This show is becoming similar to the shopping channels now that view your deal is on twice a week.  I guess they can't manage to get too many really interesting people to come on any more.  With the exception of C. Booker, the rest of the week is bland.  I'm sure MM will be falling all over Tuesday's guest.

Joy just told Meghan to cool her heels ??? Yasssss Joy! Meghan is being so damn loud today. She wants to know what else is there to be known about the Stormy Daniels situation. How many times do the ladies at the table have to repeat themselves?! Hmmm, well, she says she was physically threatened. Also, the hush money. It’s not just the fact that she more than likely had sex with the President. How hard is that to understand, Meghan? She’s doing an interview soon. As Joy said, cool your heels! In other words, calm down and shut the hell up!

Happy Birthday @Haleth !

Thanks, guys.

Thank you, Cory, for pointing out the obvious that Hillary lost and doesn't speak for Dems. Extra credit for throwing in a couple John McCain references and "tribe" to throw Meghan off.

Shut UP about Hillary you stupid twit.

Hillary is their default button to negate all of tRump's  ills.  I can't believe Meggie dragged up that name, trying to counter.....let's see: Porn star humping, hush money, witness tampering, physical violence threats, Putin-love, $20,000,000 shakedowns, yada yada yada.

Meggie is sporting too much of everything today.  Frou frou hair (though I think it looks nice), frou frou dress (fugly), frou frou choker (literally) necklace that's threatening to stranglulate her, it's so tight.  Jeez louise, what is wrong with her, or Hair & Makeup, that she generally looks so freaking bad.  Other than they probably hate her backstage - and they hide all the mirrors so she can't see their handiwork.

And why??? Because Hillary Clinton hurt's Meg's feelings and Democrats don't understand PROUD NRA members? GTFO, Meg.

Hillary, Hillary, Hillary, their obsession with her is beyond annoying.  Jeez. Let it go...They have been attacking her for decades. It tickles me to know that she can get under their skin.

Cory deftly put Megan, in her place, by letting her know that Hillary does not speak for the Dems. He should have said that she is entitled to her opinion, just like The President expresses his own, everyday, on twitter.

When your argument is to deflect it means you have no argument.

Meghan wants to know more about Stormy Daniels.  Well then she should be in favor of her winning in court to have the non disclosure agreement voided then.

I think Meggie insists on those braids.  No professional hair stylist would do that.  They have a reputation to protect.  MM probably doesn't want to get there early enough to get her hair washed and blown dry so there is nothing else to do but braids.

So Meghan has a problem with Billy Bush not appearing apologetic enough about that Access Hollywood tape but doesn't have a problem with Trump who was the one bragging about his disgusting behavior.  She is truly insufferable.

I guess Meghan has "words" for Billy Bush.

Corey Booker did very well today. Meghan had her would-be gotcha questions, but he bypassed her without much effort. She seemed to go much harder after Kirsten Gillibrand. God only knows how she would've acted in a Hillary interview considering how obsessed she is with the woman.

She made a complete fool of herself during the porn star discussion. I'm glad that Sunny and Joy consistently brought the discussion back to illegal campaign efforts rather than the salaciousness of the whole story, which left Meghan wrongfooted. Usually she dismisses this with a hand-waved "Nobody cares" / "Bill Clinton taught me oral sex!!!!"

I can only dread what tomorrow's going to be like with Pence's daughter there. I didn't even know he had a daughter until now, much less do I want to hear what the demonspawn has to say.

She's selling a book.

Figures.

I know less than nothing about any "issue" from Vice President Uptight's marriage, but unless this 'demonspawn' (thank you, @TheGreenKnight!) is a neurosurgeon-rocket scientist-physicist-moon landing astronaut, who cares.  ?

It's a children's book about the family's pet rabbit. So yeah, who cares?

Meggie's necklace looked like a garrote wire.

A producer has to school her on interrupting and talking over others.  It is one on a long list of annoying habits from Miss Snippy.

If it's in the VP's quarters, does Cheetos know?  He disapproves of animals living with families.

Meghan's necklace is so tight I'm afraid she'll pass out from lack of oxygen.

I was looking for a trickling of blood.  How can they let her go out there like that?  Does she not have a mirror?

Senator Booker was awesome with her.

Hopefully Joy will bring up John Oliver's brilliant idea.

