Wasn't Julia a former Mavs? Who is the "new" mavs tumbling team director? Let me guess it is the former mavs director Mallory Mills? Or someone new?

As for Megan, damn shes my girl crush, she really is. Tho the first time I saw her, she reminded me of Robin from tv show "How I Met Your Mother". Where Robin was a strong independant woman who wasn't needy and the guys she dated wanted a girl who was needy and Robin was the one who was more "dominant" and she (Robin) was my damn girl crush

Stephanie is the new coach she also coaches the Allen American ice angels

Stephanie DiBiase? Whoa ...... not a fan of her routines but damn shes going to be the director of Allen Angels and Mavs new team ... hhmm wonder how shes going to juggle that esp during auditions/training camp and then during seasons when basketball has more games etc. Hope she doesn't do it like previous Mavs and do it like an audition for every game

How old was Sunni Cranfill West when she made it as a rookie?  She's always looked "older" to me but in a good way.

I remember her introducing herself in prelims as 28 but I can't remember if that was the first or second year she auditioned.  So 28 or 29 when she made the team.

I knew Karissa Lynae (Season 6?) had gone to law school in Miami and gotten married in December. My husband is an attorney and was doing research, found an article associated with the firm she works for. Looks like she lives in San Francisco now. https://www.smithcurrie.com/attorneys/karissa-l-fox/

Great to see her. I always wanted her to make it. She was/is so pretty. At the time of her auditions she was amazing.

I think she had a case of TC jitters.  IMO she should have been given a shot for a year, I think she would have been fine.

I agree...would she have been cut the next year? Maybe...maybe not.  I liked her, thought she was a good dancer and very pretty.  I loved her back story as well.  I am glad to see she is doing well.

I was watching that season again ... and thinking the same thing ... she was in her head a lot and think once she calmed down her memory would be so much better ... oh well guess there was another plan for her .... being a DCC doesnt make or break you in life ...but I thought she would have made a great team mate ... especially when you think down the road they put Morgan on and she was terrible at memory ... they liked her for the cameras and was Kitty's Pet Project

I understand it too. I get my hair colored every 6-8 weeks. I need a pedicure terribly - I haven’t had one since the fall due to a foot injury. I was at the 4 week mark on my hair when our state was issued it’s stay at home order. It’s honestly not a big deal - I’m not going anywhere so only my husband and daughter are seeing my roots. But I’d still love the “normalcy” of getting my hair done (and 2 hours of quiet, alone, with the exception of my hair dresser, lol). I’d pay big bucks for a pedicure right now, just to get the dead, dry skin off. My at home methods aren’t working. 😂 But at the same time, it’s just a luxury I would like to have, definitely not something I’m losing sleep over. I think we all long for that return to normal. Sydney’s normal is just a tad bit more high maintenance than the average person. 😂

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and in a place where there is a shelter in place order through my due date. I had planned on getting a manicure/pedicure/eyebrow waxing in my final weeks of pregnancy. (My sister is an OB-GYN and says doctors/nurses who work labor and delivery have no judgement for whatever is going on ‘down there’ because they’ve seen it all, they do get a little distracted by really nasty feet in the stirrups).

However given that this is a GLOBAL PANDEMIC where PEOPLE ARE DYING I’m going to paint my own nails, pluck my own eyebrows, and be thankful that:

A. I’m still able to receive relatively normal prenatal care. (Sure my visits have been rescheduled and My husband is no longer allowed to come to them, but we’re making due.)

B. The outbreak being contained where I am and I’ll be able to deliver in a hospital with the aid of medical professionals. (Will my husband be able to be there for the birth? Yes. Will he be able to go out and pick us up sushi to have in the hospital after the baby is born like we had planned for the last six months? No.)

C. My son will be able to have relatively normal pediatric care in his first few weeks of life. (Will he seems the pediatrician we have picked out for long term? No but he will see someone in that practice.)

It’s all about perspective and focusing on what’s important.

I have to admit there are SOME dcc who came across innocent and good girl etc when you first see them and then they turned all stuck up/snotty like everything was given to them on a plate by the time they leave DCC ... eg Jenna. But there are others that just stays that way (if that make sense at all) the whole way thro even when they left, like Danielle etc and some that dont come across the way they were after dcc like Cassie.

As for Sydney I can't make her out. I miss alot of things too ... like working with people in person day to day but I don't moan or bitch about it on social media ... as for the nails ... I wish I could have fake nails done, but cant because of work I wish I could get my eys, nails and hair done regularly but I work in an office where we are told we cant have fake nails or even any kind of polish ... it kills me I LOVE getting my nails done but I never moan about it because I rather the job then the fake nails. I wish I was that high maintenance.

As for Jenna ... did anyone see her instagram? Looks like she either got sacked or she quit her job at that hockey club. Someone asked her when she was going back to teach at that vicki's dance place, I thought she stopped doing that teaching when she got that job at that hockey club (cant remember its name). I wonder what and why she moved back to DFW and not Cali where her family is.

Does anybody know what happened to Courtney from the 2014 rookie class?  I don't know/remember her last name.  She was the one who lived with Erica, was a pharma sales rep until she quit her job to focus on training camp.  She was also hilariously picky at the My Fit Foods meeting.  When she made the squad, she said something about how she planned to be on it for a long time.  But it looks like she didn't come back the next year.

Moved back to Florida, and then moved back to Dallas.  Just married a guy who works for the Cowboy Organization.  I know she worked for Peleton at one point.

Thanks!  I always think it's interesting when a girl only cheered for one season but still has her DCC cameo as her profile pic haha.

Possible Unpopular Opinion:

Anyone else find Michelle Keyes’ IG to be boring AF now that she’s a married mom?  No dancing = 😴😴😴

Why all the shout outs to companies?  I’m so bored with her.  IDK just me?  Or no?  Her baby is really pretty though.

I think she’s planning to teach classes again. I love Michelle! Her baby is precious. I actually thought she was going to teach classes again this month but I may be wrong. She seems to love dancing and choreographing dances so....I’m sure she’ll be back to teaching once this nightmare is over.

Her baby isn’t that old; she could conceivably still be recovering from giving birth! It can take months for some women, depending on the labor.

At least with this, the girls probably go in with the plan of staying for a long time, but not all of them can deal with the ish that Kelli and the rest are rumored to put them through as well as dealing with the team dynamics of that particular year.  She probably said "F* this!  I'm outta here!" after her first year because she didn't want to deal with the rest of it though she'd wanted to do so when she had initially auditioned.  Personally, I don't know what I'd do in her position as I could see myself going either direction.

It IS interesting as it's an important part of her life and something that's she's proud of accomplishing, but she's done so much more since then that she could have chosen so many other pictures for her profile.

I remember the season she was on she was saying how Erica and her became best friends and they used to hashtag their pics #futurebridesmaid. Funny thinking about that now since she doesn’t even follow Erica 😜

Am I late sharing that Lacey is engaged to Trevor Knight?! As of a tweet he sent on April 3, they are getting married in just under 2 months. I didn't see any kind of Tweet from her, but I only scrolled back so far. She will be a gorgeous bride!

Have you seen this?  The proposal:)
