For all the wealth-flaunting this episode, I must say I did love that necklace on Peggy- not the ugly anniversary gift but the one she had on first that went backward with the long line of diamonds down the back - I thought it was really pretty.

Speaking of pretty, Vicki was not nor will she ever be and it's sad that she tries so hard.  It definitely looks like she is being phased off this show - bu she will probably come up with something desperate at the reunion to keep her orange.

I saw the receipt on the computer screen and it showed 2 items bought for $1879.   I thought that they were going to spend a shitload more money, given the amount of items they looked at, but even 2 items for that price is way above my budget!  I also noticed that Doug got out some dollar bills and put on the table when he saw everybody else give the belly dancer some money.  I don't think he participated though.  I really wanted to see him get up let loose for a moment.  

Ok guys, I've been a little under the weather the past few days (kidney stone and a trip to the E.R - all is well), so I am expecting some casseroles to be coming my way!  Don't let me down! ;)

I laughed so hard. Bravo really hyped up this Vicki-Tamra reunion. It was over in 5 minutes. "You called my husband gay, goodbye". I mean, really. Vicki STILL does not get it. She never will. She didn't apologize. She's acting like, "Well, it's TRUE". SMH

Kelly's family dynamics are so weird. How uncomfortable to have her father come stay there, when her mother lives with them. You can't put him up in a hotel??? And I noticed she's laying all the groundwork for her upcoming divorce. 

Lydia is still a spoiled 16-year-old. Nothing wrong with a parent gifting their child once in awhile. But I feel like Lydia pulls her cutesy crap to get mommy to take her shopping A LOT. 

Well, I'm sure glad Diko and Peggy had an anniversary party so we could FINALLY understand Armenian culture. No fat belly dancers, please. 

How creepy was Peggy's idea of trying to get her son to ask both Vicki AND Shannon for kisses, to help them make up??? And then fucking Vicki actually starts unloading her drama on the poor kid? Run, Coco, run!!! 

Diko is sooo angling for an orange. "I didn't want this cancer conversation to be a big thing. So I'm going to bring up the shit your ABSENT husband said, when you weren't around, at my anniversary party, and then act like it's no big deal." Yea, okay. 

That being said, Shannon didn't need to act so distraught about it in the car. Everything is not the end of the world. Tamra is going to be tiring of her REAL soon.

Dicko had on a shirt that mDe his body look tiny and his head huge, so I was distracted by that for part of the episode. 

Peggy's friend told the world " Day and night, she doesn't eat". Maybe it's an Armenian thing?

The silver lining to watching Vicki is that Andy Cohen detests her- there is always hope he will Jill Zarin her ass.

Exactly!  Vicki is coming across like: "But I LIKE Eddie, being gay doesn't make me not like him." with the entire underpinning being it is a given that he is gay.  re: their marriage she is like "whatever works for you guys, if you wanted to marry a gay man, I don't know".  It's really messed up she keeps on with this.

Vicki thinks they have both been equal participants in fighting and hurting each other.  But what she doesn't get it Tamra never started this to fight and hurt Vicki.  She called Vicki out on lying, Vicki was really lying, Vicki really did try to con people.  Now Vicki is like let's put our weapons down?  Tamra never went for weapons.

If you really read between the lines, this is all about the show.   When Vicki said Tamra was doing a chess game, she means the show.  Tamra is Top Dog on this show and has been for probably the last 4-5 years.  Vicki knows she is in a precarious situation and the only way to secure her spot is to be friends with Tamra.  Reality is, Vicki's time on this show has come and gone.  A producer once said they knew it was time for Alexis to go because we saw her story line basically wrap up, her arc rose and then set.  This has happened to Vicki.  The sun is setting on her story arc.

