Hi, This is Steven & Olga from 90 day fiancé. Drastic times call for drastic measures, as myself (Steven) am only 21 years old. Trying my hardest to get my life on the right track and I feel as if I’m doing a great job. But we face certain hardships; Olga will be unable to work for an extensive period of time, as for myself I just landed a job opportunity as a Fire Sprinkler Installer (Apprenticeship Program) the training is 4 years long. Starting out at $16 an hour isn’t the best but in the long run it’ll do us okay, I’ll get a raise every 6 months depending or how hard I work at this job (Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm) 

 

Currently i have registered for college and will fit my classes in with my work schedule, as this field will not be my career ........BUT SCHOOL TAKES 8 YEARS...... in the field I want. 

But $16 an hour isn’t enough to support a family of 3 as well as taking care of home bills, gas, etc.

Milking this “drama” for 2 episodes is ridiculous. The overly long dramatic pauses and hearing the stagehands discuss what’s going on is completely not needed.

Shaun is terrible. As soon as I heard someone was in bed with Jay while Ashley was bar tending, I thought, they could spend the entire show on this situation alone, and guess what, she didn’t have one follow up question.

Also, Leida’s contacts make her look like she’s starting to go blind. I have a blind dog and he has those milky, blue eyes like she had.

Last thing, the 90 Day franchise shows/does some dumb stuff that give away the outcome. 90 Day Live with Colt’s mom and the giant hostess, obviously gave away that they were married halfway through the season, and with the 90 Day Tell All, when your introductory clips show Larissa and Colt fighting with the cast, why go through such an expanded charade of “Colt and Larissa aren’t here and we don’t know if they’ll be here”?

The ladies didn't look so good. Kolani's dress made her look bigger than she is.  There is plenty of cute maternity stuff.  Ashley's boob window was strange, and Leida looked like she was trying to be sophisticated, but the outfit looked really cheap. 

At first I didn't like Larissa.  Then I didn't mind her.  Now I'm back to not liking her.  I would have been impressed if she did her hair and make up and was willing to go to the tell-all in her traveling clothes to show Fernanda that she was confident and mature and that she wouldn't sink to her level.  But that temper tantrum shit was embarrassing.  I would have thanked production for looking for something for me and made the best of the situation like an adult.

Fernanda was terrible last night and quite smug.  But I agree with her that Larissa was wrong to be all dramatic about the 911 call and then post the picture like nothing happened.

But in the end there is so little likeable about any of these people minus Asuelu and Olga.

I actually like her. I think she’s ridiculously quick witted. The problem with that show is they ask too much of her. Cramming way too many guests in an hour in a live format. The show would be much better if it wasn’t live and was edited. The only reason it’s live is so they can have those pointless twitter polls that nobody cares about. Also, the decision to get every possible item that Home Goods sells to decorate the set is misguided.

I do, too.  But I think the one-on-one format works against her, since the guests on her show are typically the stupidest people on earth, with no idea when to start/stop talking in an interview or how to make concise statements that answer the questions they've been asked.  She'd probably do pretty well on a Tell-All.

I have some more thoughts that I forgot to include in my initial post.

Leida complaining about her stepkids really irked me.  She can't expect to come into their lives and act like a complete a-hole and be respected.  Respect is a two-way street, and it seems as though Eric's children have no reason to care about her at all.

The shoes the women were wearing made me laugh.  Ashley had on rockstuds, Leida was wearing terrible fake Louboutins, and Fernanda was also had on the red sole (real or not I'm not sure).  None of these women are wealthy, so it seems ridiculous to me.  I have heels from Payless that I get many compliments on, and I'd totally rock them on tv.  Sure, I could buy expensive shoes, but I prioritize my home and my son.  No shame.

I tend to agree with you.  I think their whole story is fake, mostly scripted, and insulting to the audience's intelligence.

OTOH, I like Larissa.  I used to like Fernanda, but her immaturity has overtaken any endearing qualities she has.  I'd much rather have Larissa for a friend--she's funny, if nothing else--than Fernanda, who seems too serious about everything.  She's just young and may turn out fine, but Larissa is a good old girl, smart and funny and not afraid of looking like the bitch.  I like her lots, in fact.  She is self-aware and finds herself pretty funny, always a desirable quality in a friend.  I'd meet her for a drink any time.

