Other than Teddi and LVP, they're all on my last nerve. 

Kyle babbles endlessly about anything and everything and yes Kyle, we get it, you are now "rich".  

Dorit is a phony - whether she is talking on the phone to her family or her talking heads, she just reeks of it.  And if you have to keep pulling the top of your dress up to hold your breasts in, then clearly, your dresser failed you.  

Erika  having to have her "glam squad" with her constantly is getting old.  I get that she wants us to think she is oh so edgy and cool.   But she's overdoing it.  Where was her glam squad when she was filming her talking heads in that ridiculous hair style and tiara thing?  She looked like a Martian.

And Lisa Rinna needs to stop trying to make her obnoxious daughters happen.

I guess the phoniness of the women has finally gotten to a point where it interferes with my enjoyment of the show.  It's just gotten too obvious and I don't know who they're all trying to impress with glam squads, Birkin bags and "Oh, these are Prada shoes".

So yeah, pajamas were completely on trend when Dorit wore this outfit, but it's a really bad dumb trend.

I know it's a horrible trend and some really can't pull it off....but I LOVE it! I love pajamas!! So cute and comfy....and forgiving! Wouldn't ever wear with a pump though, only gold or silver flats or kitten heel mules.

If, as Dorit and Erika claim, they travel with a " Glam Squad" they are getting ripped off. Not only did either of them look particularly "Glam"; a green track suit and pajamas aren't doing it!   I guess I'm finally getting too old for this (it's about time) because I'm bored stiff and I'm not sure why.  I hate it when they make a big deal about a little issue and argue about it all season, but without that, the show doesn't seem to be anything except watching them drop names of designer they are wearing,or carrying or talking about their travels.  Maybe these franchises have just been around too long and we've become inured to these shows.  I speak for myself, at least.

The pajamas are hideous, it must be warm and cozy day at the casino.  Yes, you should tip the dealer, especially when you play for a long time.  LVP's wardrobe was so granny inspired.

Does Teddi Cougar watch reality tv?  Start stirring the pot, girl or you're going to be one and done.  I predict Rhinna's daughter goes to NYU for one semester.  Kim must be dying.  She isn't even on this show and they are STILL talking about her.

I don't think this season is going to be very good.  Hope I'm wrong.

Well, Adrienne Fucking Maloof showed up. They're really digging back to season one. Who's up next? Taylor and her lips? I don't know if hers and Rinna's could fit in the same room together. 

 

Erika and that fucking hat at dinner? Just no. I realize that not everyone has the same taste, and she likes to think of herself as a "fashion risk-taker", but all I could think of was how uncomfortable it would be to sit down to dinner with that thing blocking my view every time I tried to turn my head and talk to someone. 

WTF is an "accountability coach"? Is that seriously a thing now? She sits around and texts people, reminding them to work out? Sign me up for that shit! 

WTF is Wagyu? Some fancy Asian beef? Never heard of it before. Lisar better reign those kids in. 

When PK told Dorit not to spend any more than a million gambling, he was joking, right? Or posturing? But don't they have a bunch of financial issues? 

Kyle and the magnifying glass was EVERYTHING. She kills me. 

 

Okay, I can't stand Rinna so I'm not trying to defend her here, but Dorit was seriously coming for her hard and it got really annoying. I try to live my life my shaping my behavior according to who I am, and who I want to be, as a person - and not according to what the other person deserves. So....does Rinna deserve a mountain of shit brought down on her head? Yup. But Dorit doesn't need to act like a high school girl and look for every opportunity to talk smack. I almost felt like I was watching a hazing. Rinna mentions her daughters being in NYC and Dorit turns to Erika, "Isn't raising BOYS great?" Give it a fucking rest. 

That being said, I'm not sure I buy Rinna's humble contriteness. She's the Ramona of this cast. She's going to act all apologetic and eat crow and give the impression that she's so self aware and learned her lesson. But then she'll be right back to her same old tricks. 

 

Frankly, I enjoyed the "make up" with Dorit/Lisa and Erika much better. I thought their conversations and subsequent good time seemed much more authentic. And fun! But, damn, what a motley crew. You had Lisa in the Seinfeld puffy shirt, Erika looking like a backup dancer from a Missy Elliot video, and Dorit trying to bring back the flower child movement. They're all individuals, I'll give em that. 

