I see some of her old clips from the glory days and HT was chewing scenery even in the 90s. My favorite clip is the one where she freaks out over the Brooke's Bedroom launch and is just sooooooo over the top. Her range was always limited, but there was better writing and her looks to mask that. Now, the show doesn't even pretend that Taylor is some saint since Stephanie is gone and the only person she's played off since her return is Steffy. There's no there there. Brooke at least is still capable of being loving and supportive in her own way. What does Taylor bring anymore? She's been throughly replaced by Katie as the show's "moral" compass, and no one wants to see her with this version of Ridge (which, have they even shared any scenes together?), So what's the point? 5 Link to comment
lightninggirl June 23, 2018 Share June 23, 2018 (edited) Why is Dope wearing my 1990 pink lingerie cami top to the office? ETA: I am now at the Bill's dream sequence with Stuffy in his office, and she's ALSO wearing a cami top. I guess this is now the new Forrester-Spencer Summer Officewear Collection. Ugh. The idea that Stephanie, Taylor, Katie or anyone else on this show has a moral compass is laughable at best. Katie is the pathetic loser that got all up in Brooke's face about staying away from Nick, and not hurting Bridget again just so Katie could do the same thing to Bridget that Brooke did. I still think Taylor should have stayed dead when Shelia shot her. If they wanted to bring Taylor back as a ghost every once in a while, okay, so long as it's the serene version not the shrieking harpy. Edited June 24, 2018 by TigerLynx 3 Link to comment

That will sure go over bigly with Liam, Ridge, Brooke, Hope, Wyatt, etc. What a cluster you know what. HT has been THIS awful since she was born. I think the reason she was hired was to make Ronnnnnnn Moss look better. HT has always been known as a 'beauty' but it was strictly 'Breck girl' beauty (look it up) with no real personality. That's probably why she was so eager to go under the knife; she knew her look had a shelf-life and she panicked. She should have taken a tip from KKL. Whatever work KKL has had done has been subtle enough that she doesn't frighten children when she leaves her house. 8 Link to comment

If she had left well enough alone, she would look a hell of a lot better now than she does. Since Brad Bell has made it known for years that Ridge/Brooke is the couple he prefers, and they will never be split up permanently, I don't understand why the show wastes time breaking up Ridge/Brooke just to put them back together. So if Steffy doesn't marry Liam immediately does that mean Liam's going to waffle back to Hope? 4 Link to comment

ByTor June 25, 2018 Share June 25, 2018 I see very often comments that KKL's work has been subtle. I'll duck the flying tomatoes now, but I have to say I disagree with that sentiment, I think she looks like she's gotten a lot more aggressive with the work recently. My sister hasn't seen the show, or KKL, since the mid 90s; she happened to catch an episode recently when my mother had it on & she thought KKL was looking like the infamous cat lady. 3 Link to comment

I wonder if her change in looks has more to do with her fairly new athletic lifestyle vs. plastic surgery. When she was younger she was much softer and rounder. Now that she's doing marathons or triathalons or whatever it is she does, her face has a much leaner look. 4 Link to comment
TigerLynx June 25, 2018 Share June 25, 2018 (edited) OMG. Shut up Quinn and Eric. I waited until the bozo left. Hee!!! Bill is still the most entertaining person on the show. This is annoying. Bill like Ridge is right, but for all the wrong reasons. It's about what Bill and Ridge want. Not about what will make Steffy, Liam, Kelly or Hope happy. How does lightening not strike Brooke? When she was lecturing Bill, I kept expecting her to morph into Stephanie. Steffy could have simply told Liam they had just gotten back together. That Liam was on his way to the alter with Hope before the divorce papers had been signed. So she thinks they should take things slow. Why are all these lying cheaters so bad at lying? Since they pretty much lie 24/7, they should be better at it. Yep. There goes the waffle again. Steffy and Hope are idiots. Edited June 25, 2018 by TigerLynx 7 Link to comment

Gam2 June 25, 2018 Share June 25, 2018 I checked in early in the show. Brooke was slicing something while Bill (?) was sitting there lecturing her about Liam, Slutty, zzzzzzzzzz. I switched channels for a while, then switched back. Brooke is STILL slicing something (turns out it’s BREAD?) while Bill is still saying the same things he’s been saying for 4 or more months now. I know these actors just go home and laugh their asses off while they eat their dinners and drink their wine with their loved ones, all of which is paid for by this show. And good for them! By the way, B&B. When one slices bread, one uses a serrated blade. It might be helpful to have one person on your staff who actually knows something, anything about cooking. Just a thought. 6 Link to comment
