For the life of me, I still can't figure out why Babs does bring Jace around Jenelle. Especially after the way she gets treated. If I were Babs, I wouldn't let that child anywhere near Jenelle's brand of crazy. If she'd threaten with getting a lawyer, I'd say fine go ahead, knowing full well Jenelle would never follow through.

Love the TV show Intervention, so many life lessons about family relationships are front and center. Jenelle is Barbara's drug. Wish we could have a cross over show. I'd take Jeff, Candy or sweaty Ken to counsel Barbara and Jenelle plus Uncle Bad Touch and Nathan.  Ratings gold.

I love Leah's sneak peek. Jeremy needs to "stop worrying about someone else's [his girlfriend] kid and worry about his own" but Miranda shouldn't be putting her kid before Leah's. Solid logic. 

(For the record, yes, there should be a level of fairness between the kids in your life if you're in a blended family.)

I also enjoy Jenelle's defense she tried to take Barb to court before she was with her current horrible boyfriend. You know, when she was with her horrible ex-fiancé?

I'd say a mother's guilt. Barb knows that Janelle isn't "quite right" and probably carries a lot of guilt for not being around (even if she was working), letting her kids experience her abusive relationship etc and somewhere deep down inside she holds out hope Jenelle will straighten up and fly right.

Sounds like David does not want to make the trip to drop off Jace. Jenelle demands Barb to drive to pick Jace up. Barb is always having to pick him up and drop him off at Jenelle's love shack. Jenelle is not holding on to Jace out of love. She is holding him hostage out of spite and contempt. If ever the "C" word fit someone, for me it is Jenelle.

Jenelle is fucking sick (and not in the way she thinks she is).  Barb can be an asshole sometimes, but she has given Jace a far better life than Jenelle could have ever managed.  To rope him this fully into her emotional manipulation is just further proof she doesn't deserve to see him at all.  She has no regard for the emotional well-being of either of her children, but to try and destroy his relationship with his primary caretaker for her own spite is beyond fucked up. 

Obviously this is not the first time, and I should not be surprised, but still.

Well, I knew it had to happen sometime.  Tonight was the first time I've heard a grown man refer to a crying toddler as a "whiny-ass bitch."  You could see the seething, barely contained rage on his face when he was texting Barbara in the car.  Then there are the f-bombs in front of the kids and him involving himself in Jace's custody arrangements, stirring up an already tense situation.  He is one scary dude and I don't mean that in a funny, wink-wink "Better watch out for that one!" sort of way.  I mean that he is fucking terrifying and I fear that he'll hurt one of the children one day.  As for Jenelle, how noble of her to "wait until Jace was old enough to understand" before laying a massive guilt trip on him re: her custody battle with his grandmother.  What is he, six?  This whole thing is disgusting to watch.

As for the others, Chelsea is still batty (but clearly the best one of the bunch), Aubree is absolutely adorable, Cole is a nice guy (although he needs to shave off that 70's porn 'stache), Kailyn is just gross, and Javi, as needy as he's been, should probably reconsider his marriage to a woman who can't even wait until he's home from a deployment to badger him about divorce and other major life decisions.  As for Leah, she needs to get clean and eat some food, in that order.

Okay, I'm going to go take a good, long look at myself in the bathroom mirror and consider the fact that I'm still watching this show.  Damn.

(Edited to add: Nice clip at the end of the "whiny-ass bitch" getting his first haircut with the asshole who will probably give him his first ass-whipping.)
