I wasn't watching GH at that point so I missed a lot of this but my mom watched and didn't care for her and well I felt the same way before she did. I wish the show would explore Cam and Spencer's quasi-familial relationship. There should be some resentment on Spencer's part that Cam is arguably closer to Lulu (when she's conscious) and Laura than Spencer himself is. Cam and Spencer could both bond over their disappointing fathers. Have Spencer and Jake bond over Jason's "death" - Spencer knows what it's like to lose a father - and have Cam be jealous over that.

Damn, I wish I had Trina by my side every day. Imagine being that mad, but still able to clinically eviscerate the logic of the person you're mad at! She is always so good for not only standing up for herself, but giving little morality lessons in the bargain.....  I just saw the actress will be leaving mid-March, which is a bummer, but I hope they assign the Trina writer to her replacement. 

What, Sydney is leaving? Before we even get a first kiss between Spencer and Trina? What a bummer.

Just caught up on the last 3 episodes. nuJordan is very tall and looks young. Also, I thought Jordan was deathly ill  but today she pops right back into PC like she had just ran the runway in Milan. LOL!!! I’ll give her a chance but I would have preferred Mishal Morgan from Y&R. She would have been more believable in the role.

Firstly it is a unseasonable warm day here in Toronto, I haven't want to turn on my AC or jump in the lake but I was warm walking wearing sweatpants and long sleeves. Maybe they are jumping in the lake in Port Charles

What a great scene on Friday between Spemcer and Victor. I could see the Cassadine coming out of Spencer as he used Victor's weakness for family to get his way. NC is such a great actor!

I feel mean for saying this but EM is a very limited actress and they should have learned after the Oscar SL that she can’t lead a SL. She was painful today and it’s just starting.

I don’t get where they are going with Brando/Sasha. They’re so isolated. Normally I would think that they have Brando living in denial about her problem while everyone around him has to clue him in to how in trouble she’s in but who else would even notice?

So, I really enjoyed the teens today. They, again, were the highlight of the show for me. I also liked how the professor addressed the issue with Cam and Josslyn. She said Bryan would be disciplined and advised them to take better care w/their personal, intimate videos. That seemed really realistic.

I hate Josslyn on most (almost all) days but enjoyed her today! She seems to know it was Esme so I think Esme's plan to blame Trina isn't going to work, which is good. If Josslyn honestly believes Trina did this and not Esme, she's a moron. I was not looking forward to that b/c it's so utterly stupid. I'm happy it appears we are NOT going down that road. I guess we'll see for sure tomorrow.  

I also liked what Trina said to Spencer about being a brat and not simply waiting to put flowers on his mother's grave. Spencer acts so privileged all the time. It's ridiculous. Did anyone else find it strange that there are no other headstones on that plot? Is it a Cassadine plot? Why is Courtney not in that Corinthos crypt? It just seemed weird - hers being the only grave there. 

I know many didn't like Friz, but as a fan, I thought the writers did a great job of building them up. We saw a friendship develop and then the romantic feelings. I'm just not feeling the same about Fiz. I don't know what it is. Both are good actors, but I'm so blah about them as a couple. They just don't do anything for me. The writing hasn't been as good for them as it was for Friz, IMO. If it's working for others, that's great; it is not working for me at all. I felt it was too soon and also not featured enough. 

Portia and Curtis continue to bore me. Like Fiz, I'm really blah/meh on their pairing. I wish the writers spent as much time on these other pairings as they do w/every single aspect of CarSon's married, and now divorced, life. Dang! Did we really need their stupid scenes today? 

Am I the only one who saw some sparks w/Sonny and nuJordan? I am. Okay. That's fine. :)

I guess Brando is in for a surprise! Poor Brando. I understand why they took Sasha down this road - relapse is common w/addiction - but I'm not happy about it. I also don't know why their baby couldn't live. In all the pointless babies born (ie., Wiley, Donna, Avery, Bailey, James), why did theirs have to die?

Today's Show

Finn likes Liz's shower. 

Sasha is high. Brando realizes that Sasha is not joking about getting married.

Cortia's new house? Is Jax's house. (No new set. bummer). Lucy tells them that Sonny is also looking for a new place so they might want to snap on it.