RuntheTable June 26, 2018 Share June 26, 2018 (edited) Stupid is as stupid does…………. Fuck; a word I say to express annoyance, anger, disbelief and when I feel I am being dumbed down. Oh, and I sometimes use it to express happiness and joy; neither of those apply here, so I am going to do my best not to wear the word out. Am I really expected to believe that Bill Spencer, the runner of billion dollar conglomerates, the father of three children, the builder of SKYEscrapers, the ex of two Logan sisters, has had to go away to gather himself over a twenty something that he fu……….. screwed one time? And that he is so besotted with her that he has no room for anything else? That he is perpetually lost in thoughts of her? I feel for Don Diamont, I really do. He has to know how ridiculous he looks in this SL. Especially after chasing Brooke for years, only to marry her and lose her. You know, I think I could get it if this was still over SKYE. Greed, power, control, are all well inside Bill’s wheelhouse, but this lovelorn, mooning around, high school crush crap is not. Bill’s pursuit and courtship of Brooke seemed real; he came off as a man in love and willing to wait for the woman of his dreams. The only word that comes to mind in regards to this stuff with Steffy is demented. And Bill said the same damn things to Brooke, about her needing a man who is/was totally committed to her. A man who would always put her and her needs first. I am now convinced it is all in the chase for Bill, it is more about winning, and in this case, it is also about sticking it to Liam. Whatever the fuck it is; I am already so over it. How is Bill ever going to know if Steffy told Liam? Tell Liam, let him shoot his wad, then tell him to settle down and the two of you put your heads together on how to stop Bill. Play along and don’t get married, but use the time to come up with your own plan of attack. But NOOOOOOOOOO, we can’t have that! If we had that then Steffy wouldn’t be sympathetic, she wouldn’t be Bill’s victim. And if they really had their druthers about them, they could enlist Wyatt, Quinn, Ridge and Hope to help out. Maybe even Brooke. Make it a really, really, big show and burn Bill’s ass but good. So, let me understand this; we gave up Rick, Sasha, Ivy, Darlita, Grams and Saul for Emma and Xander? I keep asking myself why? I really need Show to explain to me why I should be invested in these two? They have been around for roughly a month, they are very loosely connected to characters we rarely see, they have limited appeal individually, and do nothing for me as a couple. Emma’s Hope worship is draining me and listening to Xander is like hearing a misfiring sparkplug, with the way he dips in and out of his accent. And the drama here? Really? Emma is related to Justin! Xander is British! Ya’ll hold the fucking presses, Imma need some powerful kind of reviverant after hearing that news. I can’t decide what I hated more; Bill, working Brooke in order to break Steffy, and get her reacquainted with the Stallion, or watching Brooke act like a domesticated goddess as she blissfully prepared Widge his supper. I swear to God, when Brooke started pointing that knife at Bill I started thinking about showers and peepholes and Mother. When did Taylor go this off the rails? What caused her condition? Please, please, please tell me it wasn’t Steffy fu……..accidentally having sex with Bill? But, true to form, Taylor is the Queen of Self Preservation; just like Phoebe before her, Steffy is expected to keep her mother’s secret. I don’t think I care that Taylor is unaware that Bill is blackmailing Steffy, because the right thing to do is turn yourself in. But Taylor One would think her first run in with murder and lies and using your child to cover your guilt would have taught Taylor something. And if Taylor were any kind of doctor, she would know that no judge would “send her to prison” in her current mental state. These fools need to step the fuck off and stop saying stupid shit like that. Oh Liam, you ridiculous fucktard. You just cannot stand the idea that Hope is ok with losing you can you? Why do you have to keep asking her, with that playful little smile, and patented head tilt, “are you really ok? And let me go further to say, your saccharine sweet concern for your adulteress wife’s feelings and pain is giving me a raging case of the bubbleguts. You are just too fucking incredible for words man. Looking confused that