If not as consistently as most posters, I have at times found Lydia grating to the extreme of hoping she doesn't return next year. 

But she earned her spot in perpetuity IMO if her "I'm done with you, I'm done, I'm done!" was in fact an intentional mocking of Shannon's "I'm done (sob), I'm done! I'm fucking done!"

It shocked me, but I was impressed with Tamra in this episode.  While I didn't really buy her getting teary, once she was in Kelly's bedroom and Vicki came in hot and screaming, she just sat down and calmly replied when necessary and didn't raise her voice.  Though she's tried it in the past, I think she's finally gotten the right touch with giving Vicki enough rope to hang herself.  Hell, for the first time I actually appreciated Steve's presence.  It was a weird episode.

It was also awesome for the "fabricated" clip to be inserted in this episode, but I'm of the mind that it should be plugged in to EVERY episode when Vicki claims she didn't lie for Brooks.

LOVED Archie sabotaging Shannon's restaurant talks. 

Shannon calls Tamra 25 times a day??? Wow. I think the bloom is kind of off the rose with that friendship. They came together as "those hurt by Vicki Gunvalson", but they're hanging on by a thread. Tamra clearly can't handle all of Shannon's Shannonness. She agrees with Lydia that the broad is high maintenance, but then later doesn't cop to how the conversation really went. "She had no reason not to like you!" Liarface. 

And Shannon just wants Tamra in her army against Vicki. You can see her flipping the fuck out when she thinks Tamra is entertaining the idea of making up with Vicki. She gets all bug eyed and controlling. "Tamra, get over here NOW!" 

Peggy seems totally not into ANY of it. But Diko acts like she needs to go earn her orange. 

And, of course, Vicki has to leave because......she has to WORK. I'm glad she's still trotting that dead horse around.

Tamra's interview on WWHL tonight does not seem to support your belief. She confirmed that she's still friends with Shannon and Heather and will never be friends with Vicki. Still hates her. We're going on 3 years with this.

The only way they'll be friends again is if Vicki truly apologizes for what she did including the cancer lies, but most importantly the nasty vicious noxious rumor-mongering intent on ruining their lives. That will never happen because Vicki's a narcissist. This is a woman who upon finding out from her brother that their mother passed away began wailing "Who is going to love me? Who is going to take care of me?" She never asked her brother, who was the one who found their mom, how he was doing after finding their mother. Her brother actually asked Vicki how she was doing. She's garbage. This is how she treats people she loves.

Shannon certainly seemed to be breaking down to me!  I guess since it happens every time she goes out in public it doesn't always resonate with the audience each time. Lydia may irritate some but she typically has each housewives number and knows how to prevail in the argument despite her mousy demeanor. Love her.

I was thinking the same thing as it was happening. Tamra really handled herself well while Vicki was yelling at her. For someone who wants to move on and make things better, Vicki really needs to work on her approach. Nothing says let's be friends again like a verbal beat down. Oh yeah, she's a greaaaaaat friend. Good on Tams though for making Vicks try to verbalize fully what her problems were instead of just using buzzwords. 

Oh and I'm going to put both Peggy and Lydia in the gaslighter category. Peggy for maniacally laughing while telling Shannon she hasn't figured her out yet. Lydia for that whole muttering nasty things just loud enough for Shannon to hear then calling her the attention whore. These two are trying to provoke a reaction out of Shannon so they shouldn't be surprised when they get one. I actually appreciated that Shannon told the truth about why she was squeezing legs under the table. Everyone on these shows always complain about people talking behind their backs and Shannon put it all out front and center. Don't get me wrong, she is A LOT to handle but I think she's working really hard on addressing everyone's issues with her rather than stomping away in tears.  She genuinely thought Lydia was upset with her and tried to clear it up immediately. She asked Peggy what she meant by what she said. She obviously wants people to like her and they're using it against her. It's crazy-making.

Actually she does. Peggy and Kelly and Lydia. Meghan takes one for the team every now and then, too. And Vicki...  Foul, loathsome, evil, little cocroach Vicki. Production has to be fed up with her. It almost makes me wonder if that is their grand plan.  Like, they sell Vicki each season that this season will be her redemption season and then they just keep throwing her under the bus.  She really seems to be spiraling out of control. Like, she's always been vindictive and had trouble hiding it but she is letting it ALL OUT this season.  She has gone full crazy this season.

I like Brianna too.  She's rational and sees where her mom goes wrong - but also sees the good in her.  The Brooks thing would have done me in, but Brianna established boundaries and when it was safe (i.e. Brooks gone), she modified them accordingly.  She is really mature and wise.

Funny about Andy.   He seems to like Tamra best of the OC wives.  I think he used to like Vicki but agree that some of her narrow-minded ways got to him after awhile.  But, he does seem to like Brianna.  He's said a few times that she is a voice of reason or something along those lines.

She did lie.  When everyone was saying Brooks was shady, and they all suspected Brooks was lying about cancer, she told lies to bolster him up and make him seem believable.  Why she can't fall on her sword about this and apologize with humility, is why she is in the situation she is in.