Erika....I'm so up and down with her. Sometimes I really like her. I feel like I get her, why she's closed off and hard to get to know. I guess Teddi will be this year's Dorit. Don't take it personally, that's just Erika. I actually DO find that she has a sense of humor. It's just that much of the time people don't get it. She's very dry and you can't always tell when she's joking, or that she gets that YOU'RE joking. But then, other times, she can be such a buzzkill. Teddi was just making a general statement about how growing up with her dad was no different than growing up with anyone else's dad. She wasn't trying to make a specific comment about ERIKA'S dad, and I thought Erika should have just understood that and not launched into a big monologue about her rough childhood.

It hit me when her glam squad called her a Barbie doll (or some reference to Barbie)  that she's basically the real-life version of a Barbie doll that "her guys" get to dress up and play with.  I'd like to see less of the"designed look" for the evening.  The need by all of the ladies to have to be perfectly coiffed and their makeup having to be flawless at all times looks to be exhausting.  Don't get me wrong, I like to put on my makeup and look presentable everyday, but the constant need to look perfect at all times is just too much work for me!  I do the best I can, but constantly fretting over a hair out of place would be draining!   I do draw the line at wearing pajamas in public though.  

I thought Camille looked stunning in that pink dress she wore on the ferris wheel.  She is very careful to stay out of the drama, except for the comment about Rinna not having her backup, Eileen - which I thought was funny.

I agree.  It's difficult to be in a group setting like that and you're having a normal conversation with people, then somebody blurts out something serious like that (apparently nobody knew about her Dad), and then it makes everything awkward.  I feel bad about that particular situation for Erica, but as you said, Ghoulina, "Time. Place."  I'm sure it made Teddi feel bad about making such a seemingly innocent comment about dads in general.

Yeah, that was annoying. Teddi is new, and she was asked by someone what it was like growing up with John Mellincamp as a father.    Erika totally hijacked that conversation and made it all about her.   I would have rather heard from Teddi.

I really don't think there's any way Teddi could have known about Erika's deadbeat dad. I think she was speaking generally to the group, but used Erika as an example since she was sitting right next to her. Erika could have just said, "I get what you mean" and moved on. Even if she doesn't truly GET what it's like to have a "normal" dad, she's intelligent enough to get the POINT Teddi was trying to make.

Right. It probably made Teddi feel horrible. Like, "Yea, TEDDI, my fucking dad left when I was a baby, so I have no idea what a nice, normal childhood is like. Thanks a fucking lot." She could have just rolled with it. I think Erika carries a lot of bitterness around inside of her. She could benefit from some therapy.

When Teddi was explaining what she does as an "accountability coach", I still didn't get it.  So, people actually pay her to remind them to work out, eat healthily, stay on their fitness plan/regimen?  They pay her to call/text them little motivational sayings that they could easily just ask Alexa (Amazon Echo) or Google Home to recite for them?Seriously, when P.T. Barnum said "There's a sucker born every minute", he must have been foretelling the future in Beverly Hills, where people have so much money they can throw it away on stupid stuff like this.

Maybe she went to a coach like Camille did, after being labelled most hated housewife in season one. Oh, I just had a thought - she's trying to be nice so as not to ruin her Gigi wannabes modeling careers?

I liked Dorrit's pjs. Much better than Erika's lingerie at dinner  in Dubai. Erika's Russian dominatrix look. NOOOO! But I have to say I was glad she wasn't her usual total bitch self this epi.

I actually jumped when Andrienne entered the room. Is she going to be on Botched?

I think that I may have liked this more than most here.  Granted, it is what it is, but, I have high hopes for this season.  

I don't mind real conflict.  It's just the contrived silly stuff that turns me off.  Are we to believe that that the comment from Harry to Kyle about Kim is going to turn into a huge deal? Please.  So obvious.  Now we know that Kim can NEVER be around the ladies again........   

