Thats what I thought but wasn't too sure, but then again there were a whole lot of DCC at Jessica's wedding in California. But I guess Jess gave people more time to save for the plane tickets/hotels, with her wedding a year-ish after the engagement, than Yuko's wedding (or am I wrong in thinking it was short notice, without checking instagra/twitter etc). I believe he's in the Baltimore Oriole team system (at least he was)...not sure if them are one of their lesser teams. Yuko did an instagram story recently from Florida I assume spring training. Selina and Simone went to the wedding. I am sure that being in Hawaii made it out of some of the girls budget. 1 Link to comment

Yes, that’s the clip! I was never a Meredith fan necessarily, but I’ll defend her here. I’m sure she or her husband aren’t negotiating treaties like foreign service officers, but technically in this instance, “diplomat” equals “representative.” Generally, the State Department considers its overseas-assigned employees, regardless of position, “diplomats” as they often come in contact with host nation or other foreign individuals as representatives of the US embassy country office, of the State Dept, and of the United States. The State Dept has a number of positions within the agency and it seems like her husband is in a support position (this is based on what ShellyB explained on the forums at the time, and if true, it is an incredibly important & necessary position - which would probably make him a foreign service specialist). I work for a different agency and our overseas employees work out of the US embassy. In my experience the unemployed spouses of the employees usually end up getting jobs in the embassy. For example, many of them are nurses, who end up working in the health units, or teachers who work at embassy sponsored schools. It sounds like her husband is the “main” State employee, and she probably got a position in an administrative capacity. It sounds like she greets and assists the Ambassador’s guests when the Ambassador is meeting or hosting visitors. From what I’ve seen of Meredith, that is a good fit for her. She seems very well-spoken, mature, and hostess-like (if that word makes sense). Not sure if that’s still her position with the transfer though. I think Victoria looks great here .... she did a lyrical piece as had Lacey and Kinzie in which they wore modest costumes similar ... actually Kinzie was way more covered up than this ... Erica was hiding her weight gain and got caught that is why she was so pissy about. Erica quite frankly she looked like rolled out of bed she threw something together last minute . She got back on by the skin of her teeth ... the girl wore a mans denim dress shirt with black workout bra and bottoms 🙄 4 Link to comment