I'm not super thrilled with Steven, but I do give him credit for owning his most of his behavior. He is very young.

He needs to understand that Russians don't constantly say please and thank you and other niceties even though they ARE grateful and kind. They just don't waste their time on it.

He got a woman pregnant, and he flew across the world to step up to the plate. He's still kind of a jerk. He's rough around the edges, but I'm hoping against hope that he can grow up.

Olga appears to really need him right now.

Ashley seems to get a lot of slack for her actual treatment of Jay, probably because she's a woman and he's a man and the automatic assumption is that he can leave when he wants and she can't stop him.  Shit, I know I'm guilty of it.  But if I take a step back and flip the script - say Larissa had hit up a guy on Tinder and met him/didn't meet him, but Colt kept her in the States in immigration limbo while he continued to "enjoy her presence" I'd find him predatory.  I felt for Ashley when she found out about the other women, but at that point her options were a) put the kibosh on it or b) forgive/forget/move on.  She seems to have opted for punishing him continuously- and people who do that are just as cruel as those who have cheated on them, IMO.

This (bolded.)  Olga also appears to really love him now, too.  I think the cameras out of their faces (and the uberstress of a new baby and trying to rekindle an old flame during that time) have helped them reidentify what it is they like in each other.

You have to adjust your definition of "model."  We learned from Pao that "model" means having your picture taken with most of your clothes off, to illustrate the culture of your country.  A successful "model" gets a calendar made of 12 of those pictures, showing the full breadth and depth of your culture.  Plus you get to live in an apartment with other "models" and go out drinking a lot.  It's a hard life; many are called, but few are chosen.

It's definitely an unhealthy setup. Jay was using her to get to the States, but I wonder if he would have been less inclined to cheat had she given him a longer leash? Perhaps a few days at the tattoo shop where he could make some male friends as opposed to keeping him in her comfortable house like some kind of a lonely pet? All of her decisions were made with very little consideration for his feelings.

The fact that he waited until they were legally married to download Tinder shows how very calculated he is.  I thought he also revealed his true character when he crossed his arms and said that she would need to get the police to remove him. He's not in love with her; he's in love with her house in the United States! 

In Steven I see the potential to grow into a caring man. In Jay, I see a sociopath.

And, Ashley is as dumb as a box of rocks. But, she is addicted to tormenting Jay. Either forgive him and let him stay, or make him leave... those are the two honest choices. However, she wants to keep him around and bully and berate and humiliate him. Jay has become the perfect object for her to take out all of her aggressions against every man who has ever wronged her. He's gonna pay for that green card! He's will pay hard. She's very abusive.

Often times when Russians answer the phone it is "Da" not "Hello." Like a lot of Europeans they are direct and to the point and Steven should not take it personally. 

I think Olga is a nice young lady who unfortunately got pregnant and now has to navigate thru parenthood and a relationship that should have just been a fling.

I have to laugh, all these 90 day sprints to the alter and here I am waiting for my daughter's boyfriend of 5 years to put a ring on her finger...not sure which is better, lol.

Boy, Steven never disappoints, does he?  He has found a way to excuse his failure to apply for Olga's visa, even getting support from dumbass Kalani, so now there's absolutely nothing for him to regret or apologize for in his abominable behavior toward Olga.  I hope to dog that everyone is harder on him in part 2, forcing him to confess that while he wasn't sure he wanted Olga to come with him to the US (after all, she was no longer that girl on the beach), he planned from the beginning to kidnap Myson and leave Olga in Russia.  His behavior toward her is too despicable for words, and my only hope is that she is pretending to care about him (btw if I never see another Justin Bieber "heart" sign it'll be too soon) so she and Myson can get a new start on their own in the US.  If there were justice in this world, what he did to her would be criminal, and he'd be in jail right now.  To think that some of us held out hope that he would mature and become a better person--no way.  He is not a good person, so there's no "bettering" to be expected.  Fuck him sideways to hell and back.
