Caila is worse than Lacey in my book with the MLM. Her stories are the same things over and over again (making her weight loss coffee drink that she sells through her MLM, recruiting members for her MLM, and talking about how successful she is through her MLM business). Right now she is on a vacation with her family in Gulf Shores, AL (a hot spot) from Dallas (another hot spot) and there are no masks to be seen, even though the resort they are at says masks are required. It irks me because my family was supposed to be taking a vacation this week but we canceled due to COVID.

I doubt she is. Apparently her and her husband have postponed their reception until the spring of 2021, and I doubt she would want to be pregnant for that. (I for one am excited for that thunderstruck performance!) When they do start a family I bet she will be a good mom, she seems very sincere and to come from a close knit and loving family.

I thought that was more a reaction to the style of the dress, but I guess it’s possible. However her instagram stories showed her and her new husband eating sushi on their honeymoon... All in all it looks like she and her husband ended up with a sweet and sentimental wedding in the backyard of her childhood home, they definitely made the best of a bad situation. (All three weddings I was invited to this year have been pushed to 2021)

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and in a place where there is a shelter in place order through my due date. I had planned on getting a manicure/pedicure/eyebrow waxing in my final weeks of pregnancy. (My sister is an OB-GYN and says doctors/nurses who work labor and delivery have no judgement for whatever is going on ‘down there’ because they’ve seen it all, they do get a little distracted by really nasty feet in the stirrups). However given that this is a GLOBAL PANDEMIC where PEOPLE ARE DYING I’m going to paint my own nails, pluck my own eyebrows, and be thankful that: A. I’m still able to receive relatively normal prenatal care. (Sure my visits have been rescheduled and My husband is no longer allowed to come to them, but we’re making due.) B. The outbreak being contained where I am and I’ll be able to deliver in a hospital with the aid of medical professionals. (Will my husband be able to be there for the birth? Yes. Will he be able to go out and pick us up sushi to have in the hospital after the baby is born like we had planned for the last six months? No.) C. My son will be able to have relatively normal pediatric care in his first few weeks of life. (Will he seems the pediatrician we have picked out for long term? No but he will see someone in that practice.) It’s all about perspective and focusing on what’s important.

Gosh I love her and can not wait to see her wedding unfold on social media (her dress, the venue, which DCCs are invited, who the bridesmaids are, thunder struck at the reception, etc.) However that red romper and boots look isn’t flattering, and let’s be honest if it doesn’t look good an Lacy (who has a perfect body) it won’t look on anyone.

Regarding Christina’s job... This segment actually rubbed me the wrong way. On one hand she said this was the first time she was working full time while in training camp. She is in her early 30s, working full time is something she should be used to at this age. (I get when you are just out of school and 22/23 this can be an adjustment, but that’s not the case here.) But the more I thought about it this just goes to show that as much as they say these girls are supposed to be “well rounded” and have a job/be in school while being a DCC it’s pretty much impossible to do that. How many girls have we seen this story line with? Kendall who practiced dances in the bathroom of her office, Courtney the pharmaceutical sales rep who quit that job, Lauren who put her nursing career on hold to learn the show group material, Shelby the Dallas girl who quit her job (didn’t make the team), Kat the rhythmic gymnast who left her job to do training camp, and Kristin who was driving 100 miles a day last summer, etc. Unless of course your are Brennan, who can do it all 🙂

Tasha does look heavier (not that I blame her, she’s no longer dancing all the time) but it’s interesting that 50% of this years All Stars (Tasha, Danielle, Stephanie, and Danielle) had weight issues that were highlighted on the show. (Versus people like Jenn A, Melissa, Megan C, or Kashara who we know had weight issues but were never called out publicly). I would expect they would choose girls that never had issues with weight while on the squad especially since All Stars have to be ‘uniform ready’ without the constant calorie burning that comes from regular practice. (Such as Lacy or Kelli) Of course some of it might be maturity and where they are in life. My guess is 2019 Danielle has much healthier eating and drinking habits than 2013 Danielle (her second year when she was almost cut at Finals, and then they didn’t take a cameo photo) and 2019 Nicole runs a Bar Method studio whereas when she was featured on the show with weight issues (when the nutritionist raided their fridges) I believe she had a corporate job. Also I’m sure who has the kind of job that allows them to do appearances plays into it as well.

Long time lurker, first time posting... Former DCC Jordan (Rookie year was season 8, she missed the game bus and had to sit out of the game as punishment) just announced on Instagram that she and her husband are expecting a baby girl in March. She got married on June 22nd (I remember because I was at a wedding that same Saturday). Totally fine if she was pregnant at her wedding (it’s 2019 after all) and also fine if this was a honeymoon baby, but isn’t it insanely early to announce her pregnancy and insanely early to know the gender?
