Steffy is acting like Shiela is a serial killer that wants to kill her family  and turn them into meat pie.

I suppose Sheila isn't technically a serial killer but that's certainly not for a lack of trying! I think I'd be scared if that maniac was after me!! Though that still wouldn't cause me wear that hat Steffy had on today ... or the rest of the outfit.

I have to say I have been enjoying these versions of Brooke and Taylor quite a lot. I know one of them (most likely Brooke) will be back with Ridge before the new year but I am going to enjoy this for now. I actually liked Steffy's talk with Taylor today too.

However, the entire car chase was absolutely hilarious. So much bad acting. Yikes.

MH caught the tail end of the car chase and started to open his mouth to tell me how ridiculous this show is but I gave him the look of “I know this is one of the dumbest shows ever but I’m never gonna quit it.”

By far, the best line of the day was when Taylor turned to Steffy and commented, "Those wigs always look so fake." 🤣 (When they were discussing Sheila's disguise.) Might I call your attention to Exhibits 1 and 2.

Steffy's outfit looked an Ice Capades costume to skate to "Baby, It's Cold Outside."

Just getting caught up on the last few days....

It appears that Steffy is channeling her inner Jackie O, or maybe Little Debbie.

The car chase, oh, Dear Lord in heaven. I don't know what was funnier, Dt. Hotdog shouting at his phone, or the feckless cop trying to catch that lightning speed SUV, or Sheila talking to herself and cackling like the wicked witch.

That looked like the outside of Bill or Brooke's house with an open window. My bets say Bill's, because Brooke is on high alert and would probably not be leaving open windows. Is Sheila going to hide in plain sight? Hunker down at Bill's place without him even knowing it? Or maybe she will reveal herself and with Bill's current state of mind........

Because that was some shit going down with Katie. Who is that man? Begging and pleading and crying? Come on Show, this is $Bill Spencer, not someone who drowns in their own love puddle. Having said that, I think DD did a good job selling that shit, and I was glad that Katie spoke up about what she wants.

Are there rumors about HT leaving the show? I know she has been doing other things, and now with the renewed interest on her heart health, and her line that she is living on borrowed time, makes me thing she might be taking her leave. I found in very coincidental that Katie's doctor is Grace, obviously this is a new development since Katie has been seeing a Cardiologist for years. And Carter just had to go be with her. I think they are setting up Grace and Carter. She will see how wrong she has been about him as he is there for Katie, supporting her, and she will fall in love with those pecs him. Pure speculation of course.

Brooke looked so very good in that blue dress.

I actually enjoyed Steffy and Taylor's talk. I think that is the first truly adult conversation they have ever had.

I don't blame Steffy for freaking out.  If someone could cut off their toe, who knows what else they'd be capable of doing?  I could definitely see Sheila killing the whole family and turning them into meat pies because she has no fucks to give now.

I'm also wondering if Sheila's going to off Taylor. Third time's a charm they say.

If Katie is killed off, I wouldn't really miss her. She is rarely on as it is. I like HT though and have read that she is doing a lot of directing, seems to enjoy it, and is good at it. IF she's leaving, I see this as one of those situations where you have a multi-talented individual who is deciding to flex into another area of interest and will flourish. And I say, good for her!

More likely, if Katie is killed off, the end game is to open up multiple SLs. Carter will mourn yet another "loved and lost" situation. Grief with Brooke, Donna, Hope, and Stephen. Angst and despair from Bill who will now become a single father. Then, wait ... Li is multi-board-certified (like Taylor) in surgery and psychiatry (who knew?) and will become Bill's grief counselor. Hey, it worked for Taylor back in the day! Or ... Bill and Carter can get together. Barter?

Another day and another ridiculous outfit worn by Steffy. You can balance a glass on ass. Please Stuffy, please use a 3 way mirror before you say yes to the dress. I sure hope that Stuffy doesn’t ask Finn if her ass looks fat in that dress 🤥

Ridge before you become a better man, you should first be a man.

I took that line as proof positive that the writers read this forum!

