Very dull first look.

Usman tells Kimbaaaaly that he plans to give up the yammy that evening. Yeah, sounds about right, just when she is ready to go home to the US, yamless. O, what a rogue and peasant slave is Usman. Guess it is hot at Zanzibar. Time to pay up for the PS5 and Macbook. Who knows if they will have a 'relationship'.

Hamza and his mom go wedding garment shopping. He tells her about the pre-nush. She doesn't like it or understand it. It is pretty common now. Couples should trust each other. Suuuuuuuuure. Hamza and Memphis barely understand each other, she has no idea what his true motives for being with her are, she is wondering how he can stand her with all her nagging.

Jasmine feels she is only now getting to know the 'real' Gino.  Yeah, someone online can be anybody they want. Once you are face to face, the chemistry may not be there, you may be being lied to, the real person tends to show him or herself to you. Gino is brokenhearted and that he loves Jasmine. Suuuuuure. You just want the hot woman that you think you deserve.

The Mike part talking to his dad and gramps about Ximena and her plans for plastic surgery wasn't shown.

The Usman/Kim scenes were hard to watch. I was mortified by 2nd hand embarrassment that she is basically threatening/begging for sex (still!).

The fact that he is giving up the yammy - Kim don't be so happy about it.

These guys are definitely doing it for the air time to boost his career.

I noticed in the "Previously on..." at the beginning of the First Look, there was a brief clip updating all the couples except Caleb and Alina. I still think they're going to edit in some TH with Caleb back in the US about how he friend-zoned Alina. Mark my words, he's DEFINITELY going to be on "The Single Life" next season.

Also, we're already into Episode 12 so I think there's absolutely no chance we will see any kind of meeting or resolution with Ella and Johnny nor Ben and Mahogany (if she's real.) Both couples received very little airtime compared to the others and "Time's Up" before it even began for them, for sure.

That's exactly what it means...She aint gonna like it. Which means she's then going to whine about not being satisfied...I cannot imagine a scenario where the yammy is played with her. I'm thinking he'll arrange with his friends come knocking on the door to disrupt the yammy sitch...Then again, if I was his friends and he wanted me to contact him with something urgent at a specific time, I would let him hang there take his 'medicine' so he learns his lesson and stops hanging around with old hags.

After I finish my first cup of coffee, I'm headed to D+ to see if this entire episode is up (and Love Off The Grid and Sister Wives tell all part 3...what a morning line up).

Hopefully it won't be edited or watered down like the last episode (I can't believe TLC went so far as to go edit out the complete Jasmine meltdown both on D+ and on TLC cable...what a bunch of bullshit).  

Don't they know seeing Jasmine rip that hat off of Gino's head gave some of us life?  😡

Anyway, hope everyone is having a great weekend and I'm greatly looking forward to all of the snark tomorrow when this entire episode has aired on D+ and on TLC cable.

Watched it this morning.  FF through Gino and Jasmine.  No Caleb or Alina.  Kim, ugh.  Usman, ugh.  Ella cries.  Again.

The only non horrible people, so far, are Caleb, Johnny, and Jasmine.  Caleb is a little too new age for me but seems very thoughtful and intentional about things.

Watched the D+ episode a little while ago.

So Mahogany is REAL? And she showed up and everything! Cool! Except that she's finding out the reality of a middle-aged American is different from whatever fantasy she had. Given that his photos were waaaaaay less doctored than hers, I'm not really sure her complaints are justified.

Anyone else notice that during their goodbye hug, he was squeezing her for dear life while she was barely touching him?

I nearly busted a gut laughing when Usman got ready for sex with Kimberly, complete with red sunglasses, his 'Sojaboy" necklace placed outside his robe, and the 1970s porn music in the background. And of course, the subtitles adding a bunch of "a's" to Kimberly's name.

My guess as to why he wanted to wait until that night to finally sex up Kimbaaaaly: he popped a Viagra about an hour beforehand and watched some porn to get an erection. I've been fortunate enough to never have to use Viagra, but my understanding is that it doesn't actually give you an erection, but just keeps the one you have from going away.

Poor Mike: Ximena's not happy to see him, then he tracks dog crap into her living room. Dude cannot win for losing. And OF COURSE Mike is grandpappy's favorite grandson: none of the others wait on him hand and foot the whole day.

The Memphis/Hamza stuff was definitely repeated, as was some of the Gino/Jasmine material. The Gino/Jasmine reconciliation was new. (Gino's continued allure to Jasmine is no doubt his Green Card, as Jasmine can make Gino grovel for YEARS over this and not have to start over again with a new man.) I might FF though the TLC version on Hulu tomorrow morning to see if once again the D+ people made a mess of the editing.

Kim is so delusional and IMO wants a "black dad" for her son to show him she is cool even though she is an ugly old white lady. I was pretty impressed that Uman's penis is the size of a forearm. 

Funny that the Peruvian lady-- who was super pretty even though her photos were doctored-- showed up and then wasn't interested. No kidding--  he's old, his eyes are wonky, and he's clearly desperate. She probably left to a fun club right after that mess.

He had no right to do what he did, but the hypocrisy of her running around half naked fake crying about it is annoying. And, Mahogany might be "real" but she's not feeling him in person, that's for sure.