people might side eye your fourth wedding in a year. And Hope? Girrrlll. Would you please go away and come back looking like a grown up? I get it Show; Hope is sweetness and light and Steffy is evil and darkness. But you know what? Sweetness and light can still be sexy: Give this girl some color and some freaking pizzazz! Annika Noelle’s features are made for dramatic makeup. And you can ditch the whole camisole thingy too. A nice dark navy suit? Red maybe? Black/white, offset with red? Another thing that would be nice would be to let Hope stop apologizing for shit, and to have Hope stop lamenting to Liam about them missing their happy ever after. Steffy’s got a lot of lies piling up. I think that dream scene Bill had was awesome. That was the best work JMW has ever done. Still, Bill just looks foolish. Eric, your grandson is partly responsible for Sally’s situation. No, actually, in this instance, he is entirely responsible. He said he was through with Caroline after finding out about her being A OK, and not dying. And after making promises to Sally he couldn’t keep, and getting her to agree to move to New York, he dumped her and went back to Caroline for reasons unknown. Even so, I don’t like the idea of Sally working at FC’s. Steffy will make it her personal mission to make Sally’s life as uncomfortable as possible, and I have no doubt will shoot down all of her designs regardless of their merit. There could be an upside I guess; if Eric were to decide to give Sally a line of her own like HFTF. Her style doesn’t fit theirs at all, so let it be a standalone. I guess watching Steffy fume over Sally working there would be on point too. Edited June 26, 2018 by RuntheTable 13 Link to comment
Joimiaroxeu June 26, 2018 Share June 26, 2018 Wow, Brooke is awfully forgiving to let Bill into her house after he pretty much blew up Hope's HEA dreams. Why does Hope look like a lost orphan girl? I continue to suspect that part of JMW's deal as the resident ingenue (sure) is that Hope isn't allowed to look or dress better than Steffy. Seems like every time I turn around Wyatt is having to talk someone into doing something they're not sure is a good idea. Don't people get tired of the constant hard sell from him? And of course Liam had to let Hope know right away that the wedding was on hold. Gotta make sure she thinks there's still an inkling of a chance in case he suddenly has to dump Steffy. Again. He is so...ugh. Countdown to when Bill tells Steffy he'll let Taylor off the hook if Steffy sleeps with him one last time. 8 Link to comment

CountryGirl June 26, 2018 Share June 26, 2018 (edited) I was so happy to see Wyatt and Sally and Eric and Quinn that I could not have cared less about the ToD scenes. Annnnddd we finally got a scene between Brooke and Bill. As for the horrible interns...well, I made good use of my FF button. Let's start with my favorite castaways - Wyatt and Sally. They are staring at a decidedly-empty wall near the window seat where they first cuddled and Wyatt tells her he met an artist at the Bikini Bar and she talked him into letting her paint a beach scene mural. Sally, not missing that he said "she," asks him about his relationship. Wyatt gives her a look: "What kind of guy do you think I am?' Sally goes over to sit down on the sofa and Wyatt teases her as he asks permission to sit on what's technically her bed. Sally: "I'm not planning on making this a habit. I just didn't have anywhere else to go." Wyatt: "I asked you to stay because I didn't want you to go anywhere else." Awww... He moves to kiss her. Right on cue, Eric and Quinn arrive and the two immediately leap apart. Wyatt: "What are you doing here?" LOL at his expression. Quinn dodges the question, eyeing Sally closely: "What's going on?" I believe it's called NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS, Quinn. Later, Wyatt passes around drinks and Quinn surmises that they met at a bar. Wyatt: "Is that so strange?" Nope, people meet there every day. Some, like one of my good friends, even fell in love and married the man she met at the diviest of dive bars. Sally, in a whisper: "Your mother doesn't trust me." Quinn overhears anyway, commenting that, as a jewelry designer, she recognizes "patterns." Ugh....also, way hypocritical all things considered. Sally, not flinching under the penetrating blue gaze of Wyatt's mother insists she's not using Wyatt. Eric gives Sally the same perusal and pipes up that he assumed Sally could understand Quinn having questions. These two are seriously pissing me off right now. Quinn has a far more checkered past than Sally could ever dream of and Eric knows it. For them to sit there in judgment of my gal is beyond ridiculous. Sally, defensive: "I didn't ask Wyatt if I could stay." Wyatt, defending her: "I made her." Sally: "I was going to stay on the beach." Wyatt: "I wouldn't let her." Sally also tells them that Wyatt hadn't taken advantage of her. Quinn bristles at this: "Of course not. My son would never do that." Sally immediately starts apologizing for misspeaking but Wyatt cuts her off, clearly irritated with the Spanish Inquisition his mother and stepfather are conducting her, telling Quinn that she "raised him right" and also telling her to calm down because Sally didn't have anywhere to go. His defense of Sally doesn't go unnoticed by Eric who comments that the arrangement seems more than just "friendly." Oh shut up, you horny old goat. Wyatt: "It's way too early to label anything." Quinn: "I like labels." Okay, Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs. How does that label suit you? Wyatt gives Sally a teasing look to put her at ease and says Quinn just wants to know Sally's intentions. Sally is serious though as she responds: "Quinn is just worried about you getting mixed up with the likes of me." Quinn: "Ding, ding, and the winner is..." Bitch, you are on the thinnest of ice right now. You have ZERO room to talk about anyone ever. Sally surprises Quinn though with this: "I was in Los Angeles to make something of myself and I could have done it...if it hadn't been for Bill." She reminds Quinn that they've both suffered at his hands and Quinn can't argue with that. Sally further surprises Quinn when she reveals that she knows all about Bill's latest actions of cutting Wyatt out of the company and his inheritance, not to mention ending things with Katie. Quinn grouses that she was actually relieved about that last bit because the "relationship was wrong on a myriad of levels." Wyatt deliberately clears his throat to stop the Watie diatribe from continuing. Quinn, the same could be said about you and Eric. She then whines to Wyatt: "But this is how you rebound?" Wyatt snaps: "Mom!" Eric, finally reading the room, senses Wyatt and Sally have had enough of this and tries to smooth things over, saying Quinn wasn't trying to be cruel. Da fuq you say? He hedges though, saying he doesn't think Quinn's concerns are unfounded and Quinn reminds everyone that Sally stole designs from them. Honey, you've done far worse than steal designs from a criminal perspective and yet here you are, president of the company. Wyatt reminds them that was largely due to the position Bill put her in as Sally expresses regret for what she'd done, not only for the harm caused to FC but also because Bill had made her doubt her talents as a designer. Quinn almost chokes on her drink with Eric's next words: "Well, you shouldn't...you are absolutely talented." Wyatt, sensing an ally in his stepfather, "casually" notes that it would be a shame to let that kind of talent go to waste. Warming to the plan, Wyatt continues: "I doubt sleeping here is gonna be long term for Sally. Sally doesn't need a knight in shining armor...what she really needs is a job." I love that statement so very much and it's a nice contrast to the one quibble I had with the Tally relationship - rich, white privileged knight Thomas always there to rescue Sally when she can clearly take care of herself and has since she was a little girl. Wyatt has understood this from the very beginning and I love that about him. Quinn stares daggers at her son but he's not done quite yet, adding: "I mean, you even said it, how talented she is. We all know that, right? We also know how much talent is at Forrester already (and I love the knowing smile in Wyatt's eyes as he looks at Sally) but, maybe there's a place that could use a little more." A wary Sally looks over at Eric and Quinn. She looks back at Wyatt, giving him a "what are you doing?" look and CH's facial expressions are giving me life today. Eric, picking up what Wyatt has put down, asks, point-blank: "Do you want me to give Sally a job?" Wyatt knows when to back off and says: "That would be up to you...and Sally...do you want one?" Sally is flabbergasted and doesn't know what to say to all of this. Quinn scoffs: "Oh, come on! You didn't know anything about this?" Wyatt counters: "I just thought of it and I didn't even know you would be here." Sally, uncertain: "It is kind of crazy." Wyatt goes in for the kill, eyeing his mother: "The same was said about you working at Forrester. And look at how that turned out. Great by the way. Forrester didn't get ahead by playing it safe. Fashion is in Sally's blood and no one worked harder to get where she is. She just had some bad luck." Quinn is shaking her head like a toddler but OMG, Eric, almost winking at Wyatt, tells a relieved Wyatt and a shocked Sally that "I'll consider it." Quinn/Sally: "You will???" Eric confirms his agreement and Sally's face...awwww. Quinn looks