I love John Oliver and have a burning hot crush on him ....tmi , so what, who cares.

I really like Corey Booker  and enjoyed him reminding MM that HRC wasn't president.  Sadly I can't see him as President.  I'm not sure why. He's smart and I agree with alot of what he says, I just don't see it.

I love that MM doesn't care or understand why people are talking about the whole stormy story. This the same woman that cannot stop reminding us that Clinton taught her about oral....

Oh by the way I dislike MM so much that even when she's trying to funny she pissed me off. What the hell was that " I wanna know now Joy,  I'm a millennial! " (Fake laughing hahaha) . Oh STFU Meghan!

I so agree with you.  I'm from NJ, I remember CB as mayor of Newark (I don't live in Newark, so I couldn't vote for  him), later as Senator (I did vote for him).  I like him but there is an air of inauthenticity about him that I notice in every appearance.  Especially when he was haranguing that woman in a hearing recently.  That's why I couldn't watch today's episode.

Not to mention he is considered friendly to Wall Street and big business.

Totally agree with you. He's too transparent when he panders and in his ambition.  I, too, find him hard to watch, but, I wanted to hear what he had to say today. It was a nice surprise bonus that WG wasn't there.

ETA. I hated that CB kept singing Daddy McCain's praises. I understand that it kept MM, somewhat, at bay, but, again.... the pandering. Too smarmy for me.

I find it interesting re: the discussion of Senator Booker - his ambition, his closeness to Wall Street, etc. I don't find those qualities or issues unacceptable.  Personally, I liked what he had to say, but, I don't know very much about him.

...not to mention what Wednesday will bring with the very "tribal" Amy Chua, who is the author of "Political Tribes" and just happened to spawn a podcast with MM's hubby.  Blechhhh.

And, if Faux & Friends is fawning over AC, you know she'll be hailed as another of MM's bffs.

Again, with the Occam's Razor reference. Meghan tries so very hard to appear to be the intellectual on the panel and it fails every. single. time. For what it's worth, I do care about DT screwing around with Stormy while his wife was at home with their newborn son. I do care that either he or someone acting on his behalf physically threatened Stormy. I do care that his attorney paid her $130,000 just prior to the 2016 election. I'm not alone.

And if you read the actual testimony and statements of Comey and McCabe, it is not true, as Meghan asserts, that one of them is lying.  Nuance and comprehension are not in her skill set.

I had no problem with Corey going after that woman. I was whooping and hollering. She was covering up the shthole country comment by playing dumb. I am from one of those countries that were demonized.  All countries have problems, especially, countries that had histories of slavery and colonization. Some scars run deep.

I like Corey, but, I don't see him winning the Presidency, if he indeed decides to run. The right will destroy him and the left will do it as well, due to his ties with wall street and the Pharmaceutical companies.

Yes, while Meghan is right that Stormy just giggled in previous interviews, was coy about answering questions.   that was when she was restrained by the NDA, and thought she would get in trouble for saying anything.  Now that she has lawyers telling her the NDA is not enforceable because trump didn't sign it, she's talking.

Meghan needs to remember -  it's not the sex, it's the cover up.    She can't shut up about Clinton, she needs to look it up.  Clinton did not get in trouble for HAVING sex, he got in trouble for lying about it under oath.  The trump/stormy story is about a payoff to keep a secret.

As Sunny pointed out, trump and stormy having sex?  yeah so what?  but using campaign money to shut her up - clearly illegal.  AND - the 60 minutes interview was delayed ONE WEEK, because trump was trying  to stop CBS from airing it, and CBS wanted to vet some of the information before airing the interview.   Meghan can yell all she wants about how she wants to know what Stormy has to say, NOW.  But the interview was only done about a week and a half ago, it's not like 60 minutes has been sitting on it forever, as MM said.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

AND - Meghan talks about John Edwards, and the national Enquirer winning a Peabody award for uncovering that story.   Did they?

wikipedia doesn't know about it.

Happy birthday, Haleth!  I love Corey Booker.

Is Meghan always more relaxed on the Monday shows?  She came in smiling and waving at the audience, and she's been pretty upbeat.  She's not even knee-jerk reacting to Joy's curiosity if any Republican will stand up with a strong statement about Trump.  And she seemed to giggle along with the ladies.

Of course I'm only nine minutes in.  ;-)
