Tania gets ready to board the plane to come back to the states in short shorts?  I cannot think of anything more uncomfortable to wear on a really long flight and that is way too much bare skin to seat fabric contact for me.

Angela is crying and wondering if she could have done anything to save her mother, that woman was terminal, why would Angela want her to stay around longer and be miserable?

When my brother died we had the hospital bed picked up pretty quickly, for one it was a constant reminder he was not longer in it and it cost money every day it was rented.  Angela does not seem so worried about money and probably should be with all those grandkids in her house, covering the cost of raising kids is not cheap, I doubt the daughter that is in prison is sending any money and plus the expense of the Visa.

I recall Sean saying something like, "Geoffrey and Varya were unable to be with us tonight". I'm confused about the Tell All Sunday night. My guide just shows "Episode 16" from 8:00 to 10:00 (EDT) but is that just Part 1? Nothing new, like Part 2, listed on Monday so are they going to drag this out over three weeks? Or could it be Part 1 this week and part 2 on the 4th of October and #3 on the 5th to make way for the return of "Before..." taking that time slot on the 11th?

My burning question is:  Who owns the townhome?  Is it owned jointy by them?  Him alone?  Her alone?  If it is his, she needs to move.  I have no issue with multigenerational living situations, but this is unhealthy.  He overshares and to have your dating life on display.....no thanks.

I am overly disgusted with Angela. At first I kinda got a kick out of this fiddy-two year old Meemaw from a little town called Hazelhurst, which boasts a Walmart Super-center. She seemed to be some type of care giver as I remember her in scrubs and her phone and pack of Marlboro's hanging out of her bra. She met and fell in love with Mykull on sochul medea and she just loves cake. Then we watched her abusive behavior toward him unfold. She is jealous of any woman in a 200 foot radius of him and probably would be jealous of a Bratz calendar hanging in his bedroom. She is Merican and its her right to marry and feels it so unfair ( not in the Rachel crying way) that she has to wait so long to marry her prince, because she is an Merican Queen. They tie the knot after she bossed everyone around - and returned home, husband-less. Thankfully she got home in time to be there with her bedridden momma who succumbed to second hand smoke cancer, which was sad, only to light up more ciggies in the house with young kids around.  I hope I don't have to see her again on TV

But they won't.  I've only half-watched this season, and honestly, the tell-nothing will probably be much the same.  If it's going to be Angela yelling and Colt gaslighting everyone, and ZERO actual questions asked... there's really no point.

That's exactly what I've been thinking about those two.  When your children are toddlers and starting to get into squabbles with other kids, sometimes it's mom's reaction to step in and settle the matter.  But kids won't grow up unless they are allowed to make mistakes and find out what happens.  If we did everything perfectly from the get-go, we'd never learn anything new.

Debbie doesn't want to allow Coltee to make what *she* considers are mistakes, so her mom neurosis is advanced.  He's not even allowed to decide for himself whether a woman is right for him or not; Debbie puts the kibosh on the ones she doesn't like before he gets to know them.

He seems to be too afraid of hurting her feelings to really make the break, imo.

Does he have any friends (other than the TLC life coach)?  That's who he ought to be discussing his girlfriends with.  Debbie probably blocks friendships, too.

Since Libby is the youngest, if he had another family, they'd have to be older than this group and well beyond child support age. I believe the non payment of support issue was from 2009, when Libby would have been 18, and the money he owed could have been for HER.

I'm pretty sure that it was the same SUV she drove to the airport. I think she has an older model Lexus. She might have parked it long term on TLC's dime.

Debbie drove him to and from work in earlier seasons.  In 90-Day Self-Quarantined, his company called him to tell him that he was let go.  (How lucky was TLC that it happened while they were taping?)  

You're right - his first meet-up with Jess in Chicago was around spring or June 2019.  They would have crashed and burned before March 2020.  After Larissa and he divorced, he bought a car with air-conditioning.  Maybe that's why we no longer see those commuting scenes - less drama.

First stipulating that it's absolutely none of their goddam business and they have no right whatsoever to be questioning him about it, I agree with family Libby that there is something fishy about Andale's story explaining why he left Moldova.