Carly and Sonny meet at the Elevator of Connivence. Sonny asked if it's okay with him being there at the Metrocourt. "It's a public place." Carly said. (please remember this the next time Brad wants to have his crabcakes in peace and Michael threatens him). They wanna talk about Courtney, if we must.

Trina has no time for Spencer breaking out of Babyjail. Spencer is all "did you get my gift? can you keep your voice down? are you alone" and Trina wants to know if its because if anyone is with her that could rat out Spencer, outside of Trina. 

And sexytime tapes are posted. Joss screams "Turn it off!" The professor doesn't know how to turn it off so she shouts at the guy who posted it up to turn it off. Cam has brains and just closes the professors's laptop. Esme has best poop eating grin. 

 

Cortia's Place
Portia is impressed that Lucy can do it all. Lucy says if the IPO goes through Lucy can let go of being a relator. THEN Lucy says "this is a great place to start a family." Curtis headwhips so fast and both have a Girl you crazy face.

Vacation-Time
Brando is all the family Sasha needs. LET'S GET MARRIED!

PCU
The professor apologizes to Joss and Cam and says the guy who shared it on the projector will be disciplined. (okay to be fair. you did ask what was more exciting so he was ONLY doing what you asked but yah. that's also fair). Then the professor says "keep better track of your intimate files." Joss and Cam just look at each other

Gravesite
"Is this a jail sanctined field trip? or are you out for good behaviour?" Spencer has had enough and and snaps "How would you know, you never visited
"First of all, your sentence is 30 days."
"IT's still jail"
"Second of all and most importantly, don't make this about me. I'm not the one who broke out of BabyJail to hang out at a cemetery."
"This is where my mother was buried." annnndddd foot, meet mouth - that's exactly the face Trina has right now. Spencer also says "This is not m idea of "tooling around." Trina didn't realize that today was the day. Spencer wanted Courtney's gravestone to know this fact. THEN Spencer asks "So were you ever going to visit me?" Before trina can answer, there is a noise, and Spencer pleads Trina not to rat him out or it's straight to BigBoyJail.  Trina sighs, sits down and enter Jordan. (why is everyone hanging out at Courtney's tombstone? More important where are the others? why is Courtney all alone? did all the other graves had enough of Courtney and demand to be moved in the afterlife?)

 

Metrocourt
"it's a blood mary kind of day" Says Carly. 
"I'm trying not to drink."
"Good. Courtney would like that"
"Do you miss her?"
"Well the hotel is named after her, I think about her every day."
anyway. it hurts Carly to see Sonny so she wants to see him less. (So why the hell are you offering him a drink? just don't entertain him. go away with your tearyeyes)

 

VacationTime
Brando kind of reminds Sasha they never talked about marriage flashback to Liam-goodbye. Sasha points out they were going to spend a life together, so why not, unless you don't want to? "Well. I don't not want to.. but I feel like I missed an episode. Why now?" Sasha pouts.  I think her buzz is fading.

Liz's Place
Finn and Liz are talking about how it's weird that Betsy didn't do it. that maybe they are beign watched (by a creepy painting maybe). Finn asks if Liz has always been having trouble sleeping and maybe she can get something to help her sleep. Liz doesn't want to take anything stronger.... something something. boys something something worried about Jake, Liz doesn't know if she can be strong enough for him. (these two really like to whisper)

 

Courtney's Final Resting Place
Trina spins a yarn that she was there for school and taking vocal notes. Jordan (looking fetch). is wondering if Trina is really okay Trina says she is and so Jordan leaves, and Spencer comes back and thanks her for covering and how that being there for school was a stroke of genius "I AM here for school, unlike you me being here isn't a felony." Snaps trina (heh). Spencer tries to thank her and Trina pushes her. 

PCU
Joss unfreezes first and wonders how is there a video at all. (and Cam ass. and sent to our entire class - not catching Joss's tone towards him)  The phones explodes. It's sent to EVERYONE at PCU. Joss screams at Cam. "Why are you screaming at me?!" asks Cam . Joss reminds him everyone saw it. "This is freaking me out too, Josslyn. it's not like i made the video and sent it to everyone." 

