Ramona's super-fake, high-pitched screech of a laugh makes me cringe. It's awful. She's awful. Why doesn't she see how awful she is?

Ro did say a lot of true things about Beth and what she said was no where near as horrible as the things Beth said to Lu last time in the Berkshires.  And I liked that she reminded the other woman at breakfast the things that Beth has said to 'them' and about 'them' in the past.  Of course, Beth does her new MO and leaves.

Poor Dorinda.  I totally get why she was so upset about the room Ro was staying in. I have no idea of how those lights work.  Are they on batteries or plugged in?  I have a feeling they're batteries because of where they were placed.  In either case, Ro should have apologized to Dorinda then and there.  If production left them on, then production should pay for the repairs.  Maybe not a popular opinion.

Wow.  It must be so much fun working for Bethenny Frankel.  And....how do you get moths in your closet in Manhattan?  Gosh.  I live in suburbia and there are plenty of moths out in the yard.  Never had them in my closet or really in my house.  Ants?  Yes.  A spider or two?  Yes.  Stinkbugs?  Yes.  Unfortunately....

I actually liked seeing Jill and Bobby.  I wouldn't mind Jill being a 'friend'.  She's been a part of this scene for a long time.

I did enjoy Carole when they were back in NYC.  And I enjoyed Tinsley but she really doesn't offer anything to me.  The paintings of Carole were beautiful and I appreciated Carole's comment about not buying one.

And geez, Sonja is bitching about Tinsley but she goes into Dorinda's bedroom and helps herself to a pair of silk pajamas.  Really?

Even as drunk as she was, I don't think Ro got on a chair and pulled lights off the wall just for the sake of it.

She's always been a nut job, but I still think the reason for Ramona's  extra craziness since her divorce is well...her divorce.  She mentioned twice at Dorinda's about Mario cheating on her and how she was the last to know, and was really hurt by that,  and then how she was married for 25 years and never thought she would end up divorced.  She really never saw it coming.  Maybe people would have sympathy for her if she wasn't constantly trying to act like she loves the single life because it's pretty obvious she misses her old life.

I would think that production would have switched to night vision cams after going to sleep, hence lights on till lights out, but we have never seen as I recall any filming in any of the housewives franchises after they retire to their bedrooms for the evening.

I'm still watching the episode but OMG.  Ramona...  Ramona, Ramona, Ramona.  She's just unhinged!  I get that she's mad at B for making more money, her success in business, etc but dude!  She went OFF in a crazy "I'm going to stab you 57 times" type of way. And then to get mad at B for not accepting her apology or letting her explain herself.  Dude, no. This is rinse and repeat of Ramona pulling this crap x102.  She does this ALL THE TIME.  You know what?  After a certain point, you just stop.  You stop engaging and you stop providing the opportunities.  Ramona is not apologetic or else she would work on changing her behavior. If I was Bethenny, I also would have left the house because you know Ramona would have kept going on and badgering her all night. Ramona was really bizarre and messed up on this episode. I sort of think she looks down on Bethanny and she likes to bring up that Bethanny was unsuccessful at being an actress and only got roles that she was naked in, like she did porn. Ramona is very much a prude, and sexually repressed, imo. Although she is right that Bethanny grew up privileged and definitely seems ungrateful for all that she had, instead focusing on how awful her childhood was. 

The place Carole showed Tinsley was pretty hideous. But it's who lives there, not what the place looks like I guess. 

Adam seemed like a really tall toddler at the house, playing and fiddling with toys and not really adding to any conversation or being interesting. Doing boy things, like making salads and working an insane camera 

How does Bethanny ever relax? that moth did not eat her sweater. It's there because she has insanely bright lights and bugs like lights. Her closet was like 1000 watts.

1) Oh Jill.  Bugs me so much.  You could see the gleam in her eye at being involved again.  You know she's plotting how to get her apple back. 

2) Carole, don't let Ramona know you posed topless or else she is going to attack you for that!  Carole did porn!  Everyone's seen her boobies!

3) I'm not a huge fan of saying women need to dress their age but Ramona is 60 and her outfit at the art gallery was just not at all appropriate for a 60 year old woman.  Bring the hemline down a bit.  

4) I really need Ramona to step up and take ownership for what she has done.  It isn't all Bethenny's fault!  You went off and were horrible.  Own it!  People need to stop letting this go and really start holding her responsible for her behavior.  I bet if lunch invitations dried up, she'd change her behavior real quick.

