He is a known, toxic commodity in whom the press is still interested. Hire him at your own risk. And he is a smug, sanctimonious asshole who thinks he is better than everyone else, so he is unlikely to take any job he is actually qualified for. Unless someone can convince him that pretending to be humbled and trying to work his way up will allow him to regain his former glory, I have a hard time imagining Joshley being willing to take a low level job. 5 Link to comment

It's something that the DUGGARS would be wont to point out, but the cashier or waitress (can't remember the deets now) who sold the pic and story to InTouch *possibly* (see caveat below) defined it that way, I suppose to make the families leaving more shocking.