And then Joss gives Cam a look and makes this "I don't believe you" Snort. Cam - looking shocked and heartbroken. goes "you don't belive I did this, do you. Is that what you think I did?" Joss gives him another look. [And this is where you dump this girl's butt, Cam]. Outside the class, Esme is laughing. Esme. if you want to be smart,, you'd better leave before you get Joss'ed.

vacation-time
Why wait? I know what i want! Let's GOOO! . Brando wants to know if this is what Sasha really wants, or if she's distracting herself from Liam. 

Liz's Place
Liz is afraid that Jake is taking Spencer Cassadine lessons and trying to break up Fiz and terrify everyone. Finn is defending Jake and reminds Liz that Franco is not a saint. Liz reminds Finn that a stranger doing all of these things doesn't really give her comfort either. They crack jokes about Finn's bedside manner . Finn goes "let's go on a vaycay!" Liz says "I can't go anywhere with you!"

Cortia's Place
They ignore the family crack and just focus they want the place. But Curtis doesn't want to go into a bidding war with Sonny. Lucy says it's still not on the actual market yet and Jax will want to sell to ANYONE but Sonny. (yah think?). So Cortia try to figure out the extra rooms. One can be a gym, one can be an office, one can be Trina's. "And the extra room?" Curtis asks. "Your father!" Portia says Curtis has a "um what now? Face."

Gravesite.
Jordan is talking to "Mark." (who is Mark?)  Oh her old partner. She vows to be the bestest Cop Ever! The BAD GUYS ARE ON NOTICE. (this is the woman who three episodes ago called a hitman for the mob remarkable so shut up). 

Metrocourt

Sonny doesn't want to be the reason that she's hurting. so why don't we just not see each other at all, like I'm dead to you. "Nina would love that" Carly quips.. Sonny rolls his eyes and tells her, just tell me what you want and I'll do it. If you dont want to see me I won't be there. We don't hae to see each other at all. Carly just stares. 

Courtney's Final Resting Place
Spencer explains the furlough. Trina doesn't have time and calls him spoiled and stuff. Spencer sadly agrees.

PCU
Joss isn't thinking that. "I can't think anything." Cam goes "You are wondering it.". Joss apologizes to Cam and says how this is freaking her out. They try to work it out, Esme laughs, drops her bag, and... she gets caught. (told you). "Going somewhere?" asks Joss. (see. so. if it's  over this quickly then this is dumb). 

Courtney's Final Resting Place
Trina snarks that Spencer is admitting his privilage, and her lectures aren't being wasted. Spencer gentle tells her that nothing she tells him is ever wasted. (awww).. Trina says it's good that Spencer is evolving and Spencer jokes. "ME MAN, YOU WOMAN!" (hahahhaa). Trina cracks a grin but tells him don't do that again ;)  and don't try her patience then sad-face admits that there are other friends (not in lockdown) that are getting on her last nerves. 

PCU
Esme spins this into being supportive. Joss isn't buying it. "You are just a giver."  Joss sasses. Esme says they should go to the dean, and she'll be there for support. She wonders if it can be unsent or if it' there for everyone to enjoy. "There's only one person enjoying this. the bitch in front of me." snaps Joss. 

Liz's Place
Finn says yeah that is true Liz doesn't want to create anymore drama for Aiden or Jake. Finn wants to bunker down at Chez Liz. Liz says no. Since the boys aren't okay with this. I have to put them first.Finn says he's okay being second. Liz doesn't want this either. (now I'm confused).

Vacationtime
Sasha says she got used to not having much, and not attached to things. But she moved to PC and thought things could last maybe. She wants permanent. Life is full. Let's hold on to it. Let's get married!  

