Erika provides a helpful case study into the tactics used by people with narcissistic personality disorder and other sociopaths. She lies, manipulates, bullies - even threatens - in an effort to keep her useful idiots in line so they keep propping her up and don’t dare rip off her victim’s mask. Wonder how long she’ll be able to keep her own kid in line.

If Andy does call her out, that should be interesting. If I were Tommy I’d make it crystal clear to Mom that she is to leave me OUT of her bullshit. Given his line of work, he doesn’t need the attention this has brought.

Erika is still working hard to ensure her spot as the most hated howife ever:https://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/rhobh-erika-jayne-jesus-christ-legal-woes

This is a new low, even for her. She thinks crap like this is helping her? So we’re now adding a persecution complex to the narcissistic personality disorder?

If this didn’t work for Vicki Gunvalson, it sure as hell won’t work for Erika Jayne.

Cue the lightning bolt. 🤮

100%. For someone who went off on Eileen for an analogy about her son and said the climate is not police officer friendly, you'd think Erika would keep him out of her drama.

Yep. I only watched this season to see Erika taken down and have been very disappointed. I still cannot get over the contrast  to last year. Denise, a grown woman, was accused by Brandi, formerly the biggest liar of the franchise, until Erika grabbed the title from her, of having sex with another consenting adult. They put her on trial. I remember the scene where they were first "confronting" Denise and Denise is asking what they are talking about and Teddi says, OK Erika, l'll tell you "because it's really bad". Really? I am certainly not as openly sexual as Denise. I have never been with another woman and wouldn't be, and I never cheated on my husband. But, why do I, or any other audience member give a flying fig who Denise has sex with? Why is what she allegedly did "really bad"? She didn't force herself on Brandi and they are both consenting adults. No one stole from widows and orphans. No one refused to return stolen money even once they knew it was stolen. No one then pretended to be the true victim. It was, literally nothing. Denise didn't sleep with any if their husbands. Yet big, nasty Erika gets a pass. I want Erika to be brought down. I want the Coven to demand that she "own it". I will not watch another season of them kissing her ass.  I don't think I am alone. I just fear Andy is not going to get it and  will  think Erika should stay. Unless they are going to go after her with all the fervor they went after Denise, I am done as long as Erika remains. I think the reunion will tell us if Andy actually gets it or not.

Agree.  I have been recording the shows, find myself looking forward to the commercials for a break, and checking to see how much time until the show is over.  I can’t stand any scene with Ericka and the way they cater to her.  I’m out for next season if she is back and they continue to be afraid of her.

Agreed. Rinna is claiming she got death threats, too, and I'm inclined to believe it. People feel like they can say anything on social media and get away with it. I don't get it, you can't get anything out of a dead person and I would think people would want to see Erika (and everyone else who helped) pay for it live and in person.

Rinna, Erika, Dorito, and Kyle are all about being sneaky and mean. None of them are particularly smart, but they sure do know how to fight like street rats. But..... death threats??  Whoa !!!!  They're just people who put themselves out there to be ridiculed. Why hate them so much?

Erika Girardi is a belligerent asshat, a liar, and the meanest of all. But what's the point of going on social media to threaten her. Hey, that's HER job anyway, isn't it?

I just edited to add, I get a NYT briefing every day, this link was from there, but I couldn't access without deleting my current cookies.  Here is the comment that was with the link.....

Erika Girardi became famous for her lavish lifestyle. Then her husband’s law firm was accused of misappropriating millions of dollars. What has transpired since is made-for-TV drama.

Girardi, a cast member on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” is married to Tom Girardi, who helped win the trial that made Erin Brockovich famous. He is accused of fleecing vulnerable clients — including victims and relatives of those killed in the 2018 Lion Air jet crash in Indonesia — to support their extravagant tastes. She, too, has been named in a half-dozen civil lawsuits and appears to be relishing the attention.

I know!  I'm really surprised she has thrown him into the mix now, twice I think.  He's fair game now.  She was talking about their unconventional mother/son relationship and that was a little over the top to me.  Jimney.  She was like, don't you think I would tell you if I was effing that Armie? guy, and laughing about it and I thought, ewww.  So, yeah to me that's a bit unconventional.  Whatever though.

For a long time I've felt Erika was covering for Tom, but now I'm wondering if she is also covering for her son.  He's obviously played an active part in these "roll-overs" (for lack of a better word) and it would be really hard to keep your stories straight if you are covering for yourself and two other people.  Hence, the very long pause when she was telling the Coven again, (with the son addendum) about Tom's first, very convoluted "accident."   She was trying hard to remember what she could/should say, and then Dorit had to go save her from finishing her spiel, by talking.  If there was ever a time I wanted Dorit to be quiet, it was THEN.  No telling what Erika would have said that could have kept us laughing for a long time.  I hate missed opportunities ;-)

Just my opinion and of course, ALLEGEDLY!!!

Ms. Girardi is likely earning more than $600,000 from her turn this year on the show, which is still pennies compared to the amount of money she is used to having at her disposal.

