So Mahogany is real and of course she's not into creepy Ben. Best thing I saw on IG this morning is a photo of Mahogany and the caption: "Her name is Willow and she's an intern at TLC" .

Hazma is fine. Despite the fact that his mom is divorced (which I guess is a major stain on the family) I cannot believe there isn't a family member in the US that can match him up with someone in the States that is within his culture. He really wants to come to the States but I don't think Memphis is right for him.

When Ximena says she wants to be a model, I think she actually means "model" as in not a model (maybe cam girl, porn, etc.).  It looked like she slept in a separate room from Mike-she really didn't want him to come as it so interfered with her surgeries.  She has too many criminal connections for her to not be involved (IMO)-especially going to a loan shark to get money rather than, you know, actually working to get money.  She also didn't even greet her son who was on the floor when she first got up-she was able to present herself as a loving mom and potential spouse the first time Mike visited but couldn't be bothered to do so this time.

So over Jasmine and Gino.  If she had actually broken up with him I would totally be on her side, but nope, she showed her true intentions by going back to him.

Memphis looked shocked when Hazan said maybe they were rushing too much.  She complained to her foster sister that she didn't really know him and I was all "hmmmmmm, wonder why..."

And Ella, no, you haven't been waiting for the love of your life for 29 years.  For the first 6-9 years of your life I would wager you didn't even give it a thought.  So, no, not for your own life-I understand it makes you seem like a "victim" because you use your actual age, but just stop.  It's like when someone says 'I've worked for this my entire life' and it's more like they worked for it for 5-10 years. It's not the same thing.

I really, really, really wanted Ben to be stood up.  But, since he wasn't, I got the next best thing in Mahogany not really being into the relationship as much as Ben.

Does Johnny work? I wonder where Memphis lives at? Excema was all dressed up to go out when Mike shows up but she knew the cameras were going to be there, they have to arrange things so I am sure the producer had a hand in all that.  If Excema did stay out all night Mike strikes me as the type to text and call thru out the night if she was not home by midnight or so and she would have mentioned the many calls and texts the next morning.  I don't see how Mike did not know she got home at 9am, he also strikes me as the type of person that would not be able to sleep not knowing where she was.

Did Mike every check out Exema's social media to see if there were photos from that night?

If a child starts learning a language in late grade school/early middle school, they'll never pass for 100% native, but they'll still learn to speak it well enough to be easily understood.

The scene with Ben and Mahogany reminded me of "The Golden Girls" episode where Rose was going through a dating slump and she began receiving letters from an ardent suitor named Isaac Newton. Blanche and Dorothy who were actually writing the letters. Rose wants to meet Isaac so she looks him up in the phone book and invites him to be her date to a charity ball. Of course, Isaac has no idea what Rose is talking about when she refers to the letters he supposedly wrote to her.

well, it's a matter of finding a guy, having the relationship, getting married and having children.  it all takes time and by 29 you are feeling the pressure....and that is if it all goes well.  if you add fertility problems on top of it (speaking from experience) then you have even less time to get things squared away.  If you want a bio family then time certainly is a factor.

Yeah, I'm handwaving the filtered photos she sent him.  While she obviously tweaked the photos, she's still a beautiful young lady whom Ben couldn't get in America no matter how hard he tried because she's so far out of his league.  

It's not like she was anywhere near Rebecca's level of deception with her filtered photos and magic ring lighting that she used with Zied.  Hell, Rebecca filtered herself to the point of requiring dental records to identify her.  

I have no idea why Mahogany filtered her photos, though.  She's a beautiful girl.  Then again, some of my very attractive friends use these filters on Facebook and I've no clue why.  Maybe it's just fun for them?

Reminds me of batshit crazy Larissa who left her 2 kids in Brazil, one with her ex and I think one with her dad so she could come to the US to marry Colt. When I first saw Hamza I didn't think much of his looks but he has grown on me. He is one handsome dude! Now there is someone that should seek a modeling career. He's almost too old at this point, though. They like to start them young in the modeling world, like around 18. For that matter, aside from not being pretty enough, Xemina is too old, too. Also, I call bullshit on her being 24.