Metrocourt
Carly says "we agreed to be a team for the girls." (this is so stupid. "Seeing you hurts me." Sonny - well we'll see each other less. Carly. "well no that's not good. SHUT UP). Jordan shows up and is all. "awww I'm sorry about Jason. Cyrus (WHO IS A BAD GUY) would still be walking around if it wasn't FOR THE OTHER BAD GUY." (See?! SEEE! this is why THIS DOESN'T WORK, SHOW. You can't have the commissoner of the police force. being all "I'm so sorry the Mobster Hitman is dead" sooo saaaddd. and cheerfully chatting with the OTHER MOB FAMILY. COME ON).  Jordan's blowing smoke Carly's ass for stepping up to taking up  Sonny's mantle. and CARLY LOOKS PROUD AND SMUG at this fact (SEE. SEEE?! she WANTED to do it. guhh my head, my head).

anyway Jordan is here to tell Sonny now that Cyrus is in jail, she won't be working with Sonny so I guess he's on notice. Sonny looks shocked like thats allowed to happen. (I don't even care. you shouldn't have been working w/the mob to begin with you dumbo. I want Mac to be commissioner).


Cortia's Place
Curtis is like. "whoa, seriously?" Portia says "Well dedicated guest room, I thought you were in a good place." Curtis says "not want to punch a wall, better, not 'please move into our dedicated guest room." better." Portia really wants the house. "What do you want?" Curtis has a hmm look.

Courtney's Final Resting Place.
Spencer knows it's about Joss. Trina says Not talking about this. Trina tells Spencer not to mess things up. being so close to the end of sentence. Spencer wants to know  if she liked the gift."Finish your stint in BabyJail, and I'll give you my review." they both smile at each other. (awwwwwwwwww).

PCU
"Sorry I don't get my jollys from low-fi amateur porn." Esme cracks. (haah) Joss says "yeah but you get your jollys from sticking it to us." Esme says "all i wanted to be was your friend. and from what I've seen, you need all the friends you can get." Cam and Joss aren't buying it. Esme is still trying to spin this. and Cam wants to know if that's why she did this, so they'd  turn to Esme for support. Esme says she doesn't need this abuse. "I"ll SHOW YOU ABUSE!" Joss shouts. Esme snaps "I don't need to take this." Joss snaps back. "you're the one who did this."  Me: well. this got so boring so quickly.

Brando is stupid. and agrees to marry Sasha. Whatever

Lucy is talking sexy to Col. Tad on the phone. hahaha. Curtis is going to make a bid. (i will say this is a BIG place but they don't want the set to go to waste)

Metrocourt
Jordan is wiping sonny's ledger clean "past is the past." What the eff? I! WANT! MAC! Jordan warns Sonny he won't look the other way. 

Vacationtime
Sasha takes more drugs. 

Courtney's Final Resting Place
Next time you see me mama, I'll be a man you can be proud off. swears Spencer.

PCU
Joss and Cam go after Esme. how they basically pushed them to sleep together. Esme says y'all need therapy if they are blaming her for actually having sexytimes. Joss goes. you made everyone mad. (so we decided to have sex? okay, Joss?)
Esme points out that she wasn't there. why don't we ask someone who was. Everyone looks at Trina. Joss has a "bitch, you are going down." face.

Why is Sonny looking for a big house like that when he has the penthouse which has room for the girls? The conspicuous consumption annoys me in moves too when a single person in a mid-level job lives in a huge house while in real life families of 6 are trying to pay for 2 bedroom apartments.

Carly is loving that Sonny is all "Whatever you want it to be, that's the way it's going to be." She thrives on the power.

Strange that Finn and Liz immediately went to Jake when Betsy was cleared. Unless this is another false idea, it seems a big waste of plot.

Maybe my heart is cold and black but I really don't care about Joss and Cam's sex tape on the internet. I was enjoying Esme's reaction.  Also strange that Joss went immediately to Esme and not Trina even though Esme had left by the time of the sex. Another waste of a potential plot.

What is the point of the Sasha and Brando plot? Something for the actors to do since the show is paying them anyway?

Curtis and Portia are also badly written. Portia is already preparing a guest room for Curtis' father? Slow down, lady.

I will be sorry to miss SM. She  was so much better than Nu-Jordan in those scenes.

Yeah . . . but that headstone was in a completely different section!! It wasn't close to Courtney's grave! What kind of massive cemetery is this? Huge plots of land for ONE body?! I've never seen that in real life. Oh, and why was her partner Mark buried in PC?!?!