Just when I think Douglas can’t get any more adorable, or perfect, he sits down & shows us that he’s a concert pianist, at 8 years old! Holy cow, that was impressive.

Merry Christmas to each of you that celebrates it. This forum brings me a lot of joy, all year long, probably more than the show, if I’m being honest. Stay warm, & enjoy the special day.

That alone was worth tuning in for!

It seems Liam and Hope got Douglas and Kelly this holiday.

And the added joys of no Taylor or Steffi made it a very nice B&B Christmas.

It was nice to see Katie,Beth, and Douglas interacting in the flesh instead of off camera. Katie and Beth actually look like they are sisters.

Brooke Brooke Brooke, I thought you swore off Ridge but you just had to swoon over Ridge and kiss him tradition be damned.

Katie, the monkeys with a keyboard for got your heart transplant scar once again.

This feels like the first time I've seen Kelly and Beth together.  Ever.

For all practical purposes, Kelly is Steffy's child with a soupcon of Finn (who's had infinitely more scenes with her than her actual father has).  And her half-sister Beth is exclusively Liam and Hope's.  Hope and Liam only care about Beth and Douglas.

It's almost as if those girls aren't related at all.  This show can be so stupid sometimes.

Steffy’s outfit seems to be channeling Emily in Paris. The feathers on the sleeves are enough, but the beret just puts it over the top.

ETA: Photo of the ridiculousness and a link to the outfit

It's inspired, but the real Emily Copper would never wear plain white. I'd change the fabric to a red gingham print but keep the silhouette. Maybe make the fur trim green with the beret matching.

Eh, Brooke you hardly loved and supported Thomas.

She actually did. She was supportive of him when he was working on the men's line with her (when he and Ridge were at odds) and he ended up lying that they slept together after eating mind-altering fruits. When the truth came out, Brooke told him that she couldn't trust him again or being alone in the same room with her for the near future.

Brooke loved and supported Thomas like her own son and helped to raise him and his sisters for a number of years. It’s revisionist history (as is Ridge being a deadbeat dad where the Taytots are concerned) to say Brooke wasn’t a very loving, supportive stepmother. It was only after the Boinkberry Island nonsense that Brooke’s relationship with Thomas changed to a less-than-cordial one and add in his keeping the Beth secret and gaslighting and obsession with Hope and his latest machinations to wreck his father’s marriage and Brooke has every right to her feelings about Thomas.

Yep. Brooke was actually more of a mother to him than Taylor ever was. He has all the responsibility in destroying their relationship by stabbing her in the back....stalking her daughter...etc.

I came in right around when Thomas was going after Hope to keep her distracted from Liam for Steffy.  Did Thomas ever previously have a thing for her, or was that the start of it?

Of course, I also remember him being perfectly happy with Sally, without a hint of pining for Hope, and him being obsessed with Caroline to the point of the "misunderstanding" night.

So, I guess what I'm wondering is, was Thomas being obsessed with Hope when he came back after Caroline's death a new thing they established then, or was there some hint of it before?

I think that was the start of it. A couple years before that...Hope was a little girl.

I had one problem with Thomas getting kicked out of FC: That they left him in the office to sulk instead of Ridge opening the door to have Charlie waiting to escort Thomas out with a banker’s box packed with his crap.

You don’t ever leave a disgruntled, suspected volatile recently fired employee alone in any office for fear of them deleting sensitive information, trashing the place, crippling the company in some way. You have them watched from the moment of firing and security present to escort them out. I get the scene of them all walking out may have been more dramatic but Thomas having to walk out in shame and down the halls of FC with his sad little box with Ridge slamming the door in his face could’ve been just as effective.

I nearly choked on my laughter when Carter of all people tried to talk down to Thomas when he had an affair with the boss’s wife. Carter speaking just wasn’t it.

