Yeah Hannah’s hairline really bugs me - it’s like it’s too far back or something and she needs to do her hair in a way that hides that.  She has really nice figure though - her stomach is so flat but yet she has curves.

Hannah is one that confounds me, too.  There are so many facets.   Exceptional dancer, rocking body, janky hairline, sultry almost trashy sensuality, and a heart of gold.  In sum, I adore her.

I love this idea....part of my job is to help my students learn to act like ladies & gentlemen...uphill battle for some, for sure. Yet as soon as they have that "ah-ha' moment, their whole world opens up.

More scripted stuff to watch.  I would think that not only do the girls just want to get out of there, but I would think Phil has a life outside of all this.  He doesn't want to be hanging out  for hours waiting for a girl to get cut.

did you see the VA hospital visit when VK shook  hands with one of the vets it look like see wanted him to kiss her hand or she  didn't want to touch him so one needs to show her how to shake hands

I agree. While I think Lily can blend better if she has to adjust, Meredith seems to need a lot of time to adjust to changes in placement & choreography. Plus, if she messes up, she seems to lack the ability to shake it off. In the final days of training camp when they were making changes to the group, her face fell every time she messed up. Of course maybe during a game she will make more of an effort to maintain her smile if she makes a mistake, but I think she might just be the type of person who has trouble hiding her emotions. Some people just have that quality of where their emotions just play across their face. When I was a teenager I had that and people said they could always tell what I was thinking. I've gotten better at controlling it, but sometimes when you are feeling something strongly, you can't help it.

Back to the "job" sharing the 37th dancer is doing... anyone remember how many lockers they have? I thought one of the reasons for the number = 36 was in the new locker room, there is a fix number (that was smaller than the old stadium) and then the section were they just have for the rookies was limited.

It wasn't THAT bad but yes it was still noticeable. I wonder why she's on a corner and not buried in the back like Lily and VK. If VK is the rockstar she should have a more visible position.

Now they wouldn’t want to confuse Meredith all over again. Victoria was moved strategically in between Lily and Meredith to help the back line and Meredith was upset to move. Moving her again would get in her head.

Does anyone know how old Phil is?  And I agree with him escorting the cut girls out too.  I was hunting around the net for indications of how old he is and found this article.  Looks like his official title is something like "Art Ambassador".  And is it me or does that new security guard (I forget his name) look a LOT like Senator Rand Paul (I wish I could post pics but my PC's PMSing)?  What's the new guys name? Maybe I can get a pic of him that way.  Thanks!

I didn't even spot Meredith's missing scrunchie! I was too distracted by noticing how VK is sitting in such a way that it thrusts out her butt. I assume she's wearing shorts, but the way she's sitting makes it look like a long t-shirt that's barely covering her behind. Now I know Tess is sitting in a similar way, but at least she's more ladylike & has more coverage.

I don't remember ever hearing about the girls actually "taking over" the DCC Instagram.  If this is a first, then why Victoria?  If it ISN'T a first, why Victoria?  I'm pretty sure this is the first time this season that one of the DCC has taken over the DCC Instagram (isn't it?).  Then again, after the past two weeks I've had (overtime at work plus life), sometimes I'm surprised I remember my own name.

Same here. She's doing well. I think a lot of people forget being that young and dumb, and the things she did last year she'll likely eventually look back on and cringe. I also can't fault her for any of the clear favoritism towards her as a rookie and the fact that she's a B-tier show group member because that's all on Kelli. It's clear Vic put in work over the offseason and I think she's improved in every way. Being around the kind of high-reaching women that make up the team would drive anyone to be their "A+ self"; I bet for instance her vet boot buddy has had some great influence on her. Who would want to disappoint Brennan?

Victoria is beautiful, young and fun. Thousands of DCC fans follow her and love seeing her including myself. She worked hard to be on that team and deserves the spotlight like every other dancer on that team. I am happy for her!

I think she’s very pretty - looks very glamorous when she’s done up, but then looks cute too when she’s not done up.   She just really has the DCC look IMO.

Just imagine how her 50th game will be celebrated...

True, her behind the scenes didn't really show us much but let's be honest. This is DCC - its all about promotion. She has double the # of instagram followers - 30 K plus (compared to 10-15K). TBTB are going to showcase VK at every turn because it helps their brand.

I don't mind her. I don't think she's gods gift to dance and I wish she'd stop with the bubble gum makeup. But all and all - she lives and breaths DCC and that's what DCC wants. She looks great on the field  and that's enough for me.

I have to wonder, is Victoria featured all the time because she's a fan favorite, or is she a fan favorite because she's been featured all the time? No one can deny that in the last two years, she's been given more exposure than any other DCC. The redemption story line that made her the Rudy of NFL cheerleaders was carefully crafted to win her more fans. But without her DCC connections, I highly doubt she would be showcased as much. She actually would have made my roster this year, but I think she's just a pretty blender. I really wish the DC Org would spread the love around and showcase some of the other DCC that have been virtually ignored.

I spotted Victoria a few times during the game broadcast.  Once she was in the background at the end of a play and she was all veneers.  I mean, all I saw was hair and teeth. The next time was right before a commercial break and she was dancing and she looked cute, perky and like she was having fun.  The third time was in the background and there were the teeth again.

I'd be super pissed off if I were the Kalinas and paid probably a LOT of money for those ginormous veneers.  I can't imagine they asked the cosmetic dentist for gravestone size veneers for their teen daughter.  Unless huge teeth are a popular thing in Texas?

I think with normal size veneers and more natural makeup she'd be the pretty girl she really is.  Instead, all I see are teeth and Bonne Bell-style makeup.

I'm with you, all I see are those huge buck teeth. I can't unsee them. Every picture, no matter what she is doing, wearing, whatever, I just see teeth.