Lisa R. may be crazy, but, she's still one of the more watchable ladies. I do like the new lady, but, she may be too normal to fit in. Dorit makes me tired talking.  Keeping up that fake accent must be exhausting.  I think she's turned it up a notch or two. lol  Kyle's insecurity about her body is getting old.  She looks fine.  The way she's so jealous of a skinny person is annoying, imo.

I wondered about a tip as well.  It's been years since I've been to Vegas but I thought it was standard procedure (and courtesy) to tip regardless of the outcome.

The Black chips are hundreds, the green chips are $25. It is normal to tip the dealer each time you win, which I didn't see any of them do.

On the roulette wheel - the pay is 35 to 1. So if Teddi had her chip directly on one number - she would have won $3500. If Teddi had her chip between 2 numbers she would have won $1700. Since she had her chip in the middle of 4 numbers she only won $800.

At first I was wondering how Erika and Dorit didn't mix up their bets, but I realized Erika would only bet on 1 or 2 numbers, as opposed to Dorit who placed bets all over the place.

My exact same thoughts. Why do you need to PAY someone to do that? This is what friends/family are for. I know so many people who have "workout buddies"; the entire concept is about being kept accountable because someone else is COUNTING on you. Spouses diet together. No one is getting paid here. I seriously will text people all day long and tell them to get their fat asses off the couch and go for a run if they'd pay me. SIGN. ME. UP.

I like Teddi, but she is kind of boring so far and seems to have that “what have I gotten myself into” look on her face at times. Do newbies seriously not watch the prior seasons? As has been said she better start some shit stirring soon or she will be one and done. A moment of silence for those who have gone before her: Carlton, Joyce, Katherine, and Marisa Zanuck who was so forgettable I just had to google her first name.

I can’t stand Dorit and Rinna, and go back and forth on Erika. And if we never see the Hamlin girls on this show again it will be too soon. Spoiled entitled snobs aren’t cute or funny.

All in all a dull episode. Adrienne’s face is disturbing so glad she only made a cameo appearance. I guess the big drama for next week will be Jagger calling Rinna a bad guy. Or at least the promo made it look that way. I know it’s early but hoping things pick up soon.

Every time a new housewife returns for subsequent seasons there is a new found camera savvy and less authentic personality ~ for example : Erica and Dorit. They are both laying it on thick this season. I can barely watch the scenes with Erica and her gay cheer squad. 

I like Teddy so far~ she is very different than the average Real Housewife and that is a good thing lately.

Damn it, I didn’t take a good look at Adrienne! I’ll admit that I think Erica’s high ponytails are fun though; I think she looks cute with them. And while I don’t believe it was what Dorit was going for (and I probably wouldn’t wear it), I liked the vintage vibe of the casino pajamas—like some mid-century Palm Springs grande dame.

Haha, I’m sure everyone will find a reason to hate Teddi soon enough; I remember when Brandi was repeatedly labeled a “breath of fresh air.”

Doubtful because she was openly dismissive of Elliot Mintz at Dorit's party.* He has been the PR person for John Lennon Estate, Yoko Ono, Christie Brinkley, Crosby, Stills and Nash, Diana Ross, Don Johnson, Melanie Griffith, Bob Dylan, and Paris Hilton. Camille went to Howard Bragman. Rinna does have a publicist who reps a mix of nice, innocuous, and completely hateable celebrities. My guess is Rinna is either finally listening to Jill Fritzo, her publicist, or is adrift without Eileen there.

I really like your summation of "the Erika situation" (haha). I also like her just fine sometimes, when she's civil, which is most of the time, or having fun, and I also appreciate her dry humor. The thing I don't like is when she gets into victim-attack mode, because she does that creepy angry/shaming kind of thing (Eileen) and it's like she either gets off on it or draws energy from it or something.  It makes me wonder if that's the sort of crap her mom pulled on her when she was growing up, and if it was, then I feel sympathy for her for that.  The one thing I absolutely can the fuck not with is her occasional sanctimony. 

As for the rest of 'em...

At one time I used to feel pretty good about Rinna, but I just don't like her at all anymore.  The fact that she is good to and loves her friends and family does not make her a hero to me -- big whoop, you're nice to the people you love.  

