I know that and you know that.  My friends also know that.  They're still saying "I'm out." (shrugs.) I don't see this as a David Caruso leaves NYPD Blue situation, as after seeing Page host SNL, the guy has charisma and skills so I'm sure the series will survive without him and he'll move on to other things.

I've never watched Bridgeton  but yes the man has charisma. I watch Gogglebox  on YouTube and they had an episode with the actor reading a childs bedtime story**swoon**.😁 I was swooning everyone watching him was swooning. Omg💓.

If you don't know what gogglebox it's basically people watching television shows and commenting on the shows. I find it incredibly interesting 😁.

I haven't watched the View yet.

I wish Sara would shot back at Meghan about all her hypocrisy yesterday but we know that would never happen.  I was happy with Sunny and that had to do.

I was enjoying the interview with Senator Duckworth.

But then she had to mention Twatty's father.

Suuuure, Twatty. Senator Duckworth, who has more experience, more power, more EVERYTHING is going to agree on national television to "join" you on this never-heard-before cause of yours. Take a SEAT. TAKE A MILLION SEATS.

She should not be asked to give her opinion on the Black Experience. NEVER. Because she's an entitled, spoiled WHITE woman. Secretly in her heart, she's totally on the side of the cops. Six minutes of more nonsensical word salad, using big words that made no sense, but to make herself sound smart.

What is it with every politician who goes on the show feels the need to pay homage to her father ? Is that part of the deal when they book them?

Personally I’m reaching for the brain bleach after hearing about Whoopi sharing her vibrators.

That comment deserved a smirk at most or an eye roll. Sara acted like it was the funniest thing she ever heard in her life. Again - is she 14 telling jokes in the cafeteria with her friends and one of them said 'vibrator' ?

Thank heavens Meganutz ditched her make-up kit from Crayola this week, and threw the janky hair extensions from Dollar General into the trash. She looks 'attractive' for the second day this week.

I think we have social media to thank.   I'm all for creative hair and makeup on occasion.   But even MM couldn't deny how ridiculous she looks when they showed all her various "creative" looks side by side.

"Oh, for frog's legs" has been edited out of the episode on hulu and on their youtube.

that must have been tough to do, as WHoopi and Meghan were both talking at the same time.

I remember wondering how anyone could ever vote for him.  He came across as very controlling and more than a little creepy - and I had no idea then about any of the rumours that had apparently been going on about him.  He was just another man who thinks all women want to do is listen to him talk and talk and talk.

Gaetz comes across as very condescending to the women of The VIew.  He is the epitome of a stupid man who thinks he's a smart man .

Boo-hoo. The series isn't about Simon. The series is about the Bridgerton Siblings, and each book is about a Bridgerton. There are eight siblings.

Thank you!   The TV series was interesting, but, then it was turning into soft-core porn, and for me, it took away from the STORY, which I was interested in .  Yes, he's a good looking man.  But the sex scenes distracted from the characters, the costumes, etc

This is one of my favorite series by Julia Quinn (who I think of as our modern day Jane Austen), and knowing myself, I wouldn't be able to separate the books from the adaptation, so I didn't watch it. Nor will I. I'm the same way with the works by my favorite author being adapted.

I don't understand the "I only watched it for him" criticism, since he was an unknown, and the series wasn't about Simon. He's the love interest. It's the Bridgerton kids who overlap throughout the books, and the readers see their husbands/wives once or twice.

But that's just me.

I suspect they are trying to ward off any fileting by MyFather's daughter.  They all seem to do it before MeAgain's knife comes out.

Except in Senator Duckworth's case, the tongue bath didn't come out until the middle of the second round of questions. Same with the last person, who I'm blanking on. It's ridiculous, especially since Twatty fails so spectacularly every time she tries the "gotcha!" word salad, anger tirade.

