I think all of this (the Coto house sale, Simon's illness) is all being used by Tamra to generate publicity. She needs to keep her name out there front and center. Because no one is interested in her she'll go into concerned Christian ex-wife mode.

My theory on the houses she has lived in on the show (not just the Coto House) is that Tamra made some sort of agreement with a real state firm. In exchange for free publicity (showcasing the house and rooms in various scenes), she and her relatives from Deliverance get to live there for little to no rent. In addition, once said house sells she gets a commission of the sale. This is why she keeps her real estate license up to date. It's an underhanded backdoor deal. If you go back to the video posted some time ago when she was video chatting with Andy - I'm not sure it was even the same house - it was super dark in there and the furniture was different and shades were down - then there was a strange lump on the sofa (not sure who was sleeping under that blanket - probably free loading Ryan)

As for Simon, I don't think she really gives a crap about him. She's using his illness to try to change her public image - suddenly she's made up with Simon and Sidney. She's hoping putting this information out there - will generate enough interest for her to return to the show as an Orange holder.

If she is coming back for the new season - it's as a Friend Of - and she agreed to the 20K salary for a few days of filming, I HIGHLY doubt she was told she was coming back as a HW for season 16.

And IIRC, Tamrat filmed a segment of her showing her house when she initially moved in and she said "it was already decorated exactly how I wanted it. The decor and furniture came with the house"!  (And there were no screens on the master bedroom windows!😄)

Yeah right. Now it all makes sense.

Now Tamrat says on IG that they are moving back in to Eddies old house in Ladera Ranch. The one she remodeled when she moved in with him. I thought they sold that house when she moved in to the one she purchased and only lived in a short while before she purchased this one she just supposedly sold..... That's quite a step down from Miss Country Club Coto! She is so shady!

They don't sign contracts a year in advance, and Tamrat refused to be a Friend Of this upcoming season. So, we're rid of her for a year, at least.

Looks like this RHOC thread is dead as it should be. However, I have a few questions I'm hoping my fellow PT posters can answer. 

Do I have this (internet) info correct?: Tamra claims she wasn't fired from RHOC, it was an offer from Bravo to become a "friend of". She refused.

So, according to Tamra she declined and was still on good terms with Andy. She said she sold her Coto home for $200,000.00 more than she paid for it. And she and Eddie were going into flipping houses.

Then she concurred with Vicki that the two of them were getting a new reality show filming the two of them in a different light. No fighting, backstabbing. 

Now, the gossip media (and Emily from RHOC) are reporting that Tamra will be coming back on the show full time in the future.

So did Tamra decide NOT to flip houses with Eddie? Did she decide NOT to film a reality show with Vicki? According to Emily Simpson, Tamra was offered to come back at the salary of $20,000- $25,000 per EPISODE. I don't know how Emily would know this info but she did post it.

So far, the cast members of RHOC are Gina, Emily, BW, Shannon, Kelly (and Kelly's family: Rick and Jolie who just rented a home "within walking distance of Shannon's home)

I think fame whores like Tamra plant stories in the tabloid media in the hope that there will be a groundswell of support for the idea that will lead to it actually happening (i.e., returning full time after a one season hiatus).  She's trying to keep her name in the media, and is currently exploiting the Coronavirus and Simon's cancer, as if she is his spokesperson:

“I am worried about Simon. As you all know, last month he went public with his cancer diagnosis,” Tamra told Us Weekly. “Having a disease that compromises his immune system means that this could be lethal for him.”

“He is doing everything he can to protect himself, as is his fiancée, Catushia. She is his sole caregiver and now has to be extremely cautious as well,” she continued. “Due to the fact that he is immune-compromised, the kids also can’t be around him, which is heartbreaking for them and for him as well.”

As far as them flipping houses, she doesn't know the first thing about that business, and I'm sure Eddie isn't interested in starting a new "career" at this stage of his life.

2. life within your means and put money away in the future.

If they haven't actively been marketing at-home versions of both Cut & the CBD biz, then they'll lose them both I would think.  Cali will be one of the more conservative states to return to normalcy I would think, and if they aren't keeping Cut in the foreground, they'll be in the back of everyone's minds when it does happen.  Both of the businesses are also-rans in crowded spaces.  Don't imagine Tams and & Ed have chunked a bunch into savings, but who knows?

Bumping this to say now that they’ve raised the age cut off (it was 26) I hope everyone whose insurance will cover it will get the vaccine and I hope those with the financial means will get it off label. They're probably keeping a couple sets of free weights for the less advanced. If they had classes, they probably had many sets of weights. Good luck selling those, Tamballs.

Selling this small stuff is pretty desperate. None of the stuff bought new is expensive so what kind of market exists for picking up used small weights - unless she thinks her fan base wants to own a piece of her 🙂

The place is definitely closing down - or rather not opening because there is not enough profit to cover overhead by doing personal training at a small gym. It's simply not a viable business model.

And the CBD business is so over-saturated with people peddling it, I can't imagine there is any kind of significant sales volume on that end.

And the real estate market is going to be completely dead even when the worst of the pandemic is over. Even if one still has a job, there is going to be so much cutting back since the products sold by corporations have to be bought be people - and so many people are economically in terrible shape. Even the relatively wealthy are scared based on what is happening to the value of their investments. So much of the spending was fueled by people thinking their jobs were stable and their assets and home values were appreciating. House of cards 🙂

California, conservative?  They're not returning to normalcy any time soon. As far as Cut and her CBD businesses,  I don't foresee either surviving.  In fact, I didn't think Cut was doing well before the epidemic.