I'm the same as Bethenny; I walk or run away! I will not sit there bantering with an idiot! I totally live by that Clemen credo about "passer-bys not knowing who's the fool!" Ramona's blown it like Jill and I think Bethenny's done with her for good! It was bad enough invoking Brynn in her ridiculous questions about Beth's past, but she goes totally unhinged at Dorinda's when her lame arse apology isn't accepted! I got the same idea. Ramona's behavior was just so ridiculous that it doesn't fulfill its intended purpose.  I wonder if Bethenny ran away though because she knew that Ramona was going to keep it going all night.  We've seen from previous seasons that Ramona does not let stuff go.  She yammers on and on and on about it.  Hell, this art gallery opening was how many days later and she is still yammering on about it!  I would have left not because Ramona hurt me but because I wanted to sleep in a peaceful environment.

 I came really, really late to this franchise, and the first scene that I saw was Luann and Ramona at lunch together apparently not long after Luann's divorce was announced. 

With no background on either woman, I saw a lady trying to keep her composure while the other lady kept repeating, "My husband, my daughter and I are a perfect trifecta. We have a perfect life. And now you don't!" - without ANY acknowledgment of the first lady's emotions.

Luann even murmured something along the lines of, "I know you do, and I'm happy for you" but Ramona would not shut up. Perfect trifecta and you ain't got it, neener neener.

Now tonight I see a snippet from Ramona being similarly cruel and coldly insulting to BF and I am through with her.  I don't care that she was blindsided and is hurt. I don't believe in karma because I haven't seen it work, but the flat-out meanness of the woman has made her unwatchable for sure.

$7,100/month for that 1B/1b and Doris's upstairs hallways have as much square footage as my entire house -- these truly are financially wealthy women and they act like this ON TV for tout le monde to see in perpetuity ?!

To semi-paraphrase Doris's "Money talks, wealth whispers," I say, "These women are wealthier than I'll ever be, as nuts as I am, but I got MY crazy under control!"

Ramona threw a glass at a model's face then yelled at her for not accepting her apology. Tonight was Ramona being Ramona. I don't like her.

Hell must have frozen over because I was Team Bethany in this confrontation. The bulk of Bethany's money comes from her inheritance so how is that using people and fucking your way to the top? I think Ramona wanted to throw a jab about Dennis being married and opted for sleeping her way to the top instead. 

I missed who said it up thread, but I agree Tom's hall pass joke was crass. He's perfectly aware of what Lu is dealing with on the show so it was an incredibly insensitive thing to say.

Jill Zarin is one thirsty bitch. She'd probably add to the show though. 

They really need to add more women on Tinsley's end of 40.

They showed those episodes from season 3 when Jill decided her plotline would be secure with a seasonal fight with Bethenny! Andy suggested against it since it was so staged! Her faking "playing hard to get" at Ramona's when they met briefly was all an act on her part! That's the main reason Bethenny's told her to "go fish" for all time! I don't think she's even met Brynn after all this time! Anybody? 

Update: It was great seeing that scene in the restaurant where Jill's trying to get back together with Bethenny who was having none of it! It was hilarious seeing her crying and in her talking head rationalizing "she should forgive me!" I wouldn't have even met at the restaurant, telling her on the phone "you're not worth the effort of officially being done with you!"

Do they have union crews? That might be part of the reason that we don't get late night footage. But even if they aren't union, there is only so much you can expect from your film crew and still try to get decent work and footage from them the next day. Vanderpump Rules used to try to have a producer covering late night to catch their shenanigans on the producer's cell phone. I think Vanderpump Rules and Real Housewives of Orange County have just encouraged their cast to start recording on their personal cell phones if something happens after the crew shuts down, which is how we ended up with that last night in Ireland fight on OC.

I'm still laughing at Ramona's abject stupidity in claiming to Carole that Bethenny thinks Carole is boring. If Bethenny said that, she probably said it to Carole's face. If Bethenny thought that, she would never share it with Ramona.

By uttering this, I'm now convinced that Ramona is a delusional liar. Ramona has no understanding about the relationships or the dynamics in the group. No one there trusts either Sonja or Ramona with sensitive information. They are the last two bitches that you would ever trust with a secret. First of all, they'd be bragging about being entrusted to keep secrets. Secondly, they'd tell the secret so that you have a good understanding about how important the secret was.

No it just he would know that orange travesty was ugly as shit and satin is unflattering. They met and married when he was in his mid 50s, I would hope that he had seen enough women, including Dorinda, in flattering pj's or at least know enough to ask a someone for a recommendation.