so enthused about all of this. Suck it, hater! Wyatt is rocking back in his chair, giving Sally a quick smile with a hint of "I-told-you-so" that he quickly hides when Quinn darts a glance his way. Sally is so moved by this:, she starts fumbling for her her words: "I...don't...Eric...Mr. Forrester...Wyatt...thank you." Wyatt is LOVING this. "If you give me this opportunity, I promise you I will make the most of it." I have no doubt that she will and I cannot wait to see her shake things up at FC. Wyatt is as giddy as a kid in his chair but he's trying so hard to restrain it. Sally just stares back at him in amazement. I love these two so much already and I don't care who knows it. Also, here's an extra Wally scene from yesterday: There was some stuff from the ToD and the insipid interns but I pretty much FF through that snoozefest as noted above. Which leaves us with Brooke and Bill and yes, I, too, didn't care for the happy little homemaker act from Brooke (not when it's all for that worthless hobo Sludge) so I let myself fantasize that she was making dinner for herself and Bill because no matter what, the chemistry between KKL and DD cannot be denied, plus it harkens back to all those times when they would be in her kitchen together when Bill was doing all he could to win her back. I saw a light in both of their eyes that hasn't been there since Brill ended. I mean, just look at how they're looking at each other, DD especially. It's such a crime that they were ruined for that worthless bint who's eating the show. When Brooke was pointing the knife at him, I could swear she was a heartbeat away from using it to back him against the kitchen counter to have her way with him. How much I wish Bill could have said that he lost his mind after she left him, so much so that he lost sight of everything that truly mattered to him and to her and instead of trying to make things right, he chose self-sabotage (vis a vis this ridiculous, inexplicable obsession with Steffy). I feel like if these two could spend just one day together, they'd remember all that they had, all that they fought for, Bill, especially. But of course, this is just my wishful thinking talking. Sigh... Edited June 26, 2018 by CountryGirl 14 Link to comment

TigerLynx June 26, 2018 Share June 26, 2018 I guess I'm going to be starting out my posts with some variation of this every day - Shut up Liam, Steffy and Hope. "You're with Liam the flip flop." Thank you Wyatt for saying what I think every time one of these hypocrites gets all self-righteous and starts lecturing someone else. Steffy listen to Bill. Marry Bill. At least Bill's entertaining. Also, if this means Ridge, Brooke, and Liam's heads will explode so much the better. If this also means shrieking Taylor will be sent off to get real help and stay gone so much the better. Best of all would be Taylor going even more off the rails, killing Ridge and Brooke, and being sent away forever. Oh Steffy, considering all the lecturing you are doing to Bill, the next time you decide to lie, scheme, or manipulate to get what you want, DON'T DO IT. Either that or marry Bill, and the two of you can be evil together. I don't care if Sally and Wyatt has been rushed at least I'm not bored by them. 12 Link to comment

That's the way it should be. I guess Bill wasn't screwing Stuffy for at this point she actually thinks she wasn't even in the room. STUFFY, you have no one else to blame but YOURSELF. 1 Link to comment

Someone else pointed out this pattern of Wyatt lifting up the women he's with, rather than be a savior the way Liam and Thomas are. He happily supported HFTF when Liam was whining about how much time it took away from him and was glad to boost Steffy when she became CEO. (Which speaking of, I'm wondering how long it'll be before Liam starts mewling about Steffy working "so hard" and being away from OPBG, which of course will drive her to Bill a second time, but I digress) 4 Link to comment
Gam2 June 26, 2018 Share June 26, 2018 I realize that I’m older than dirt but is it really the norm now for young women and men to fall into bed together and screw their brains out after just being with each other for a couple of days? Or is it just these stupid soaps who try to make this seem like the “norm” these days. I do really hope that it’s just the soaps trying to make this seem normal because the other choice just turns my stomach for our future generations. 8 Link to comment