It's hard for me to believe that Andale, as we know him, would be so scrupulous about right and wrong in a police department where corruption is a given, information he had when he joined the force (assuming he really was a policeman).  Maybe my values are twisted, but it seems to me that a man so upright that he couldn't bear to be part of police misconduct, even if that misconduct stretched to, say, murder (assuming he didn't kill anybody), wouldn't have scruples about living off his in-laws, would be so cavalier about participating in the support of his own family.  Assuming that 99% of the way he's carrying on is scripted, how could a person so *good* behave so badly about caring for his little daughter's welfare?

I think family Libby's shittiness is scripted, except for Chucklehead's drunken behavior at Libby's wedding.  He seems to me to be a first-class jerk, scripted or not.

My thoughts on Andrrrrei and his brief career in Moldovan law enforcement:  he knew about the corruption before he became a cop.   Apparently everybody there knows they are shady.  So I still think there is more to the story but they are married and apparently they all tolerate the situation - except his scummy brother in law who is jealous that he can’t get the same benefits.

Angela - I hate her because not only did she smoke around her grandchildren, she smoked around her dying mother’s oxygen machine. I can’t believe the film crew didn’t freak out about that.  

Larissa - I promise that when I see her standing outside the Conoco along I-25 dodging a snowplow, I will take her picture and post it here.

Last week when I was in Las Vegas, I thought about searching out the homes of David, Ericee, Yolanda and Coltee, but I don’t care about any of them enough.  Except maybe Yolanda who, while very naïve, doesn’t seem to have a mean or selfish bone in her body.

Regarding the tell-all, I half expect all the women to be nursing babies including Larissa and Angela.  If I was the tell-all producer, that would be my intro shot.

Libby's wedding, if it cost $30,000, was a bargain by US standards, and I think a lot of what's sticking in Charlie's craw is his not understanding the difference in cost of living between here and there.  I'm sure that to put on a comparable spectacle in the US would cost upwards of $75,000, and even if someone patiently explained to him that his father paid for Libby's sisters' weddings, so why not hers, he would not be able to get past his belief that a hell of a lot more money was spent on Andale.

It was a hell of a wedding, from the gorgeous church and beautiful service to the breaking of the bride's bread.  I bet it was a lot of fun--no wonder Andale was so insistent on having a Moldavan wedding.  Their pitiful US wedding was nothing compared to this..

I've always thought Michael and Angela could be into S&M. I can certainly see Mistress Angela as a dominatrix and Michael as her subordinate. Maybe Michael couldn't find a girl in Nigeria willing to dominate him so he searched online for an American woman.

My guess is that they rent the townhouse and both chip in towards the cost. I recall Colt taking Larissa to look at pricey rental units for the two of them (which Larissa loved,) but then it turned out that Colt actually had no intention of leaving the nest.

I don't know...if the other side of the family can come, I don't see why not.  Well, unless it's Libby's family, and then I completely agree with you.

But there's also the plot point that her father paid for it, in which case for him to be excluded against his wishes would be rude by anyone's standards (probably even by Charlie's standards, and he knows a thing or two about being rude).

On their first night out in Brazil, Colt & Jess went out for a dinner of beer and French fries, while Debbie tried to sleep off her alcohol withdrawal, which, she threatened, would hosopitalize her,  Colt explained to Jess how he lives with Debs because he has had to take care of her since his father died unexpectedly.  He told Jess that she should understand, since she lost her own mother to cancer when she was young.  Jess had been complaining about how difficult Debbie had been.  At other times, Jess had ridiculed Colt as a mama's boy, before deeming him a trash man. 

And, as noted above, he toured luxury apartments with Larissa  - as if he intended to move out from Debs - but nixed the plan, only because of the high monthly rent.  When they got home that day, Debs started to paint a financial worst-case scenario if she had to move out to senior housing.

However, in this episode, after one conversation with his occasional friend/life coach and 10 seconds of meditation, Colt decides to live apart from Debs. 

All this shows is that they'll do or say anything to stay in this franchise.

I think if Andrei had Libby to himself he would have her barefoot, pregnant and supporting him all at the same time.  In his original season he was definitely an "I am man and I am head of the household and you as my wife should obey me at all costs" type of personality.  

I think Libby and her family are ridiculous but the truth is when they are in America her family is all they have (do none of these people have friends?).  It would be much better to try and get along than to continually keep battling one another - she also needs to give that lecture to her own family.