Ramona said her father loaned her $70,000.00 to get her business started.  She claims to have repaid shortly thereafter.  This I have been on my own since I was 16 is laughable.

Bethenny took a five figure check from an ex lover or fiancé when she was competing on Martha Stewart's Celebrity Apprentice.

Bethenny used a $30,000.00 engagement ring (which was stolen and recovered) to fund her business pre-Skinnygirl. 

Bethenny has been very transparent about using the RH and the opportunities it provided to promote her brand.  She hired a manager to get Skinnygirl off the ground, screwed him over and got sued and settled.

Ramona married into a wealthy family, she did not buy the Hamptons house-she and Mario did.

Bethenny is correct Ramona is jealous because she never realized Bethenny's level of success.  No one cares about Ramona's virtues as a mother.

There was a mutual using each other society.  Bethenny used Ramona when she wanted to take on Luann-way back when and ultimately Jill.  Ramona used Bethenny over the years to stay relevant.

Bethenny's life is better without Ramona.

I think Dorinda, and probably Richard, just has poor taste. I'm glad she loves her homes but the Berks and her apartment are too too froo froo. Anyone else get nervous in a really cluttered environment? Maybe that's why crazy shit always happens at her house. High strung women + alcohol + seizure inducing decor.

Sonja was so inappropriate with that.  I can't imagine the gall of someone to not only go into someone's bedroom at their house but to then rifle through their dresser and/or closet, open up zipped bags, and then wear their pajamas. Oh, but asking the assistant to answer the door is TOO MUCH.

It was too small for Sonja too.  Satin is an unforgiving fabric  and when it is basically acting as sausage casing, it isn't a good look.  You could put too small satin pajamas on a Victoria's Secret model and it wouldn't look good.

There are some things that can be forgiven; that wasn't one of them! If Bethenny even gives Ramona the time of day it would be too much! I knew the woman was bent. but that was over the top and there's no coming back from that one! Bethenny's forgiving; actually gave Sonja a break, but she's harmless! I'm thinking... B stays on another season to see how her show with Fredrick goes and Ramona gets downgraded to FOH for her shtick this season. Gives her a season of possible redemption and if B's new show takes off Ramona may be spared. If B's new show doesn't get renewed she stays and Ramona gets dumped again.

Ramona better put on her running shoes cuz she needs to secure her spot.

I suspect Ramona wasn't concerned about the damage done to Dorinad;s house was because she figured  the production company would pick up the tab - I've seen on others shows--per contract, where they're responsible for any damage done during filming

I'll bet they paid for Dorinda's chair to be cleaned/reupholstered too.

 

Also, I seem to recall Ramona saying she bought the South Hampton home before marriage

You know who came out of this episode looking pretty great -- Carole.

1. She's friendly to Tinsley, and in talking about the building also reveals this whole part of her life as part of the community in her building that is separate from the show and sounds eccentric and interesting.

2. She backs up her friend when her friend tells her she has just been through something terrible and is leaving Dorinda's house.

3. Manages to communicate about leaving with Dorinda in a way that they both feel fine about (theirs is probably my favorite friendship among these ladies).

4. While in the middle of doing that, she doesn't take the bait *at all* when Ramona lashes out in total desperation and lies about Bethenny saying Carole is boring.

5. She engages in zero bullshit about everyone coming to the show the paintings of her -- no disinviting or maneuvering to try to get Ramona not to come. Just says, oh well, invitations went out a long time ago, people will do what they're going to do.

6. The scene with Tinsley and Adam's sexy salad is sort of derpy, but whatever, good for her for enjoying a cute boyfriend who takes pictures of dumb salads.

I loved those pictures of Carole! I wouldn't pay thousands of dollars, but a couple nice posters around $20 wouldn't be a hardship! You can inflate it a few bucks if the same kinds of pics of ADAM!

Moaner was a total jackass & yet everything she said about Bethenny was dead-on right.  And Bethenny stuck to her predictable/usual asshole routine throughout this entire ep & yet she was absolutely right about Moaner & has every right to be pissed at her & want to avoid her at all costs.  So where is this shit going?  Another Bravo fight between 2 assholes?  Idk, this could be fun.  You know that Moaner's Brooklyn Bridge beatdown on Bethenny was in 2010?  Fucking 2010?  I've been watching those 2 battle it out since 2010 -- and I'm still entertained?  Oh my goodness.  My brain needs to come back from that thought.

Carole's paintings were nice, I'd never pay that much, I wish they had shown more of the others.

It was a pretty boring episode this week..
