A family of 8 drives off of a cliff. No one survives. The podcast really delves into the lives of the mothers and their children. One mother had a big social media presence and there were TWO photos involving some of her adopted children that went viral. They attended a lot of music festivals and political rallies. People that knew them talked about how the kids would always be standing off to the side, very flat and empty looking, but then the one mother would say something like, "You should go hug that man" and the kid would light up and have this huge smile and go hug a homeless dude and have this great conversation with him. Or she'd have them go dance in the crowd. Always encouraging them to "perform", especially when cameras were trained on them. But once people put their cameras/phones away, they went back to being completely zoned out. 

Your post and this video of Sophia made me think of them. Sophia's personality is a total mimic of her mother. It's a mask. But who is she when she takes it off? Anyone? Just an empty shell? It's very sad.

Well - apparently the Washington Post does not consider Farrah a “celebrity” despite her potential “business” meeting with Bezos. 

Not my thing - but I decided to scroll the 72 photos the Post had of red carpet. All had the gold background, not the black background she shows. So I’m doubting she walked the actual red carpet. 

Who they did include in the photos - Kelly Osbourne (OK whatever - but she looked good), Bethenny Frankel (eat a burger girl) and Kristin Cavellari (not sure how to spell - but seriously?).

And sorry Sophia - I make more money than you. And I just took a huge pay cut for my new position at a non-profit doing affordable housing (gentrification has been very good to me, realized I hated my job in commercial real estate and decided it was time to give back).

Yeeeikes. I must say, I've seen two movies, the one with Jessica Lange and Drew Barrymore, and then the documentary you refer to. So I forget where I saw this, but what freaked me out the most was the greenery just growing in their downstairs. Before I start the list, I wanted to state that there are some things that are just too innumerable to include separately. For instance, Farrah’s many paid endorsements on social media or elsewhere. We did include one instance when Farrah made headlines by including Sophia in a Flat Tummy Tea promo photo, but otherwise we left those sorts of things off the list. For similar reasons, clickbait partnerships were left off as well.

UO, I don’t think Farrah has hustle or is a hard worker as she doesn’t finish anything.  I think she is mix of manic with delusions of grandeur as she starts so many things to make herself seem important but does little more than throw money at it.  The kids store, furniture store, pasta sauce, etc didn’t fail because they were bad business models - they failed because after the CEO honeymoon phase Farrah completely checked out.