Steffy and Finn are pissing themselves with the knowledge that Sheila is out there and yet apparently didn’t want security too nearby to overhear their banshee screams of lovemaking because otherwise WTF did they not have armed guards all over that estate where Sheila wouldn’t be able to play peekaboo with them while Finn is on top of Steffy pumping away? Good grief that whole scene was stupid. Steffy was heck of a lot smarter with Sheila when she was with Liam - she carried a big gun, pushed him clear of the line of fire and shot at her on sight with no hesitation. With Finn she thinks relying on her words to verbally eviscerate her will neutralize her when Sheila has shown she is packing heavy at all times. I’d say Hayes has a chance given he’s with Li, but Li let herself get got by Sheila too so…. unless OG Stephanie possesses someone to step it up to Sheila for real they’re all doomed 😂

Everyone sitting around judging Thomas and then kicking him out of Forrester Creations?!? Please.  None of them should sit in judgement .

I will grant you that each has done some pretty sketchy stuff but Thomas still deserves judgement. Just because others have done stuff doesn't make what he did okay. For me the worst was the stuff he put his son through! All so he could manipulate Hope (again) and parent trap Ridge and Taylor? Lawd.

Yeah I would have preferred that too. I just really don't get what the writers are doing with Thomas. First they write a whole obsessed with Hope thing. Then they write a redemption of sorts blaming all his issues on a medical thing (was it brain damage or something I honestly don't remember). It wasn't much of a redemption to be sure but since they bothered to write that why turn around and put the character right back to the same place?!? It just makes no sense. Whatever. I probably have put more thought into any of this than the writers have.

So, Thomas finally got some consequences. Good.

He was trying hard though, but the absolute ice in that office prevented his efforts from working. No one gave him an inch.

I just do not know what to say about what was going on over at Cliff House. Well, except that Sheila's timing is pretty bad.  I don't care who you are; most parents don't want to see their children doing the deed, or even working to get there.

What is Sheila going to do exactly? Shoot both of them again? Beg for their forgiveness? Try to kidnap Hayes, only to find out he in not there?

One problem?!  FC is an HR nightmare!  Bosses pursuing employees, banging in offices, face-slapping, name-calling, eavesdropping, changing shirts mid-conversation.

Fully agree with this. Dear Lord, all she ever does is cry and be miserable and if they won't let the character grow beyond where she was mentally in 1991, at least HT can be free to use her talents elsewhere.

I will feel sorry for Will if Bill is his sole guardian though.

Seriously, B&B's production would save a TON in Kleenex and also Gatorade keeping that woman hydrated. She and Brooke need to be renamed The BooHoo Sisters because my god, the waterworks on those two are just absolutely ridiculous.

Also, did anyone yell "NO, $BILL!!!" when Sheila smirked after he appeared in the doorway? 😳🤦🏻‍♀️ I was wondering why she was so confident about Finn tying her up to wait for Detective HotDog to come and haul her off to jail. Sheesh.

Bill has got to be brainwashed or Sheila found herself a $Bill doppelgänger (reanimated brainwashed Brad Carlton!) who has kidnapped the real Bill and stolen his life so that Sheila now has his fortune at her disposal. Sound ludicrous? Yeah, but what isn’t it on this show.

Ye gads Tanner wasn’t feeling it in his confrontation scenes with Sheila because that was some flat posturing and line readings ‘ It’s over Sheila. You’re going to prison.’ He was more animated yelling at Vinny wanting to know the truth about Steffy’s baby true paternity.

Brooke and Taylor being friends was so nice. Taylor understanding why Brooke wouldn’t want to see Thomas at work after everything that’s gone down was some objective thinking. You could tell Brooke appreciated that for once she didn’t need to explain or justify or battle it out with Taylor. Taylor was on her side from jump.

I don’t understand when they swap bodily fluids in the living room, why they don’t lock the door.  Even Hope and Liam don’t lock the door. Anyone can come in and this time it was Shiela.

Taylor, Lurch is not a bad person?  Than how does a good person keep having very bad ideas?

Finn Finn Finn, do you actually want to provoke a crazy person by yelling at her. I guess Finn doesn’t know that Steffy’s verbal beat down, of Shiela, is what got you and her shot.

It was fun to watch big bad Steffy cowering behind Finn. Steffy beat Aly over the head with a tire iron, pushes Ivy into an electric panel, and confronted Shiela in the alley but getting shot has certainly made her quite a bit less aggressive.