Well, I just don't find anyone appealing. I used to be a Vicki fan, but, she's annoying me now too.  Vicki, when you meet to soothe things over,  the first words out of your mouth are not ordering the other person to stop doing something.  It was weird.  And how many people just walk into a coffee shop, sit down, talk, leave and never order coffee? I never saw Vicki or Tamra order anything in the coffee shop. Who does that, when the coffee smells so delicious?  Oh, I forgot, Tamra's probably on restricted beverages. That meeting was so fake.  It was like they got in the car and checked off the box that said Meeting at Coffee house.  Next.....

Maybe, I don't watch enough, but, why do some viewers think that Vicki is being phased off the show? I haven't seen that.  She's the most amusing character, even though this feud with her is way past old.  The new ladies aren't that interesting, imo.  I would prefer they phase out Tamra.  

I'm not a Lydia fan, but, I can see how praying for things makes you feel better. I pray silently, but, I suppose doing it aloud may be okay too.  It's hard to believe that she has 3 kids.  She does seem childish. 

Shannon just has the anger in her that comes out in snippets.  She's obviously resentful of her husband and digs at him when she can.  I can see how having a storyline about gaining weight being embarrassing, (I get it.) but, she's just not the character that I used to find endearing.

We didn't see them order anything, but I swear when Tams walked out I saw two cups of something orange on the table?  And I don't think they were Doug's balls...

I didn't see any coffee cups or glasses on their table.  I'll look again next time they rerun the scene.  I think it's rude to use a business and not make a purchase, but, apparently, the store gave permission for them to set up there. The other customers seemed staged.  The odd way they stared when Tamra said, "It's not a good look on you, Vicki."   lol

I interpreted it as the other patrons begain staring when Vicki raised her voice. But, it seemed staged and so did Tamra's remark. Total waste of time, imo.

If Vicki wants to manipulate their relationship back together she needs to go after Tamras real currency which would be getting Tamra and her daughter back together . If Vicki can do that, she is a real friend, and she’s back in.

Re - the bellydancer - Lydia's scandalous shock about her dancing was one thing, but I was more creeped out by Diko stuffing money into her waistband. I've seen these kind of performances before at celebrations and never have I seen anyone treat them like a stripper and load their g-string with dollar bills. Usually when you have this kind of entertainment at a celebration it is treated as a cultural art form (like hula dancers in Hawaii). These women work hard at their craft (not that strippers don't...) and belly dancing is meant to be a particular form of expression. Diko getting the ball going and then Shannon (oh so awkwardly, but with the intention of trying to be part of the celebration) and then Tamra (not so good intentions, just for attention) throwing money at the woman? That was all pretty insulting.

Peggy presenting her "Armenian" food choices at the party - baba ganoush and tabouleh? Two things: Are those Armenian? (Okay I looked them up and they are of the Levant - an area of the world that does include Armenia). And even I, mid-westerner living in Wisconsin, have been completely familiar with both of those dishes for many, many years. They're not that exotic.

If I was ever on the fence about Peggy and Diko, this episode put me over the top. I officially think they are both gross. Peggy, asking if the belly dancer you requested is fat, is not a good look. From what I understand, you actually want your belly dancers to be voluptuous and curvy. Maybe the Armenian culture only allows skinny people to dance for dollar bills?  Between that, actually offering Koko $1000 to manipulate Vicky and Tamra and Diko talking to Shannon privately about David "questioning" him about Peggy's cancer, i'm firmly anti Sulahian. Diko, nobody made a big deal about your conversation with David but you and your wife. David clearly didn't tell Shannon about it so she wasn't upset, the only people talking about it was Diko and Peggy. So while he's trying to look like the nice guy by apologizing, there is absolutely no reason to unless he was apologizing to Peggy for making more out of the situation than it actually was. I don't understand their endgame. It seems fairly obvious that they already don't like Shannon despite Diko telling her he thinks she's "awesome." Are they trying to provoke a reaction? If so, I'm glad they failed.

Did Vicki wear that horrendous green monstrosity because she knew going to the party she was going to be envious of whatever gifts Peggy would receive?  The jealous look on her face was very telling - Vicki cannot stand anyone else getting gifts - we've seen it before!  

