Or, she was mocking Sunny.  Either way, it appeared that she was reacting to the suggestion that people should tip housekeeping staff, so that was not a good look on her. I just think she is really losing it.  Not necessarily her faculties, but she just doesn't appear to give a shit. 😞

Megan saying that she dislikes Mayor Pete for speaking the truth left me speechless.  She is the one who has said the most despicable things about the Democratic party.  She makes everything about her feelings, some tough chick, what a snowflake!  I guess Mayor Pete being a veteran is not going to protect him from her ire. We all know how she worships the military.

Whoopie is just so horrible in so many ways. She dominates the conversation and adds nothing of substance. Whoopie has no understanding how taxes  work. Her rants today about taxing Amazon went on forever, then she went on a rant about her own taxes. I think she is fuming about the  cap for the salt deductions.  Her incoherence is just embarrassing. She looks miserable being there and I am miserable having to watch her..

I would love for Whoopie and Megan to be fired and for new co-hosts to be hired and join Ana, Sunny and Joy. I love their bond off the show.

What is going on? Whoopi is so overbearing during all show discussions and interviews lately. It's too much; she rambles and doesn't make any sense when she speaks. I've been fast forwarding and turning the show off early. Including Wednesday's with the missing person interview. I was really looking forward to that story and Whoopi's vibes through the whole interview off.

I'm really ready for a new moderator. I would love to see the show replace Meghan and Abby as well, but they are at least able to articulate their thoughts.

Except that Meghan is the only one on the panel who, to my knowledge, constantly claims to be a political pundit yet she fumbles on many of her talking points while also making false statements. Ana is a political pundit too, but I haven’t heard her say anything like “Democrats are the party of Infanticide,” as Meghan has said. She also casually throws around the word socialist. If Meghan wants to be taken seriously as a political pundit, she should at least know her facts.

That is a skit for SNL when they come back in the Fall.  Have a bunch of cast members say things about Republicans and have each of them say not you Meghan.

Meghan was ranting on twitter last night about EVERYONE hating de Blasio.  I tweeted back asking her if she's going to tell him that to his face on the show today (pre-tape).  She was so rude and juvenile.  She really is the mean girl.  

I'm hoping Sunny is not softening her stance with MM.  I noticed she's acknowledged her several times the past few days.  Joy doesn't seem to be challenging any of her comments either, even joking with her more than she had in the past. Wonder if they've all been spoken to about MM's demands that things had to change in order for her to stick around.  Sure hope I'm wrong.  Just pure speculation.

Anyway, I love Joy, Ana, and Sunny more than words can say for using their platform to FINALLY point out on the show Russia's and Russian bots' obsession with propping up Gabbard and how she's supported Assad in the past. Trojan horse is right.

Overall, today’s show went much better than I expected. I’m so happy Ana is here for these last two shows. The View needs her voice.

She's talking more and now she's jumping in and snapping at people--but not her baby, McCain, who is the biggest offender. Meghan's the primary one to own the label of political pundit, but really, they all are at this point. The problem is, they're all pretty bad at it, and no, I wouldn't say Meghan's worse than any of the rest of them.

Also, you haven't heard Ana say those things because she wants to keep working, for one, and because she's not usually in the position to have to make the pro-life/pro-capitalist argument. This is getting a bit O/T, but I don't think Joy "always makes it a point" to call out Republican leadership so much as she just says things the audience will applaud her for. And even if she were speaking to leadership exclusively, she still only makes these gauzy statements with a smirk at the end.

They do not know the topics but they have seasoned debate prep pros who make sure they have an answer for anything that comes up.  If the candidate stumbles it's the fault of the staff.

Since the last debates all the candidates have had their staffs working overtime to find reasons to get in a dig at Biden (primarily) and to a lesser extent, Harris.  Most of them knew this was their last gasp at a gotcha moment, so they used anything they could find, even if it was a dubious quote from 30 years ago.  It worked for Kamala in the last debate, everyone else wanted their stand out moment too.  But here's the thing (tm Whoopi), they all have been in politics long enough to know it's not personal.  They all have pretty tough hides and can take a few punches, even from "friends."  They'll continue to work together after everything shakes out and they'll all fall in line behind the eventual candidate.
