Fucking bravo to Gary for slicing right through Amber's bullshit about depression keeping her from Leah. You don't get to pick and choose when you take care of your kid; you do it day in, day out, even when it's hard, even when it sucks. Gary knows because he's been there, sacrificing his time and energy to put Leah's needs first. Amber's in for SUCH a rude awakening with this baby. She has no idea what it takes to raise a child because she's never done it before. I hope Andrew is going to be there for this baby, because I truly have my doubts that Amber will do right by this child.

It broke my heart hearing Kristina talk about Leah not understand why Mom left Matt but still isn't coming around. And Amber having the audacity to take off for Hawaii. 

I can't believe this whole s**t show is going to be preserved for Leah to watch later in life. At least she can bring the tapes to therapy instead of having to rehash her mommy issues.

I love the editors.  In an episode where Catelyn’s doctor discussed her weight, revealed her weight, and advised her to lose 20 lbs., in the restaurant scene with her mother, they showed the waitress bringing huge plates of food to the table twice, then zoomed in on fattening fries and cheesy sandwiches right after Catelyn said how skinny Butch was.  After the Butch comment, they only had drinks and menus on the table, so they definitely edited it that way on purpose.  Food, food, weed, more food, oh and how ‘bout a cigarette?  Mean but funny!

Definitely.  This crossed my mind in the last episode while Tyler was seasoning that ground beef and she was so concerned about how a Tyler was dealing with Butch’s addiction.  A nice gesture in theory but somehow seemed intimate.

And he was doing it too?! I can't with these people.

I laughed when both Ryan and Mack were asked about having more kids and she's like, "yes, next year" and he's like, "yea, I think we're just going to get another dog". This here, folks, is a prime example of a marriage that is meant to last.

Interesting to find out that Cate and Tyler made a pact to quit smoking by the time Nova turned one....and only HE followed through. Look, Tyler is an ass and a famewhore, but I can at least respect him a tiny bit for that. It shows SOME degree of concern for this child. I also appreciate his work ethic. Cate does literally nothing all day. I like to see Tyler out there, moving his body around and being productive. 

I do NOT think she wanted the IUD out. Still. Most people who stop taking birth control aren't freaked out about the idea of getting pregnant "tomorrow". I can't believe they're really having sex that often, though. My mind just won't allow it.  I loved her doctor telling her to lose weight, but 15-20lbs? I guess that's a good start. Ain't going to happen, though. 

What was UP with Tyler's nephew and that raggedy-ass cast? His sister wouldn't take the kid back to the doc to have it removed? That family is whack.

I can't normally endorse anything that comes out of Farrah's mouth but had to agree with her when she and Deb were discussing the wedding and Farrah asked her why her "other daughter" couldn't be the maid of honor instead of Farrah, who clearly doesn't want the job?  Could that be because the "other daughter" wants nothing to do with being on camera and therefore Deb wouldn't be paid for an appearance if Farrah wasn't there?

Yeah, I don’t think Micheal and Amy are doing it for the MTV money.  I believe Micheal genuinely cares for Sophia and realizes Farrah is the gateway to Sophia.  I also think he feels a bit of guilt/remorse over not being a good dad to Farrah.  Didn’t he admit that their household was very chaotic and so he basically checked out?  I believe he wants to have a decent relationship with Farrah and is smart enough to realize that means it is 90% on him since Farrah can’t or won’t have healthy relationships with anyone.  And, Amy does what makes Michael happy.

I agree. Also, I think that I've seen them delicately offer advice, like last night when Michael said, "Be good," or something like that. And like you suggested, they probably also do it for Sophia's sake. This has replaced Tom, Dick and Harry. OMG. As a single parent, I can respect Farrah for not jumping into another relationship after relationship and actually taking her child on a trip, brought 20 kids into the picture, or had another kid only to not parent them and be too busy smoking weed, having depression and going off on vacation to leave the child with their druggie parents. Yes, Debra is fucking crazy and Michael seems to be better away from Debra, that is my only wish for Farrah (besides the word salad), to get away from Deb.

When they were at the cooking lesson, Deb and Farrah were clapping their hands and shrieking "YAY!!" when she did anything, (break an egg, mix up pasta dough, put on an apron) like she was a 2 year old who pooped in the potty. At her age surely a "good job honey" in a conversational tone is sufficient?