Thank you!!!!   This is what I have been thinking the last two episodes!  I cannot stomach her.  She acts like a hooker in every way then gets upset when she is treated as such.  And I am not just referring to her running around constantly with her ass hanging out.  She is with him for what she can get out of him.  Quid pro quo.

Wow, I was empathetic toward Jimena at the start of the season, but now I think her real self is being revealed and it ain't so pretty. She's really emotionally checked out. She basically sees Mike as her Amazon shopping cart. The whole brazenness of "First boobs, then wedding," blew me away. I hope Mike isn't dumb enough to take her up on this.

Mahogany kind of reminds me of Pam in "The Office."

So relieved Mahogany isn’t into Ben.. dude is a creep of the worst kind (religious, invoking The Lord God Amighty to provide him some young booty). 

As far as ragey jealous Jasmine I think her true heartbreak is over the fact that Gino is in touch with his ex at all, and that he degraded her by using her to try and make the ex jealous, also talked about Jasmines temper to the ex like she’s a joke. That would hurt more than anything. She viewed herself on a pedastal to Gino and it all crashed down. 

Ximenas poor kids.. they seem so sweet and Mike seems like he’d be really good to them.. she is garbage and there’s no rehabbing that.

In Tunisia, a prenuptial agreement is actually mandatory. It is usually a part of the marriage contract (in Islam, marriage is not a sacrament but a contract). And the default in Tunisia in absence of other agreements is seperation of property anyway (actually, not that the man cannot get property of the woman, but that the woman cannot get property of the man...). In case of death the islamic law applies on heritage.

Therefore I assume that TLC brought up some drama here. :-)

Unless the wife can contribute to the expenses in a marriage (she could choose not to work, for example), an husband has to keep up the wife namely in clothes, medical care, nutrition and flat UNTIL they divorce. The mandatory upkeep of a wife ends usually 90 days after a divorce (when there are no children).

I actually liked Kimbaaly tonight once they got past her sex ultimatum. Her son is very level-headed (and handsome!), which makes me think she's been a good mom. Then I thought it was really adorable that she got so girlishly excited about the impending sex. (I also really liked her white dress.)

What Gino did was absolutely wrong. However, I did laugh at Jasmine running around the entire resort being all dramatic about it in that bathing suit. She has every right to be very, very angry, but she's so over the top it's comical. 

I kind of wanted the production crew to let her at him though. Jasmine could take him down in 30 seconds. The way he responded to her when he was supposedly so sorry? Awful. If she takes him back, she's a desperate fool. 

So Kimbaaaley is getting the yammy. Really don't want the post-coital TH with her in all her satisfied glory. Yuck. 

Mike needs to go home.  Ben needs to go home. Memphis needs to go home. Ella needs to stop being so selfish. He really is making sense about the Dubai trip. I think she's bluffing.

Am I the only one that thing Mahogany sounds American?  Her accent changes, and she pops out English words and phrases fairly easily.  When she was doing her talking head in Spanish, she seemed to hesitate on some words, much like a non-native speaker would.

I noticed that with the way she kept saying, "Oh, gosh" at the start of sentences. But she speaks both languages so well, it's hard to tell which is her native language.

Yes, 100%. When “Meowww-gny” (Ben’s rendering of her name) talked, I kept thinking she sounded American. Maybe, like Armando (from Kenny & Armando), she had schooling as a youngster that included rigorous English language development? I also got the feeling that her actions - from her very first glimpse of Ben - were totally rehearsed. I swear when she walked into the restaurant she was even making sure she hit her mark like a stage actress. That super awkward hug at the car was hilariously cringe. I loved Ben’s disappointment. His pain makes me happy. He’s a shit bag.

Aw Ella. All I could think was that she'd have been better off spending that $1100 on therapy instead of a flight to Dubai. She carries around so much pain it's hard to watch. 

Same thing with Memphis. She has no idea what she's doing, adopting a Tunisian boy when she already has kids.

I feel bad for Ben's kids and ex-wife, though his wife may end up with some bitter satisfaction watching this mess. When he went for the parking lot hug, "Mahogany" looked like it was all she could do not to leap into her car and slam the door locks, even with a film crew there. These types of delusional old dudes never understand how creepy they are to young women. Or even to us old women. 

I just can't watch the Kim/Sojaboy bits, especially now that he's about to whip Kim with the skinny spaghetti.

Kind of like Armando of Kenny and Armando. He doesn't have a single trace of a spanish accent yet he is Mexican all the way. Amazes me. Some people just have the gift of learning another language easily.  

Mahog didn't need the filters. Ben could have benefited from some. 

So the whole Jazmine freak out was fake. She had no intention of leaving him. That's why Gino stayed so calm. Now we find out mommy must approve of Gino or the whole relationship is off!

Kimbaaaly jumping around clapping her hands like a seal because Usman told her tonight is going to be yammie time. Then saying "I won"! She keeps saying that and it bugs the crap out of me. It's not a contest, old lady.

100% Mahogany is scammer. She is the one who sent him extremely face tuned pictures and communicated with him like that. She definitely speaks extremely fluent English. So much so, she had to remember to speak Spanish. She actually seemed like she preferred/wanted to speak English the whole time but she knew she better speak Spanish mostly. And then her trying to speak like broken English was so fake. Ben is gross but she is just so fake fake fake. She was probably like, well I’ll go and see what happens and took one look at that wonky eye and said, nope
