606 to start, 614 on month 3, 609 month 5, and month 7 she finally lost 20, to 586.     

"Healthy Snacking"    what a big fat liar.      By the way, that dinner for Beth looked like a few pounds of hamburger, so her portion control is really off.    

For 1200 calories, in three meals, then each meal should last 5 minutes each.

She's lying. Even if she were eating 6 meals, that's only 2400 calories (assuming she was sticking to the 1200 calorie diet). At her size, 2400 calories should have gotten her those 50, or close to it.

My friend wore flip flops with her wedding dress. But at least they were white and it was only at the reception (which was an outdoor clambake on Rhode Island).

(Her sister wore white Keds sneakers that someone embroidered to match her wedding dress.)

Eat only the food listed in the amounts prescribed. 

Drink a lot of water or Crystal Light when you want food in between meals. 

Are you willing to do that?