Not only Vicki, but Megan and Kelly both seemed very jealous.  Megan seems to be consumed with jealousy over Peggy and Diko's displays of their "wealth" (or, maybe Megan, P.I. knows something  more about them that we don't yet know?  Like, maybe they aren't as wealthy as they show them to be?)

I seriously don't know why I'm still watching this show-I really don't even like any of these women anymore.

But, on the flip side, I thought that Tamra looked amazing at the anniversary party - she looked much younger than usual, and her body is amazing!  She was channeling Gretchen a bit with the hair style, but it seemed to work for her.

I wonder if Peggy knows that in the Armenian culture it's common to sell baba ganoush at my local Kroger here in Mississippi?

I have not watched this episode yet, but it sounds like I need to so I can see yet again Vicki's poor fashion choices and clomping around.

Did Eddie really leave a $400,000 a yr salary working for his daddy to open that gym? Not sure I'm believing that one, Tamra. I know he worked for daddy at his law firm but come on, now. Nobody leaves that kind of salary to open a gym that has been floundering since the doors opened.  Having said that, Vicki really showed me at that meeting with Tamra how  clueless she really is. Invite Tamra to meet under the pretense that you want to mend fences and then tells Tamra she should apologize to her. Damn you, Vicki, for making me feel some kind of way for Tamra when I actually hate that conniver!

I wouldn't consider Armenia part of the Levant because most people are very clear that Levant does not include the Caucasus region (which is Armenia). It does share some food with the Levant but they have a lot of their own dishes. I wasn't aware of shisha being a big thing in their culture either (and a quick Google tells me it isn't).  I really think they went to a Lebanese/Levantine cuisine place because it was somewhat close to them food-wise.

I didn't mind the green dress on Vicki.  Glad the cutout was not an actual one, but, nude fabric.  That stuff rarely looks natural though.  Still, it wasn't sparkly, so there's that.  It seemed to me that Vicki was jealous of the long time marriage of 22 years.( She wants love, but, love evades her.  It happens.)  That's pretty impressive, but, you never really know what goes on behind closed doors.  Sometimes 22 years is a hard time.  They seem to be happy, but, you never know.  I wish them well, but, I feel sorry for anyone who feels they have to be on a Housewife franchise. They can't be normal, right?

I like how Vicki hopes she and Steve-the-dirty-cop will have 22 years together. He doesn't even seem that into her! 

As for Peggy and Diko. Weren't there some rumblings about them not even being married???

There seems to be so much dysfunction with that family.....OMG....I'm not sure what to believe, except that they all, (except for the kid) seem off.  When  parents expose their children to verbal sparing, it makes me cringe. I get the impression that it's much more than that too.  Not good.  They know better too. 

It wasn't really sparing, but the way that Shannon was snipping at her husband, when he was just being normal seemed wrong to me. What could have been a nice meal with mom, became awkward due to Shannon's smart ass remarks.  Then, her husband has to snark back about her having a silver spoon in her mouth.  Not good either, but, he was tired of her snipping at him.  Great way to teach kids how to NOT be happy in your own family.

The anniversary party was meh, IMO.  They should have had someone manning the shisha though.  I typically see a couple of servers floating around to help and also get the flavor of shisha that you want. The food was nothing special and seemed like it was in a Levantine restaurant rather than an Armenian one.  Armenians share some food with the Levant but they have a lot of their own dishes too.  What I saw was mainly Levantine.  Tabouleh, baba ghanoush, and I think I saw some kofta floating around. Throw in some manakish with akkawi and you have a complete Arabic meal. 

There ARE Armenian restaurants that they could've held the dinner at.  I learned about it on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. ;)   

Granted, the one I have in mind may be far from the OC but they had BH hoof it 2-3 hours (aka, driven in luxury SUV's) to Palm Springs for Kyle's party.