CharlizeCat June 27, 2018 Share June 27, 2018 I thought the same thing. I think that today, earlier and more casual sex is a given. But ... this whole Wally thing has gotten off on the wrong foot with me. I (who am I?) would have better enjoyed having Sally and Wyatt meet through a work situation. It would have been anything. At a fashion show, Wyatt helping out with PR at FC after Sally got on-board by her own means, etc. A slow romance would have been so much more fun to watch, made even better if Sally's mistrust of all things Spencer was a huge obstacle for Wyatt to break through OVER TIME. (My definition of "slow" would be to unfold at the pace of say Queric or Watie.) Anyway, the days of Caroline 1.0 saving her virginity for marriage and Taylor insisting that Ridge properly "court" her are long over. The way the story stands, Sally once again, let a man "rescue" her and take care of her, despite what her mouth says, her actions speak otherwise. Now don't get me wrong. I'm not down on our Gal Sal, but I just thought the character and CH deserved a better return. It was bad enough that Thomas dumped her but I have preferred to see her strut back into L.A. with her head held high and a "take no prisoners, Thomas, who?" attitude. I don't like downtrodden Sally so much and I especially can't stand all of the negative self-talk. C'mon, girl, listen to Great Aunt Sally and pull yourself up by your bootstraps. You've done it once. You can do it again. And, hell ... if Eric Forrester is agreeing to back you, take the opportunity and run with it. Who says FC has to be end game? That's a gold-plated ladder rung if I ever saw one. Didn't Bill recite the same lines to Brooke about being in love with her and waiting patiently for her until she was ready? It seemed so noble and romantic then. When I heard the words and then looked at who he was saying them to today, it just reinforced the old saying, "Talk is cheap." And in this case, in the truest sense of the word. Hauxi is a nursing mother with those flat pancakes? Puh-LEEZE. Sludge has bigger moobs. 10 Link to comment
Joimiaroxeu June 27, 2018 Share June 27, 2018 Why is Liam discussing his (delayed) marriage with Hope? IMO, he is a total mindfcuker. Hope is still getting over the humiliation that just happened between them and he's letting her know her pain was possibly for nothing? (Nothing but his flip-flopping convenience, that is.) No way is Steffy nursing. If she is then poor Kelly will probably soon be suffering from malnutrition. Pam sees Hope and Liam alone together and she immediately assumes Hope is the instigator. Grrr. Heh, did Bill say in a 'round about way that he's working with a whole lot more than Liam and that's why Steffy will never feel fully satisfied with his son? Emphasis on "fully." ? (Though I continue to suspect Wyatt is also generously endowed, but perhaps not as much as Bill. Seems Wyatt sleeps with a woman one time and she is immediately sprung.) 5 Link to comment

It's not uncommon, but in my experience, none of these couples will be making plans to move in and get married because of it. And we all know that's where this is headed. 1 Link to comment
drivethroo June 27, 2018 Share June 27, 2018 I don't understand why Wyatt hooked Sally up a job at Forrester Creations when he should've been hooking himself up with a job at Forrester Creations (and he could still do that...unless he doesn't want to work with/for Katie). I don't have a problem with Wyatt "saving" Sally because all of these characters* got the hook-up because of their family name or connection to somebody: Steffy wouldn't be co-CEO of Forrester without Eric Hope wouldn't have had her line revived without Ridge Thorne wouldn't be designing (at Forrester Creations) without Eric Neither Wyatt or Liam would be (ex) executives at Spencer Publications without Bill Bill wouldn't be leading Spencer Publications if he wasn't Bill Spencer, Jr. Katie wouldn't have her PR job at Forrester if it weren't for Eric Quinn wouldn't be president of Forrester if it weren't for Eric Maya wouldn't be head model if it weren't for Rick Zende wouldn't be designing or working in the Paris office if he weren't Kristen's son Avant cousin wouldn't be interning at Forrester if Maya hadn't married into the Forrester family And Ridge may be a talented designer but the fact remains he's partially where he is today because he was Eric & Stephanie's son Wouldn't be no Forrester Creations without Stephanie's family money to begin with (which is why Pam should always have a job there) Probably the only character we actually saw doing the work was Brooke. We saw Brooke going to college majoring in chemistry and we saw Brooke creating the BeLieF formula that saved Forrester Creations (which is why Brooke should always have a job at Forrester). So I'm not that bothered by Sally getting the hookup from Wyatt (although again, he should've been trying to hook himself up). I don't think they should've had Sally trying to compete with Forrester Creations in the first place. She should've been trying to do an indy line that she was selling online that got lots of buzz and then Steffy finds out and tries to shut it down so the revived Hope for the Future or Aly's Fashions (now under the FC umbrella) could thrive. Nevertheless, with Sally working at FC that should also provide a bunch of drama in and of itself. 9 Link to comment

