I vaguely remember when the show was invited to the WHCD. Of course BW went often. But this time Sherri Shepherd got to go too - and acted the idiot dancing around like she does. So I imagine the rest of the panel went as well at the time, including Joy.  I think MM went once in 2012 with daddy.

But I only did a brief search because I can't stand MM. She is pissed off Bill O'Reilly didn't give her credit for her views on the WHCD and told him so in so many words on twitter tonight. He had said "The View loved the hate." LOL - he was probably referring to yesterdays show.

Megan is too sensitive to be a panelist on this show. When you sign up to work on a show like the View, you open yourself up because people will agree or disagree with your opinion. I believe that she often gets flustered and so frustrated because politics really aren't her strength. I believe, like Elizabeth, before her, she is actually interested in art. Not to say that you can't hold both as an interest- but she is simply not effective- and it is obvious that she hasn't been discussing politics in this manner until recently. (Whether you agree with them or not - when I listen to Chris Matthews or Joe Scarborough it's obvious that they have a passion for politics.)

I appreciate Joy's schoolteacher background, she knows how to switch gears and break things down without sounding hostile when she's in that mode.

I don't understand why Megan feels like she is the spokesperson for Trump voters (when she claims she didn't vote for him) simply because she's a conservative and is from a "red state."

Saw her years ago. She was hilarious! My daughter and I saw the show at a casino.  You would not believe how busy the buffet was before the show started. I remember filling two plates of food so I would have to wait in line again.

Anderson Cooper had to much to loose sticking up for Griffin. I don't blame him. I like her but she did not use her best judgement with the head - and there are consequences that she took on by doing it.

BTW - KG and Gloria Vanderbilt had a close relationship too. Another example of KG's lack of fore thought.

Yes and that is why Sunny went out with Meg for a drink after work a few times in the begining.  I highly doubt it still happens.

Yes, and Elsa is so offended by Michelle Wolf, yet she had no probs with Louie CK. 

Also, on the show today she said that Greta was very angry with her about this, and it seems like Elsa initiated this entire thing.  In fact, if you read some of her twitter from back then, she is just an instigator.

I believe that they discovered they both like bourbon, and Sunny took Meghan out for a welcome drink when she first joined the show. And that maybe they did it once more.  

There's no way it's still happening, if you watch Sunny's reactions when Meghan talks over her, insults her, or dismisses what she says.  Sunny does not strike me as the kind of person who continues a friendship with someone who is disrespectful to her.

At the heart of the matter, Meghan takes issue with Hollywood when it suits her because Hollywood is (to her own admission several times) is made up of mostly liberals. If there were more and prominent conservative voices within Hollywood, she wouldn't complain about Hollywood as much. She's complaining because she disagrees with their political values which they are able to express on large platforms such as award shows and interviews which are nationally televised or printed and have a ton of followers.

Yes, when asked if she believed the polls, Meghan said she believes "some of them."  Yep, that's the way to do it.  Look at all the polls, cherry-pick the ones that have results that you agree with, then use those polls as facts to back up your opinion.
