I mentioned this a while back but I use to be a makeup artist up until about 6 years ago and I know damn well just what lip liner can do.  I've done what Kim is talking about that Kylie supposedly does.  Um no.  Her lips are completely different.  There are pictures of her where she isnt wearing much makeup and you can see what her lips look and theyre still much larger than her former very thin lips.  The only way I'll believe she didnt have surgery is if shes using something like Lip Venom which is relatively safe but does contain ingredients that cause your lips to swell up. Kim would think her makeup is great, her face looks frozen just like hers.

I would have raised a fuss if my daughter wanted to go out like that.  In small defense of Kylie, I work in a mall.  It is not unusual to see teens with butt cheeks hanging out of shorts, necklines down to the nipple, low rise jeans that must require daily pubic waxing.  We always joke the temperature goes up and the clothes come off.  I don't know who the parents are, but a lot of young women are walking around half dressed.

Look at the posts here, there's plenty of them calling her the "ugly sister" and people claiming they can't even remember her name, even through they've posted about every episode ever aired here and at TWoP. I don't know of any other message boards, but I'll say the response is the same on any other boards that exist. She gets called ugly for a good hunk of her formative teen years by random strangers on the internet, so then she makes changes she obviously thinks look good and what happens? She gets even more posts about how "ugly" she looks. I'd wager the some of the people calling her out for whatever she's had done, claiming she's ruined her looks, are some of the same people who called her "ugly" before she had anything done (but now think there was nothing wrong with how she looked before). I never thought Kylie was ugly.  I actually thought she was prettier than Kendall at one time.  Problem is Kendall was always viewed as the prettier one by the media and then she started really taking off as a model and Kylie has taken a backseat.  Then her looks really got unnecessarily trashed.  Its not even so much the media but basically thinks like Twitter and Instagram that these girls are addicted to reading and people have no problem sitting behind a computer throwing around insults. The thing is she's took young to realize plastic surgery doesnt solve things and can sometimes make you look worse which I think she does now.  Her lips are too big and its bizarre to me that she never even seems to smile anymore. Every damn picture she has the same frozen expressions. She just looks..empty. 

 

Back when I was in high school a friend of mine wanted to get as nosejob (she DID have a big nose but it actually worked for her and I thought she was very pretty).  IIRC she was 16 around when she wanted it and her parents were refusing.  They told her once she turned out 18 she could do it but not before.  By the time she did turn 18 enough people encouraged her that she looked just fine and she never got it.  With Kylie I doubt she has any type of support system but rather a materialistic family and a mother who has no problem letting her children go under the knife if it could help line her pockets.

You are absolutely correct. However Kris exposed her kids to the media and continues to do so. She recently remarked on how all of her older kids went thru the chubby teenage years. But they weren't on a TV show, filmed and broadcast for public entertainment. In addition HER own sisters (especially Kim) are consumed with their appearance and highly critical of each others flaws. So Kyle isn't just hearing/reading  it from strangers, she is living with it in her own home. Her own mother is obsessed with how she looks. Kid doesn't stand a chance in that situation.

I'm completely creeped out.  I feel like that picture of Kylie from Halloween looks like some pervy child porn shot.  Plus, that shot of her, with her head tilted, lips puffed up, reminds me of those people who try to get themselves to look like real life barbie dolls, right down to the vacant eyes.  Creepy. 
It's like I'm watching an SVU episode unfold in real life. 

 

In addition to the nose job, and lip injections (although I do think that Kylie helps it out with the lipstick/liner, you can see the natural lip line in a few pics), it also looks to me like she's lost about 20/30 pounds.  That would absolutely narrow out her face, make her nose seem longer, eyes seem bigger, etc. 

 

Poor thing.  Kendall is walking Versace, and Kylie is becoming a real life cartoon.

Kylie most definitely had an eye lift, brow lift, cheek fillers, nose job and lip injections. I also think she had some sort of chin implant to slightly lengthen her face and give it more of an oval shape, versus the rather "squat" face shape she had before. Look back at any picture of Kylie from a year ago and its apparent she had a shit load of work done.  Yes she's using a lot of liner on her lips but her lips were SUPER thin. No amount of liner is going to give that much fullness, and that picture posted above shows her lips are larger even without the lipstick/liner.  No amount of makeup will change the shape of your eyes either and open them up so visibly. You can see the skin above her eyes actually being pulled up.