I'm so sick of MeAgain clutching her pearls anytime sex is mentioned.  A few weeks ago she was beside herself complimenting Andy Cohen on an episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta which was pretty risqué - male stripper, possible threesomes and lots of other adult only themed happenings and innuendos. I believe she said it was one of the best episodes ever.  She is such a hypocrite and that's why I can't take her faux shock at hearing Whoopi say vibrator.  She's full of crap.

Another one of her go to comments which she went to yet again today  - "My mom watches this show" is also rich.  Not going to say too much as I don't want to go OT, but we all know The Family is quite well known for their rather colorful language often used in public settings, so I don't think Mom is going to stroke out if she hears a little talk about a few sex scenes on a tv show.  Give me a frigging break.

Has she been posting her daily selfies this week?  Wonder if she's changed stylists.  Maybe CC's contract is up. She has looked more toned down the last two days.

I love the expression on Joy's face anytime MeAgain is going on and on about nothing.  She looks so disinterested and not amused in the least.  I truly believe Joy is over her and her antics and is no longer going to hide her feelings and that's why I love Joy.

As far as I know she didn't post one yesterday or today and they are usually up shortly after the show ends.  I wonder if someone she listens to told her to knock it off.

Joy seems to be living her best life. She is vaccinated. Has a happy family life.  Has lots of (real) friends. She knows Meghan isn't worthy of her time or attention.

I think MeAgain's PR people have had a hand in trying to clean up her image. How else to explain that the View had Sunny ask the question about representation, when MeAgain infamously trotted out her white privilege by slamming Duckworth's actions?

So instead, MeAgain got two questions to pose to Duckworth, both of which kept her out of trouble, and had Duckworth complimenting MeAgain.

Add to that her toned down appearance these last two days, and her incomprehensible diatribe about Chauvin, the trial, and law enforcement. She appeared to be trying too hard to stay on the right side of this issue.  I actually found it incredible that she said this is the worst thing people have ever seen the police do. There are plenty of other examples of police killing innocent people just in the last few years. On video. Also that apparently she didn't know the facts of the case. She tells us she is a news person, but she apparently only watches one channel and only reads Twitter. I really did expect Whoopi to explain to her that there equally as unjust cases, a lot of them. But MeAgain is one for hyper-bowl, and today this is the worst thing in the history of history.

I wanted to find a transcript of her long-winded speech, but the stories are all about the Bridgerton discussion instead.

This is a good fact check article on MeAgain's yesterday rant against Biden and re MLB and Georgia.

And here's just one of the articles on the Bridgerton segment, which is quite funny cause they focus on MeAgain's discomfort.

I only watched the first episode, wasn't my cup of Earl Grey, but I could tell the Duke had major star quality.

Oh, I don't doubt he has star quality. Usually, when someone states "I'm watching X for this actor/actress", I assume it's because you've seen their previous work, etc. With so much media about this series before it debuted, would be viewers had to know Simon would only be on for the first season, which was based on the first book; and since each season would be a different book.

That's all I was trying to say. Not criticizing their opinions, just confused.

The View was talking about sex long before Meghan graced us with her royal presence. I remember Barbara Walters shaking her head when Whoopi and Joy talked dirty. They've talked about Whoopi's vibrators, Fifty Shades of Grey, etc. The show covers more than Missy's expert political opinions.

Megabitch said today "I didn't realize that it it was nine and a half minutes" that Chauvin had his knee on George Floyd's neck. Then of course, went on to compare that length of time to a View segment. 🙄

So basically she's been opining for almost a year, on tv, about a horrific event of which she never even bothered to learn the basic facts. I guess that fact never showed up in her self-professed main news source - right wing Twitter feeds.

There's fans of the series and there's fans of the novels. The fans that aren't happy with the casting haven't read the novels and don't know about the progression of the novels.

Sounds eerily similar to a daytime talk show host (hint: blonde, shrill, dresses like a clown, has "opinions"...)

Can't believe Gaetz is resolute in making things worse and worse for himself. Wait, yeah, it sounds about right.

