Sorry to go slightly off topic but can I just say that's a FANTASTIC idea for a gift!

[Takes a bow] Thank you!  What's nice about online accounts is that she could log in as me and just have it shipped to her house and I paid for it.

Back to the show:  We, my niece and I, both watch this show and text back and forth.  Her daughter was having a bad day and we laughed and said it was probably the Voodoo owls.

Luis scares me a little.  He's calculating and dark-hearted, in my opinion.  He cares only for himself and nobody else.

Molly seems like a nice woman, though she's deaf, blind and dumb when it comes to her husband. Oftentimes, I see true emotion cross her face and eyes, especially when her feelings get hurt.   Her fervent desire to hold on to Luis is pathetic to me.  Why would he not sit next to her on the couch during the Tell-All/Reunion?  Why was he so belligerent to her?  According to what Molly said, Luis had returned to her home and was making attempts to fit in with the family (packing Kensley's lunch; stopping at the market "unasked.")  So why the sour disposition on the couch?  Is it a macho-act?

Unlike many of the American sad sacks we've seen on 90-Day,  Molly could have (I think) found a decent American guy, closer to her age and happy to be with her.  She really didn't need this headache named Luis.

I watch this with my elderly dad & he kept pointing out how cold and calculating Luis was on the special; playing her like a cheap fiddle. It made me sad for Molly, who I feel deserves so much better than Luis. But she made a stupid desperate decision. What happens next?

Hell, even Andrei for all his Eastern European plain speaking believed she deserved better, instead of the expected “why you do something so stupid”? Andrei does not suffer fools gladly, and he clearly had Luis’ number. Even David Spain managed to wipe the smirk off Luis’ face. Luis fully expected a dressing down in Spanish if he didn’t “make nice”.

You know. Molly is super selfish.  She has a nice home, 2 beautiful girls, a decent business with a good income.  Many single moms have less. Many are struggling. And she had to go and mess it up with a sanky man.

I have no pity for her. She made her bed.

But she did not have only herself to think about.

Initially, I gave Luis the benefit of the doubt, and perhaps this is all for the camera and I'm wrong.  She has kids who should be coming first.

Haven't you heard? She always puts her kids first.

I doubt this even last a year before it is in the news. He beats her chubby self up or leaves the child at Wal Mart.

Heck she could have found a man just as skeevy in the US and NOT had to pay all the K1 costs.  You can find an asshole much closer than the DR (or other far away land).  I think she is sad and has no self esteem but seems like a nice lady.  I liked how she spoke up about Azan/Nicole (who I WILL have comments on in her thread!).

@pollywood:  It's LiviRae Lingerie.  The name of the shop is a combination of her older daughter and the co-owner's daughter.

@seniorpatriot:  The house is in the name of Molly and Kensley's father (whom she never married).

I looked at Molly's boutique page and it floors me how someone who was smart enough to establish a presumably profitable business can be so stupid emotionally. Many are calling her Nicole in 20 years, but Molly seems to have more drive and at least a few points higher IQ than Nicole.

Regarding Molly's house, I read somewhere on here that Molly's ex, Ken (Kensley's dad) was looking to get his share of the house and repayment of a loan that he gave to Molly. Molly's situation seems complicated enough without adding Luis to the mix. Also, if I were Ken, I'd be a little ticked off that Molly was spending money on her boy toy rather than paying me back.

I've seen this play out in real life (not K-1, but still)...he'll string her along for as long as possible. Gaslight her. Estrange her from her family and friends while he's cheating on her left and right. Eventually she'll get sick of it and kick him to the curb. He'll refuse to vacate their house and she'll have to move. He'll retain relationships with as many of her family and friends as he can to try to convince them that she's having a mid-life crisis and is going nutty and he's working with her as much as he can. While he's living in her house.

Him endearing himself to brother Molly is actually a terrifying thing.

I did an elementary real estate search for Molly's house, and it appears she does not own it herself (didn't want to pay for the full search). She did show up as co-owner of a condo at a different address. And her lingerie shop's LLC filing lists the other woman as chief officer, although their business arrangement could be anything.

If I was Ken, I'd be suggesting I take full custody of Kensley, with Molly having visitation only without the calculating toy boy that is Luis.

What kind of brother is that?  My sister left her husband and our brother happened to be very, very fond of the husband but still told husband he was sorry but had to be on team sister.  My sister has since remarried the husband so all worked out well but even though we loved our BIL my brother and I stood by our sister - silently, but there none the less.

