I never heard of Jan Howard and I thought she came across as a very bitter woman. My husband is a vietnam vet and the next morning he brought her up and said he was really bothered by her remarks. I understand she lost her son but the way she said she would blow those protesters away with her 357 magnum was a bit much especially over 50 years later. I thought Willie looked so much better once he grew his hair out and grew a beard. I've never been a fan of country music but I have thoroughly enjoyed this documentary.

Whoopie's fish comment was too much, so classless. I just can't believe they let her get by with some of her comments. Also she said her mom was a nurse. I always heard she was a teacher. Wonder how many professions her mother had. I like Joy but the fat joke wasn't funny.

I meant to say the actress that plays Nina is very homely.

Ireally dread the Nina scenes -- i dont think the actress is all that. I also did not look forward to Ava (the actress plays her) BUT she isn`t bad. I am also at a point that they can can this soap and that would be okay with me.

Sherry is a real bore and I can't stand even watcing here but she is the one that the show seems to really focus on. I dont care about her divorce or her kid-- she needs to just leave, I also think that Whoopie dresses like crap!
