I was a huge fan of Kyle’s for years. I did a sort of rewatch - well most listen of previous seasons in the past few months and now I see thing much differently as they have played out over the years.

Am I the only one who was expecting more from Kathy? She had some great comebacks and her calm demeanor was very refreshing; but I really wished she had whipped out a video of the night at Aspen.

And what was the resolution of the "fake" text message? Did I miss something???

At the end of the day, I'm not sure what Kathy said that night. But I am sure that Rinna could not offer a good defense for making such a big stink about the incident and damaging the relationship between the two sisters. I don't know which of Rinna's two rationales for making such a big scene about what Kathy said was more idiotic -- that Rinna was so traumatized she had to express it, or that if she kept it inside she would get cancer. Two rationales that I find more plausible are that Rinna did it for a storyline and/or she's just mean.

I don't know Kyle...if you repeatedly go through periods where you and one or both sister don't talk for extended periods of time, yet they never seem to have issues with each other, you may be the problem. Just sayin

Here is the thing about a liar. As the liar tell the story it gets more and more complicated and more and more details are added to the story. Like now we hear Rinna say that she was abused by Kathy. This from the woman that went for Kim's throat with a broken wine glass.

I think Erica’s appeal ‘for legal reasons’ is an attempt to try and continue to look innocent enough to try and fight for having what is supposedly legally hers, taken away from her. Yeah, but what about all the other stuff.. like the house and its contents.

For such a huge storyline this season we got a very short amount of time to sort out Kathy and Rinna's experiences with eachother. Rinna did not even pull out her file of evidence she hid behind the cushions at the start of filming the reunion.

Did we get the husbands on for any of the reunion, I really do not remember, and if we did have the husbands on, did I like it?

Yes, and I don't doubt she produced it during the many hours they filmed the reunion. But Bravo only shows as much, and there are already many legal issues. It seems more than we knew. Example, the BRAVO investigation. And Kathy's lawyers sent many cease and desist letters.

Kathy deleted the message. I'm not sure she realizes that it doesn't matter if one party deletes a message, the message is not really deleted, it's on the company's server and the other party's messages.

Kyle's narcissism is wild. Kathy tries to explain how it was her fault for thinking Kyle was doing something special for her re: Kemosabe, and while I can see the way you could read that as shady, as a fellow Pisces I been there. I think it can happen to anyone misreading a situation getting excited, and then realizing ain't nobody thinking about you at all. Especially in the midst of the merciless razzing about the slippers and the corn and the bag and the boots. But all Kyle hears is it was her fault and everything is her fault, and that was for sure not what Kathy was saying or even trying to say. And constantly saying Erika/Rinna coming for Kathy all season, and the taunting on social media "only hurts me" and why are YOU upset? Yes believe it or not Kathy is the one who was attacked and accused so no it does not only hurt YOU. Bananas.

I did love when Kathy got that older sister gimme a break look, because Kyle weaponizes her tears and her "anxiety" and she's just such a giant sucky baby. Again I concede as an older sister who runs out of patience with my baby brother, yeah it's vibe even the best of sibling relationships. It doesn't Kathy is in the right I think she's probably a piece of work, but if Kyle doesn't want to be treated like the baby but an adult she needs to cope with her conflicts in way that's isn't always about tears and avoidance.

And now we know it was Erika and ONLY Erika who "heard" the slur, and yet it wasn't Erika who leaked it? Tell me another one you lying ass heaux, like you are not fighting to keep the earrings and your ill gotten possessions belong to you, accept you know not in the purely legal sense, but in the alternate facts sense.

Rinna is ridiculous and her lies and schtick are tired. At the very least put her on pause.

The house was purchased for $7.5 million.  I don’t think it has closed yet.  The earrings are going up for auction this December.  They have auctioned off items from the law firm and the contents of the house.  I am waiting for them to sell Erika’s other jewelry and personal items.

Rinna was "traumatized" by Kathy's rant (a rant that, by all accounts, wasn't even personally addressed at her), but Sutton,  who has been the object of very personal rancor by multiple women (including Rinna) all season has not used "trauma" as a defense for anything she's said or done. This is why fans like Sutton and not Rinna.

There is a definite pattern of behavior, when she says she doesn’t remember it means she said it, doesn’t want to admit it but doesn’t deny it just in case it is on film.

I think if she knows it is not on film, then I think she can lie easily.

I’m beginning to think that Bravo doesn’t actually have a all-encompassing HR Department.

I mean on both sides, you can edit texts people sent, but also Kathy is pretty ludite-ish so she thought she scored a major point by saying she never sent a text, it's not in ma phone!, but she obviously deleted it. LOL. I enjoy her but she for sure said some shit and she sent the text. I still don't know if she used a slur, but I know Erika's a damned liar who needed to put the heat score any absolutely anyone else for something really bad and here we are, and I won't hang Kathy on her or Rinna's word.

Summed it up perfectly.  Kyle doesn't understand that all Kathy is asking is for her to defend or stick up for her against Rinna.  Instead she either says nothing or defends the other person.   Kyle did the exact same thing when dealing with Kim and Vanderpump.

Check out some of the most recent posts on the thread for Rinna. There was an unsubstantiated post on social media that said the footage was deleted by a producer who is a good friend of LVP, and that the producer was fired the following week. There are also some postings on the thread about a social media account that was supposedly traced back to Rinna, and the account is filled with vile messages about Kathy.

I believe Rinna and Garcelle defending Kathy is not a good look.  There's no sense of morality amongst these women, they just defend the "friend" they like the most.  No matter how bad the actions are, they don't care.  None of that matters.  Just whoever they feel more loyalty to.  It's a sick show and I'm sicker for having watched it.

Kyle says she doesn't act like a martyr - but she does.  She wants to stir up shit and yet come up smelling like a rose.  She makes herself the victim of all her family drama.  I'm just not buying it.  She doesn't want there to be any consequence for any of her decisions - ie the tv show about her mom that her sisters weren't thrilled about - it's not like she didn't know their opinion before going ahead with the show.    You make your choices, you should live with the consequences.  And when she was asked about her manhandling of Sutton - she didn't address it all really.  In the clip shown - her hands were digging into Sutton's arms.  And when Sutton said Kyle did handle her quite aggressively - Kyle ignores it.  If Kyle's relationship was so tenuous with Kathy - why bring her on the show?  In hindsight - didn't work out, did it?  Goodbye Kyle.

Legal reasons? The earring were bought with a check drawn on a client trust account! Erika needs a damn good legal reason for appeal -- not just "I want them & wore them for 15 years." If there's any justice, her frivolous appeal will be thrown out & she'll be sanctioned for bringing it.  They weren't bought & worn with the client's knowledge - there's no "adverse possession" for personal property as with real property (like using a driveway.) Erika parroted a meaningless line her attorney fed her for TV consumption. Not buying it!

Ruth Madoff gave up jewelry & assets, did not battle recovery for or belittle the victims, & tried to maintain her dignity in the face of her husband's massive fraud & the subsequent suicide & cancer death of her two sons. Erika is NO Ruth Madoff.  Crass talk about her sex life, whining about the loss of her high-flying life, hanging onto assets adjudicated not to be hers - that's Erika.  So nope, Erika is no Ruth.
