However regarding Bethenny I think Ramona's resentment might be due to 1) B not being who she presents herself as (being raised by wolves in poverty and having made a questionable movie years ago and never being called on either) and 2) Bethenny returning to the show after quitting, not showing anything about her personal life and still getting another show of her own from Bravo. Ramona was absolutely hammered at Dorinda's - she was talking in circles and saying a lot of non-sensical stuff. I don't usually say this, but I give Bethenny credit for remaining calm and not screaming at Ramona (for the most part). Bethenny has learned her lesson on how she appears on screen when she behaves that way.