Joy should bring a nail file and start using it when MeAgain hits the 4 minute mark of her blather.

To be fair, might she simply have meant she hadn't heard about the change from the previous estimate of 8:46?

Remember, that figure was so publicized, Dave Chapelle named his entire special last June "8:46". A bunch of rap songs used 8:46 as a lyric.  And the US Senate observed 8:46 of silence, at one point, as did the mourners at Floyd's official funeral/memorial service.

Everyone mistakenly thought that was the correct figure.

Or Meghan never knew ANY figure, since Right Wing Twitter probably didn't include any of them.  But it's at least possible she meant she hadn't known about the new number.

Of course Meg is blaming the WH and Dems for white Rep men refusing vaccinations again. (Thanks, Whoopi.) Of course she is against vaccine passports even though the Fed govt is adamant about not issuing them.  Shoot, I’ll have it tattooed on my forehead if it means I can get back to normal.

If Meghan is so concerned about that then she should reach out to them.  I mean after all she is always saying she knows these people.

I agree with Whoopi - I don't care if they get vaccinated either, just stay the hell away from me and mine.

I feel the same way.  It sucks we will have to wear masks and social distance even longer because of people refusing to get vaccinated but at least I know I'm protected.

Is the shirt that Meghan is wearing her way of "personally calling on the White House" regarding Navalny, as she mentioned to Ms. Duckworth yesterday?   I mean, between this and other times when Meghan has "personally reached out to the White House", you would think that Biden has a second hot line on his desk - straight to Meghan McCain!!!

Personally, I don't think that the clothing choice is appropriate for a panelist on a talk show or a "political pundit", as she claims to be.  We are all made aware of her feelings on the matter with her word salad diatribes - no need to advertise it on a shirt.

So Whoopi goes to Sara after the commercial break (because Meganutz had to respond before commercial break, taking over Sara's time) and Sara blabbers on and on about the vax passport, putting everyone to sleep. She's finished, and an exhausted Whoopi looks into the camera and says, 'Uh..ok...' and moves the show along.

Maybe the viewers need to start writing to the show's sponsors to complain about The Princess. If the sponsors actually watch her and see what we see, they can complain to ABC. If the sponsors are unhappy and ABC sees dollar signs potentially going bye-bye, they'll think twice about keeping her on.

Why does she get to talk on (and on, and on) and monopolize everyone else's time? Why doesn't the producer just cut off her mic and let Sara or Ana or whoever give her opinion in peace? What makes her so special that everyone else has to walk on eggshells? MM is a bully and should have to suffer consequences for her words. Her rudeness to Sara is especially infuriating, because she says nothing to deserve it.

The ladies will have to come back together at some point to do the show in the studio again, and I don't think The Princess' attitude will fly with the live audience. I also don't think Whoopi, Joy, Sunny, Sara and Ana will be as restrained with her in person as they have been remotely.

She's always been a colossal pain, and I don't think everyone realized how much until she came back from maternity leave. MM has been causing trouble from the first day she came back. At the rate she's going, she's going to pull a Sharon Osbourne and won't be able to backtrack it. She never learns. It's sickening.

Sponsors are watching - and they love every minute of her on the show. They are slapping the execs of ABC on the backs, and telling them 'great hire'. Ratings are through the roof in the show's 24th season - why would sponsors ask ABC to get rid of her ?  No sponsors are unhappy, no money is going bye-bye. You can write all the letters you want about Meganutz, but she's not going anywhere.

That reminded me of the times that Meghan SCOLDED the studio audience for reacting to something she said -  I predict that will only get worse.

I thought the same thing.  She is going to show her displeasure if (when) the studio audience boos groans or boos something she says.

Watching her the past few weeks I sense she is getting ready to blow.  Her tribe hasn't been on their best behavior lately and it's getting harder and harder for her to defend them.  I look for one of her cohosts to say something she takes as a personal attack and Meghan is going to say "You know what (insert name) I've had it up to here".
