his victims ended up getting away, he was naked and running down the street and I think he was raving about having been kidnapped.  He encountered the police and Jeffrey Dahmer ended up talking the police into letting him take the guy back to his place (where he subsequently killed him) because I convinced the police it was a "lovers spat"

I just think it's easy not to dig too deeply into a situation where one person seems so sane and logical and calm and the other person seems out of control and emotional.  

I'm not saying thats all cops, but it's just a human temptation to believe the calm "rational" person.

Agree here though. They may have checked his fingernails but a phone, a door slam to the face, getting pushed and spun around into a windowsill IDK there are other things that could cause the face mark besides fingernails.

Not to mention face wounds tend to bleed badly.  My husband cut his forehead at work - it was just a small cut, and he said it was like a fountain, and took forever to stop bleeding.  She could have smeared the blood from a small cut.  Before anyone jumps on me, I'm not saying she smeared it in an attempt to fool anyone, gain sympathy, etc.  Or some could have come from the cut on her finger.

That's odd, why would blood splash on you from a face wound.  No one hit an artery.  It mostly looked like the blood dripped and was smeared.

Also, couldn't he have bitten his nails while cooling his heels wherever he went after the incident?  

Although, if I were a guy who was super calm, collected and "logical" I might be able to convince the cops that there is no way I did any of that because he man, I bite my nails.

Lots of people think it is weird he lives with his Mom. It is way more common to have take care of a parent or for seniors to not be able to afford housing on SS alone. Colt dad died when he was young and it obviously made him closer to his mom. Maybe he has worried every since then about his mom dying. he is an only child too. From what Debbiehas said , she is getting very low social security amount and has no pension or other income. If she did not live with Colt she would be in a small studio apartment in a bad neighborhood. It is sad but it happens all the time. My father in law died when my husband was a teen and my mother in law worked but not high paying jobs her whole life while raising 10 kids and at retirement, she was able to afford just a small one bedroom apartment. My mom has retirement money and a sudden illness is caused her to need more help sooner then she thought. Even with long term care policy, these retirement communties are 5-6k a month 2-3k if you have a policy and it worries my mom to blow her life savings on a assisted living. It is not like Colt can drop Debbie off at the retirement home and it will be like the show "cool kids" all nice and fun. He has said many times he told Larissa taking care of his mom was part of the deal since she took care of him alone for years. Larissa has mentioned she wanted to bring her kids here. Im sure they had to talk about that as well. he had his mom to care for and she had her kids. It was not a relationship that was just going to be the two of them.

After all that I hope that Colt stays taking care of his mom and Larissa takes care of her kids and they separate.

The latest post by John Yates says Larissa is willing to say she lied about Colt being a pedo if he bails her out. No matter what she means, she did or didnt tell the truth, pedo accusations should not be made or taken lightly. If she lied about that....

I don't know who or what to believe.  For some reason, police feel Larissa is the aggressor.  I'm sure there is more to it than Col-Tee's fingernails. 

Regardless of who the aggressor is, it's time for this to end.  This show is becoming a spectacle.  Based on what I've seen the past couple of seasons, I'd be terrified to pursue someone from another country.  This show is not helping the K-1 visa process.  They are basically proving that it's only being used to gain access to the US.  The girl from Mexico who weeks after the wedding decides to leave the guy to pursue a modeling career, the Rich tiara wearing bitch who hates her step kids voiced more than once she only married him to come to the US to further her medical career,  the guy from Sonoma saying what he loved about the Heavy Kardashian wannabe is that she's 'white and American'.  

The violence in this relational is getting serious & scary.  I really doubt she'll get her  Green Card after this one.  They are both extremely sick people.  She has an anger streak with a very short fuse.  On the reunion show, she came ready to fight.

One of the things I read said that they believe Larissa inflicted the scratches on herself because Colt bites his nails. I specifically remember his hands from show and him having nails. This Yates person-- I have no clue what his connection to them is-- posted a pic where you can clearly see he has nails. He also posted that he is going now to post her $800 bond and then bringing her to his house to live. They are asking for money for a lawyer.

It is a common move for the guilty party to call the police.   So in fairness the police should only determine what happened after they do some investigation. Officers and deputies can get it wrong or right. I've seen lots of sloppy and incompetent work on LivePD. They show lots of DV on air.
