In that photo, the desktop computer monitor is visible and apparently you can see the reflection of the person sitting at the desk of the computer on the monitor, and the person appears to be wearing a red hat. The selfie taken later that day of Pest and Anna door-shopping shows Pest also wearing a red hat. He’s a fucking idiot. The jury isn’t going to understand nor will they care how the Tor was installed or it can also be used for non-nefarious activity. What they will understand, and all that really matters is that the images were downloaded on that computer when he was there. It was him. He’s guilty. 23 Link to comment

ginger90 December 3, 2021 Share December 3, 2021 As far as seating in the courtroom, is it set up so as you arrive, you go to the front, fill in the rows from front to back? It would sort of be the reverse of what is typically done upon exiting churches I have been in. Clear as mud? That could explain the seating arrangements that have been mentioned. 1 Link to comment
YupItsMe December 3, 2021 Share December 3, 2021 I don’t believe there’s any certain way seating in a courtroom is handled. You just go in and take whichever empty spot you’d like unless COVID requirements have changed that. 3 Link to comment

Yeah I saw one of the local reporters had gone in on her day off yesterday and then said she would be there today on another day off before finally noping out. I got the distinct impression she was trying to avoid the one law enforcement officer's detailed testimony about the CSAM. Her colleague had noted that the jury seemed noticeably affected by that yesterday, and I got the impression the descriptions in court also were very upsetting to people in attendance.