I missed where Azan admitted to sleeping with Nicole - [shakes with the willies]  He could get in serious trouble for openly contradicting the local laws/mores.

We were all dumbfounded. Not that they had sex so much as her not showering with post flight swamp vagina.  I’m going to find some brain bleach.

As someone who has spemt a lot of time on Morocco, including an a hotel room with a Moroccan male friend, this is extremely unlikely. In fact my Moroccan friends thought the scene with the cops last season was fake. Yes, there are laws on the books but their rately enforced.

That may well be the case,  but it bought Azan an excuse to hide from The Jin as much as he could.

Brother Molly is a backwoods maroon.  Dude can see what's going on and yet he never once takes his sister's side? When he knows what the fuck this little turd is doing to his sister, he still greets him in a friendly 'bro-like' manner? What the everloving fuck is wrong with this guy? No wonder he's living with his nutbar sister and not on his own. I wish Olivia would just move the hell out and live with friends, other family, anywhere than there, but then she'd have to leave her little sis to the whims of the morons in charge and she's too smart a young lady to know that that'd be a bad mistake for her sister. I feel for her the most because she sees what a shitshow this is, but she's stuck there unless/until the other kid's bio dad takes his daughter out of that situation...assuming he has any contact with her and it's not clear that he does.

I saw the tell all thing and the daughter talking about what people said about her. Terrible. She’s 17 years old. Yes her mother deserves her own life outside of being a mother, but Molly is the one that created the situation of, you’re the most important thing in my life, not me...YOU. And even that aside, I understand the betrayal feeling of her getting married and not telling them. The daughter is only 17, all she has is her mother to rely on and trust.

I suspect he knows Molly is going to do what she wants to do, so it's better to accept his new BIL

I assumed he is living with Molly to help her with her kids.

It was said he was living there because he was unemployed.

He appeared to hangout a lot with Louis and didn't step in when Louis made his neice uncomfortable and admitted to lying to Molly about some of Olivia's behavior so I think he is accepting of Louis because he likes Louis.

I wonder though, if that was because of the cameras.

End of the day, Molly is an adult, making adult decisions, both for her and her children.  It's not his place to interfere.  All he can do is offer his perspective to Molly if asked.

I wasn't suggesting he interfere, I was indicating that he appeared to not have any issues with Louis behavior and liked him for reasons that had nothing to do with Molly. His perspective to Molly was that Louis is a great dude that he likes.

After the big argument where Luis packed his bags and left, when Brother Molly was counseling her, he was wearing some kind of hat advertising a business (maybe electrical supply company?) and I thought maybe that's where he works. I thought it was odd they didn't blur out the words.

So, it's basically like leaving your house with two bored little boys at home to get into trouble. No wonder they've bonded, they're having so much fun! It's like Molly has two daughters and two sons! I'm still laughing over Molly saying that Luis was being helpful when he made Kensley's school lunch and got her backpack ready. She's probably in what, first grade? How much preparation does her backpack need at that age, a reminder that "today is Show and Tell"?

Maroon-

Term made famous by Bugs Bunny meaning a pushover, or one easily fooled.

A dope, fool, idiot, or nincompoop.

Unbelievably stupid person.

Might have been derived from moron: adding an extra letter "o" to moron meaning double-moron, thus a maroon.

Usually preceded by the words "what a"...

He thought he was eating chocolate ice cream but it was
vanilla with chocolate syrup--what a maroon!

He fell in love with a stripper again--what a maroon!

Also, Molly seemed proud that Luis went to the grocery store "all by himself"-- really? It's not like one has to have a great command of English or put in much work for a trip to the grocery store. It seems like she was really stretching to say something positive about him.

Pedro and Molly are together and appear happy as clams. Looks like they fake newsed us to get a storyline for the next part of the series. Happy for them particularly her. It does explain why he could barely stop laughing during the owl and candle cult tirade.

They have some damn good editors.

Bugs Bunny is where I first heard, "what a maroon".

But, Maroon is also a term for escaped slaves, in the West Indies, who formed their own communities, and their descendants.  So, it is possible Louise is also a "Maroon". :)

Why do I do this to myself?  My blood is BOILING with sheer anger at and hatred for Luis. Manipulative jerk.  Ugh.

Thats all.