Yeah, maybe that's broke in Hancock Park but not really.   It certainly doesn't justify walking around town in Walmart sweats.

This.  Should be a permanent response loop on her Twitter and Instagram feeds to any and every thing she posts.

Not that she would be bothered or care in the slightest bit.

Yes, that really does capture what we are seeing with Erika. She isn't directing her anger at Tom, she is essentially giving him excuses. If not for the victims wanting their money, she could keep living her utterly ridiculous life style. And it really was ridiculous. A forty something woman basically paying to be able to dance around and pretend to sing, half naked.

To date, she has been named in a half-dozen civil lawsuits. Just this week, lawyers for one of those lawsuits sent a subpoena to the show’s producers seeking outtakes that involve her. Additionally, Ms. Girardi may owe millions in unpaid taxes, court filings show.

These are the details that interest me. Real life, not what we see on the show.

I suspect they may get her on the taxes. And juries will murder her.

“The first few seasons we kind of liked her, but then we began becoming more and more concerned about our money. Is she spending our money? Now she is very unlikable on the show,” Ms. Ruigomez said. She seems like she almost has an attitude that we victims ruined her gig.”

If this doesn’t sum up Erika’s attitude during this whole season, I don’t know what does.

This scandal should dog her for the rest of her life. It should ruin her.

It’s her Instagram attitude too, she is so disgusting how she acknowledges the victims, hard to believe anyone would act with such disregard.  And she is a nobody in real life. She is a huge malignant narcissist.

It should.  But instead I think it's made her "the star" of RHOBH  at least in her own mind and probably to the coin counters at Bravo as well.

I'm bummed because I'm down to two franchises now (NY and ATL) they are teetering.

Yes. I don’t think she can allow anything whether civil or criminal go to a jury. She would lose bigly. That would seem to be a lot of leverage for those suing her.

She got a raise for her poor-me act. 🙄

https://okmagazine.com/p/erika-jayne-600000-season-11-rhobh-salary-legal-troubles-tom-girardi-fraud/

The blonde bombshell reportedly pulled in $600,000 for the controversial season that focused heavily on her and ex Tom Girardi’s alleged involvement in an embezzlement scheme, reported Radar.

Sources spilled mega-producer Andy Cohen gave the singer a raise as her personal life began dominating headlines.

Look at Theresa on NJ, jail time and scandal didn’t hurt her at all, she’s still on the show. If NY Doesn’t come back I’m down to just BH.
Since Erika is making 60K she’s stupid to keep working on this show, the prosecutors are going after that money she’s making.

There we go.  I wonder what Erika is going to demand of Bravo this year?    All the while  with the "I HAVE NOTHING"  all the time.

Yep, that's why I quit NJ a few years ago.  Those crooks made my blood boil.  Erika is starting to have the same effect on me.  😩

If she winds up getting her wages garnished this could be a good thing for the victims, although just reading it kind of makes me sick.  Who says crime doesn't pay?

And where did this "mega-producer" come from?  Andy Cohen a mega-producer?  Sure, Jan.

I guess we shouldn’t be surprised that “celebrity” — and I use thst term very  loosely here — will always excuse excreable behavior, especially if it affects the anonymous and less well-off. I can’t imagine how the victims must feel about how she has profited from their suffering for all these years, and is “sorry, not sorry” about it.

It says a lot (none good) about Bravo and Andy, too. I understand from the media forum thst ratings are way down, like other Bravo shows. So I guess they think by giving Erika the main stage people will watch — kind of like a car crash — and drive up ratings. Another insult to the victims. If this franchise has run its course, end it. Don’t prop it up with a criminal soft porn wannabe with a narcissistic personality disorder. That’s not the way to build a new fanbase, nor keep the ones you have had for years.

I know neither Bravo nor Andy will can her, as they should if they had any sense of decency. But we truly have the power to send a message by finding something else to do with our Wednesdays, as I will do when she comes back.

Fuck this! Seriously. ALL of this should go to everyone the Girardis defrauded. Bravo and Andy are just as vile to reward this shit.

Oh, and 🤮.

This is close to the straw that broke the camel’s back for me, or however Kathy put it.

I stopped watching after puppygate, and only came back because I thought they might hold Erika accountable, but they just let Erika lie and threaten. and gaslight the viewers and Tom's victims alike.  It became unwatchable at the end.  They turned Erika into a mob boss whom everyone is afraid to question , and I felt more and more icky watching Erika make herself the victim without concern for the real victims.

Knowing that they are bringing Erika back is enough to make me stop watching again, but this season also reminded me how much I loathe Kyle and Rinna already, so I will not be back.

Bravo really has a great way of misreading their audience. People are tuning in to watch her downfall and in shock of what a horrible human being she is. We don’t want to watch when she has no consequences for all her actions, which is what Bravo is giving them for rewarding her with another season.

As another poster said, if she gets that raise, hopefully she will have it all garnished.

Erika was not popular like Teresa Guidice was (which I don’t understand personally).