Hope's a bitch; always has been, just more low-key previously. She's using Sally's past mistakes (using Coco to steal Forrester designs) to keep her under her thumb so that Sally won't outshine her. Oh, and it seems like she's threatened by Sally's relationship with Wyatt ... because Liam isn't available for five goddamned seconds and she needs someone to glom onto. smijca June 27, 2018 Share June 27, 2018 After watching today’s episode, I’m even more convinced that Bell did the right thing by bringing back Sally Spectra. Having Sally start work at FC already injected some sorely needed energy and life into the soap! CH has chemistry with EVERYONE and I especially enjoyed her scenes today with Annika. It spices up the Hope character and I’m liking the snap and mean girl vibe of the character. The Liam/Wyatt scenes today have me pause, especially Liam warning Wyatt that if he broke Sally’s heart she might “hurt herself or someone else.” I hope that’s not the writers dropping anvils. Just in case the writers happen to lurk through these boards: DO NOT ruin the Sally Spectra character! Ideally, I’d LOVE for Wyatt and Sally to become a power couple. In fact, I get younger Quinn/Eric vibes from the pairing. But, this being soapland I wouldn’t be surprised if TIIC mess with the pairing. This is how great it’s been to have CH back, especially now that she’s starting to interact with the rest of the cast: I didn’t even fast forward through FC scenes like I have in the past! 3 Link to comment

Joimiaroxeu June 27, 2018 Share June 27, 2018 Eric said Sally is "young" and "brash." Quick, get the Newman Enterprises HR department on the phone! Plus, she could be Phyllis' long lost daughter! Heh, Thorne wasted no time letting Katie know Wyatt was seeing Sally. He seems to like stirring up mess. Pam must be off her meds again. Why isn't she aiming any of that vitriol at the waffle boy? Another mention of Steffy nursing the baby. B&B, I think y'all either need to stop with that nonsense or make JMW wear a generously padded push-up bra. That was quite the stink-eye Hope was giving Sally while Eric was making his little welcoming speech at FC. And then later she basically called Sally a garden utensil for Spencer and Forrester men right to her face. Let the games begin! 3 Link to comment
CharlizeCat June 28, 2018 Share June 28, 2018 Bitchy Hope is at least interesting to watch than mope Hope. Too bad that it's at Sally's expense. I was really wishing that those two would team up and work together at their own fashion house. Ha. Who am I kidding? All women on that show are slated as mortal enemies, unless they are related and sometimes, that doesn't even work. It's really nice of Eric to try to right some of Bill's wrongs, but not this way. I just hate seeing more crap dumped on Sally. She doesn't deserve it. Why ... why ... can't some decent person take Sally under their wing and get her back up and running SF? There is just nobody. Brooke won't do it. Wyatt might not have enough money now. Katie now won't touch that with a 10-ft pole since she let hers go. Maybe Thorne will develop some empathy for Sally, after all she's a red-haired underdog like Aly was. I could see him looking at some of Sally's designs and really liking what he sees. Either Sally will show them to him outright, or he will stumble upon them in a careless discard heap in Hope's office. I also wish that Thorne and Sludge were still feuding and Thorne and Sally could leave FC and branch out on their own. Speaking of another Aly ... I really like Aly Mills, but do we really need Pam and Charlie? It's clear that Pam wants to get married and Charlie doesn't. After all of this time, I'd tell the bozo to either fish or cut bait and get lost and I don't like her getting also psycho on Hope and just wait until she learns that Sally is working there. (Although, I think scenes with AM and CH co-manning the reception desk ala Donna/Pam would be hilarious and those two would bring it!) Waffleboy has a voice (oh, I forgot, no he doesn't) but he still could have said "no" to Hope's request that he come back to "consult" for HFTF. Anyway, since the show is so gung-ho on weddings, why not have a nice lavish wedding for Charlie and Pam and send them off to live a happy life in retirement? They could go on a honeymoon to Florida and run into Grams and become partners with her in her bakery. There. They are gone nice and neat with a HEA, a pleasant tie-in to Spectra and Pam is will leave FC with dignity. 7 Link to comment