During the awkward meetup between Vickie and Tamra, Vickie said something to the effect of Tamra needs to be accountable, and Vickie stated she (meaning Vickie) was accountable for her actions.  I almost lost it then and there.  I was like, W-T-F????  In my opinion, Vickie genuinely believes the garbage she spews.  I am so glad Tamra walked out the way she did.  I am not, and have never been, a Tamra fan, but I thought she held it together really well, kept her composure while asking Vickie for specifics, etc.  If Tamra was trying to "win" something, as Steve suggested, then she won hands-down, lock-stock-and barrel.  I just wish that barrel was pointing at Vickie's Bravo contract and blew it to smithereens.

They have an amazing marriage and a lifetime of love, not to mention a beautiful family. It was a very special night and I was so thankful to be there to celebrate with them. Isn't Vicki the perfect ambassador of goodwill to gay men everywhere! She may have had a shot at staying on this franchise for a year or two more but I really do believe she bought her ticket off RHOC when she said that.

I was thinking the same thing.  Then, she doubled down by trying to use the Eddie is gay rumor as a slur against him.  Such a vile woman.  I hope Andy kicks her derriere right out the door.  It should have been done over the cancer scandal, but I hope she's too far gone now.  I do feel sorry for Michael and her grandsons.  They will be her targets to fill her narcissistic needs.  Not so much for Brianna, though.

I have not watched this episode yet, but it sounds like I need to so I can see yet again Vicki's poor fashion choices and clomping around.

Am not a fan of Kelly in general, but I loved her calling out, "Oh, you mean tabouli-EEH!" as Peggy was presenting what she assumed to be extremely exotic dishes to the Ho'wives. 

I agree with people's assessment of Vicki's bad style, but I will give her this: her hair has looked really good this season, as opposed to a few seasons ago, which I was reminded of when they showed those old clips of her and Tamara. It used to be too long and kind of frizzy, but now it's shorter and sleeker. Plus generally nicely styled. As someone who has very fine hair and can't do anything with it, I'm jealous of hers.

Lydia, oh Lydia. If you think God might not approve of a young boy being exposed to a belly dancer, you might want to look at what the Bible says about wealth and greed. That shopping trip was awful. I can't stand her fake, judgy brand of Christianity.

Shannon continues to be her own worst enemy. Shannon, I really want to be on your side, but stop making everything into some 5 episode drama! I think Diko was clumsingly attempting to air things out, and you know, being on this show, Shannon should know that's going to happen. Just say ,"Okay thanks" and move on. Of course,  neither Diko nor Peggy have done themselves any favors in their terrible (confused?) explanations of Peggy's cancer/pre-cancer. IMHO, David seemed legitimately confused, which stupid Peggy jumped all over. Ugh. Enough already, producers, with this cancer business!

Poor Koko probably had nightmares after that encounter with Vicki and now has daily therapy sessions for PTSD.

I thought the same thing. Even the least expensive jewelry comes in a box. So tacky and cheap looking.

The party made me miss my belly dancing days.  I was little wtf at Peggy's comment about fat belly dancer.

I can't stand Lydia. There must be some New Testament/Jesus quotes about the evils of bragging about your riches and wealth.

I think Ditko caught Shannon off guard, she had no idea what he was talking about, and he just kept going on and on as if she did even when she told him otherwise. Then Peggy adds on to Shannon's discomfort/embarrassment by saying that she (Peggy) was and still is hurt, "very hurt", by David's questions. Oh, and Ditko wasn't trying to clear up some misunderstanding, had that been his intent, he would have spoken to David, not Shannon. This was nothing more than Ditko grabbing for his own personal HW Orange and using Shannon to get it, this guy is more thirsty than Jim M (NJ). I also believe that Peggy/Ditko mislead the others (mainly Shannon) about Peggy's cancer on purpose to secure her relationship with Vicki, which they believe will secure them both oranges for next season.