Wasn't she working outside of PC when he died? This was the guy Cyrus killed right? That was weird but I wasn't paying that close attn.

I don’t mind them reusing home sets but the set should fit the character. Why would Curtis/Portia be looking to move into a mansion? Reminds me of Anna’s gigantic place and Maxie still living in her tiny early 20s apt. I prefer the sets that are meant to regular homes because the current “mansions” give me a sterile vibe anyway. 
 

Also, was it just me or were Sonny and Jordan flirting?

well ESme is the sneaky one, who has committed arson in the past so I would have went to her first as well. I just don't like this plot BECAUSE Esme got away with arson, and really is she going to be punished for distributing this video (not sure what the crime is as they are not minors but I'm pretty sure it is a crime.

I thought at first she was visiting Nathan, but he wasn't her partner, so ya, didn't make sense to me either. It is confusing when they have a new actor visiting someone who was never on the show.

Color me puzzled about Lucy telling Portia and Curtis that Sonny might also be on the market for a house (Jax's house I guess), where she gets them worried about a bidding war, then five minutes later tells them that she's the one with the listing and that Jax would rather eat cockroaches for breakfast than sell his house to Sonny. Was that the show's way of telling us that the penthouse isn't enough for Sonny? Because there are better ways of doing it, me think.

I'm trying to look back on whether or not there was anything interesting in today's show. I did like Carly's dress. I guess Jordan telling Sonny that they are not friends or on the same side of the law worked for me. I think the actress is starting to settle in the role.

Trina calling where Spencer is, country club jail was awesome. And her putting him back in his place is always a good thing.

And I am looking forward to her scenes with Esme tomorrow.

All that boring, endless setup for yet another dud ending. Thanks, Show. I wonder why Esme didn't send the video to the parents. That would likely cause more problems than the school, which will move on after a few hours to something else. 

I'm slightly surprised Victor didn't arrange for someone to make sure Spencer didn't decide to go on the lam.

They did seem kind of flirty. I had to laugh when he welcomed her back. Mac was the only semicompetent commissioner of police, so of course Sonny is glad the dunce is back.

Jordan 3.0 could be Ego Nwodim's sister. (Nwodim is on SNL.)

I like how Elizabeth and Finn talk about stuff instead of either assuming or just avoiding things. Yes, it's sort of boring, because the writing is terrible, but at least neither of them is being epically passive-aggressive (coughCarlycough).

Isn't the Metrocourt owned by Carly and Olivia?  So it's not a public place, it's a private place where the public gathers. Though this concept is probably beyond Carly.

I'm thinking that Esme was trying to steal Trina's phone to send the video from it. But at this point, I think the phone she sent it from is a burner phone or something that they won't be able to trace back to her.

I don't get why Trina or Esme want Spencer tbh. I mean Esme is a sociopath but I do think in her twisted way she does care about Spencer. He knows it and uses her attachment to him to his advantage even though he's aware she's unhinged. Meanwhile he's giving thoughtful gifts to another girl and leading her on yet he won't let Esme go and commit to Trina someone he obviously has an interest in. 

I don't hate Finn/Liz but it screams we don't know what to do with these characters so we're throwing them together. I do like their friendship though which is something that should remain.

Sonny wanting Jax's house was a headscratcher for me, too. But it reminded me that doesn't he actually own the house next door to his own? It used to be Kate's, or something? Ironically, Jax had been talking about buying it when he came back to PC last time.

I think they forgot about Kate’s old place but, yes Sonny owns it. He bought it because he knew Jax wanted it and didn’t want Jax living next door. 
 

As far as buying Jax’s place, I could actually see it. He bought Julian’s bar, maybe he has a kink for taking over places that used to belong to guys he hates. Though I think it was just a passing mention since built a new penthouse set for him. If anyone needed to be thrown an repurposed home set, it should have been Sonny since I doubt this split is permanent and he’ll be back at his old place in a few months.

Poor Finn. First Anna now liz. Just not a Liz fan with 3 boys 3different fathers. Was hoping for more from such a legacy character. She seems like such a sad sack. I know a lot has happened with her I guess but sheesh. I'm available, Finn. *call me* ;)

 

Never knew Metro Court named after Courtney. Just thought like Courtyard by Marriott lol.