I think this situation was almost a boy-who-cried-wolf type of thing. Shannon has behaved that way so many times, it's hard to believe her when she says she isn't. In this case, I do think Lydia was wrong. I believe that Shannon wasn't mocking her boob job, but at that point Lydia had had enough altercations with Shannon that she just wasn't buying it.  Clearly, Shannon WAS shit-talking at the table - just not Lydia. That being said, I don't like Lydia. She always acts under the guise of trying to "fix" things and help people, but she's a total shit-shirrer and I think she's just LOOKING to find fault with Shannon since her initial nicey-nice attempts didn't work on Shannon.

Love Harry Potter!  And the quote is pretty close depending on what translation but yeah, "Judge not lest you be judged" is the most common translation.

Have you ever seen the movie "Saved" with Mandy Moore?  She reminds me of Mandy Moore's character.  Classic Mean Girl using her Christianity as a weapon.  You could use use Quinn from Glee as another example.

Dude, IUD over here.  Love it.  Had it placed after my first, removed when I wanted to get pregnant again, knocked up in 2 months, and had another placed after my second.  I will keep replacing IUDs until I hit menopause.  Haven't had a period in YEARS.

I actually felt sorry for Peggy at this party which was all about someone voluntarily taking their implants out while she had a double mastectomy because of cancer (either she had it or the threat).  No one seemed to have any self-awareness that all this boob talk could make Peggy feel awkward.

For as much as I'm frustrated with Production for serving up such a dreadful season, I do love it when they show that clip of Vicki admitting she lied right after she claims she didn't.  The best part is imagining Vicki shrieking while she's watching the episode.  You all should give it a try!

Oh I just cannot stand this vapid, shallow, vain woman.  Something tells me she's a Joel Osteen-style of Christian.  Which is NOT a compliment.  She and her husband play house, and seem to spend a great deal of their time on their appearance.  He looks like he's been at the plastic surgeons quite a few times himself.  And they will raise their children to be just as shallow and useless. 

ETA:  And if anyone from Bravo reads here - I will not be back if Lydia and Peggy are on next season.  In fact, I may not continue this season.  I would take ten Kelly Dodds over these two stealth, fake bitches.  God save me from Lydia's brand of Christianity.

I haven't been a fan of Peggy and Lydia but I really liked them this episode for putting Shannon in her place.  I can't stand Shannon and they feel the same way about her that I do....needy, selfish, always has to be about her and bat crap crazy.   It was pathetic the way she was trying so hard not to let Tamra and Vicki talk and try to work things out.  Tamra is a grown ass woman and has been friends with Vicki for a lot longer than she was with Shannon.  If she wants to discuss things with Vicki who the hell is Shannon to try so hard and stop it.

Meghan is boring.  I don't care to see her scenes where she baby talks to her kid and dog.  It's annoying.

For me it was during the season 10 reunion where Brianna revealed that throughout the season as Brianna was questioning Brooks, Vicki was calling Brianna a fucking liar, a fucking bitch, a shit stirrer, and a bad nurse the entire time. I just thought "those are the words you use for your child?" We know Brooks was lying now, but even then, there was probably more measured language Vicki could have used. Vicki was was nicest and most diplomatic with the people who mattered the least in her life. She was awful to Brianna, Tamra, and Shannon. Emotionally and cognitively, there is something quite wrong with Vicki.

Tired of given an hour of my life to this muck. I'm starting to look for a check at the end of each viewing because it feels like a damn job. I will say the only thing keeping me going is the thought of being a witness when Tamra has finally had it with Shannon.... and its coming. I bet as soon as they get what they want - Vicki off the show - things will take an interesting turn.

Lydia needs to go ASAP. Her unnatural (and no doubt Bravo directed) investment in reconciling Tamra and Vicki is annoying together with her demented muppet looks and wild arm flailing. 

Meghan? The world needs shit stirrers but I just don't like her. Not only is she the throw rock, hide hand type but she also can dish it but can't take it. Give me an unrepentant bitch any day over this stealth mess. 

Vicki cannot be rehabbed. It was a nice run and it actually pains me to say this because I do see her as the face of OC, but she needs to go.  I don't know if Bravo has the guts to do this though. 

Peggy's schtick of not knowing any English idioms and the whole 'Armenians love breathing air, unlike everyone else' crap has soured me towards her, however, I am keeping an open mind based on previews. I didn't mind Peggy this episode and I am intrigued by whats to come next week. 

Nothing like opening a restaurant to find your happy.

Shannon is the gift that keeps giving. I don't dislike her but I can't say that I like her either. She really is exhausting but interesting. Vicki doesn't effect her but yet she keeps blaming her for gaining 40 lbs instead of where it truly lies - David, being perimenopausal, vodka tonics, 0 exercise and carbs.

Lydia is the dipshit.

Tamra's interview on WWHL tonight does not seem to support your belief. She confirmed that she's still friends with Shannon and Heather and will never be friends with Vicki. Still hates her. We're going on 3 years with this.

The only way they'll be friends again is if Vicki truly apologizes for what she did including the cancer lies, but most importantly the nasty vicious noxious rumor-mongering intent on ruining their lives. That will never happen because Vicki's a narcissist. This is a woman who upon finding out from her brother that their mother passed away began wailing "Who is going to love me? Who is going to take care of me?" She never asked her brother, who was the one who found their mom, how he was doing after finding their mother. Her brother actually asked Vicki how she was doing. She's garbage. This is how she treats people she loves.