Dorit and Lisa may continue to take their level .5 - 1 jabs at Rinna all season. Personally, I think they are well earned.  When Rinna jabs, it's at a full scale 10, so Dorit has a ways to go if she wants to balance things out.  I don't care if she does or doesn't, but her and Lisa's li'l digs do not compare to the full on damage Rinna tried to bring to Dorit last season.

Sooooo why is Dorit getting a pass on every single friggin nasty thing she said last season? She sat on her couch with that Sasson chick and blatantly said she thought LisaR was a druggie. And she said it again at her party to Boy George and Vanderpump. Anybody remember that? Not a mention or apology for that. She said those things before Rinna's accusation about the coke at the dinner party.  I can not stand Dorit and her phony voice! And are they trying to make us believe that after the endless, monotonous talk last season about pantygate now Dorit and Erica are going to be buds?  This season is going to be one epic fail, almost as bad as Orange County's season. 

LVP doesn't strike me as the type that would enjoy a cheesy Vegas get-a-way. She doesn't like to hang out at the pool, she doesn't gamble and she stuck out like a sore thumb at the nightclub. She was probably cursing BRAVO for making it one of the season's trips.

When folks asked if Dorit really thought Rinna had a drug problem, Dorit took a pregnant pause and then replied "No, she was joking." The smoothie story was a bit that Rinna thought would be funnier than it was when she filmed it and Dorit thought would be funnier and less shady than it was when she retold it.

Rinna was pissed about all of this. Rather than address it like a grown up, she decided to act like a vindictive toddler. And when called on it, Rinna admitted she said her coke accusation it to retaliate. Even if you believe that Dorit was being shady with the smoothie story, I feel like Dorit got unjustly dragged into the first conflict because of Eden's and Rinna's messiness.

Maybe Teddi just doesn't like gambling, I could win tonight's powerball and still wouldn't like gambling, just not my thing.

That being said she needs to up her entertainment factor, this isn't "The MacNeil/Lehrer Report".

Every season I think the same thing with Erika, shouldn't she be having a lot more fun with this alter ego thing she has going?

I didn’t like Eileen at all but I agree, I do like Teddi so far. I get why people hire her as an “accountability coach.” She seems encouraging but firm, and to go from 200 pounds to where she’s at now is no mean feat, physically and psychologically, so I’m sure that’s inspiring. I can't speak for Erika, but having an alter ego is time consuming and exhausting...sometimes you need to give it a rest.

Rinna did this last season as well, she just worded it differently. She really believes that she can say/do as she pleases during filming and then at the start of the new season claim she wants to start over, that she learned her lesson and will not repeat said nasty behavior. But, she is a lather, rinse, repeat type of person, she will never change! LOL

I like PK but not fond of Dorit.  He has a dry wit and doesn't take these women or this show seriously as it should be.  I do not see him as lecherous in the least.  He isn't ugly, he is just overweight and older.

Thank you, I am wondering the same thing. Rina's daughters  were never my cup of tea but  seems they're really pushing the spoiled obnoxious angle. So gross to watch. You would think a mother would want her children to come off better on camera.

Erika repulses me. She has a severe personality disorder-major narcissism, ice cold, zero sense of humor (ugh, one of the WORST traits in a person)  and just her utter  self importance. She is really a trip.

Erika, your performance “career” is a complete joke, as are you and your sham marriage to the elderly rich guy. Find me a true friend of Erika’s that she has let in her heart and I’ll pay you a million dollars. The woman is scary. 

Why does Bravo hire pathological people? 

I always liked John Mellencamp and was very interested in hearing Teddi’s story of having him as a dad-until seconds in, Erika took over and made it all about her. She’s so gross.

Watch again and you will SEE the jealousy on her face when they asked Teddi about having John as a dad. Erika can not STAND that the new girl has this cool, famous father- she could barely keep her feelings off her face. She was thrilled to be able to steer the conversation away from the John Mellencamp connection. 

And saying it’s not a huge deal to her that she grew up without a dad. Riiiiiiiiiiight. Sure Erika! Then why are you bitter as fuck, huge chip on your shoulder? Explain your terrible personality please.

I don't get the sense that Rinna will be part of the central storyline this season.  Judging from the previews and the post show interviews, the rivalry will be between LVP,  Kyle and Dorit