 

So sad to see Sydney M. leaving but good for her with college. Must be tough to walk away from her success on show. Wonder what she is going to study? She is such a gifted actress with that "it" factor. She will surely be a success in whatever she chooses.

I wonder if Genie ever considered leaving show for college. Guess there were not as many opportunities years ago. At least I hope she chose acting.

 

Esme actress also fantastic. Must be fun to play a villain.

And of course Spencer actor so awesome.

I do hope the new Trina actress can bring that spunk/sass/it factor towards Trina, especially in her scenes with Nicholas/Spencer, cause thats what cool about the couple. Trina doesnt let Spencer get away with his shit, and Spencer just gets all heart eyes when Trina gets mad at him 🤣.

Esme is really giving me good villian vibes. To the point, where I am honestly just loving what havoc she wrecks on Cam and Joss next. 

 

GH struck gold with Sydney, Avery, and Nicholaa and they better hope Nicholas and Avery dont decide to leave as well, cause it will be hard to replace them

So, I really enjoyed the teens today. They, again, were the highlight of the show for me. I also liked how the professor addressed the issue with Cam and Josslyn. She said Bryan would be disciplined and advised them to take better care w/their personal, intimate videos. That seemed really realistic.

I hate Josslyn on most (almost all) days but enjoyed her today! She seems to know it was Esme so I think Esme's plan to blame Trina isn't going to work, which is good. If Josslyn honestly believes Trina did this and not Esme, she's a moron. I was not looking forward to that b/c it's so utterly stupid. I'm happy it appears we are NOT going down that road. I guess we'll see for sure tomorrow.  

I also liked what Trina said to Spencer about being a brat and not simply waiting to put flowers on his mother's grave. Spencer acts so privileged all the time. It's ridiculous. Did anyone else find it strange that there are no other headstones on that plot? Is it a Cassadine plot? Why is Courtney not in that Corinthos crypt? It just seemed weird - hers being the only grave there. 

I know many didn't like Friz, but as a fan, I thought the writers did a great job of building them up. We saw a friendship develop and then the romantic feelings. I'm just not feeling the same about Fiz. I don't know what it is. Both are good actors, but I'm so blah about them as a couple. They just don't do anything for me. The writing hasn't been as good for them as it was for Friz, IMO. If it's working for others, that's great; it is not working for me at all. I felt it was too soon and also not featured enough. 

Portia and Curtis continue to bore me. Like Fiz, I'm really blah/meh on their pairing. I wish the writers spent as much time on these other pairings as they do w/every single aspect of CarSon's married, and now divorced, life. Dang! Did we really need their stupid scenes today?

I guess Brando is in for a surprise! Poor Brando. I understand why they took Sasha down this road - relapse is common w/addiction - but I'm not happy about it. I also don't know why their baby couldn't live. In all the pointless babies born (ie., Wiley, Donna, Avery, Bailey, James), why did theirs have to die?

I think Nicholas is locked into a contract, Avery may be as well. She’s also in college but somehow Eden is going to swing GH, school and varsity volleyball? I’m going to miss Sydney a lot, she really made that character interesting. 

I like Portia and Curtis and I like Liz and Finn, yet these couples are both total bores together. Are they all too low key? 

I actually felt bad for Joss (and felt awful for Cam). Esme once again needs better villain lessons! You don’t stand outside and loudly laugh, and my guess is she left some sort of terrible trail that will lead them right to her.

Liz and Finn seem like perfectly nice people and their pairing, a low-key doctor and a nice nurse, makes perfect sense. I'd probably invited them over if I were having a barbecue for work colleagues.

But their pairing is essentially lacking in energy because the characters are so comfortable with each other and there is no conflict between them.

That's kind of inevitable for a character who has been that long on a show that's about love and break-ups. Carly has four children from three different fathers, Sonny fathered six children with 5 different mothers (Lily, Alexis, Sam, Carly, Ava), Alexis has three daughters from different fathers. Even Tracy had two sons from different fathers and may have had more if she were younger.

At least in Liz's case, the father of her eldest was dead.
