So I don't even understand why...but suddenly Gina doesn't irritate me like before.  Am I the only one? I hated her.  HATED her.  I liked her better the last couple of episodes.

I get that some people watch these shows for the cat fights but it honestly has been played out and has become so repetitive that it’s now a joke of its self. I no longer find late 40 50 & 60 year old women screeching at each other or running around showing their tits fun. This isn’t girls gone wild they aren’t 20 it’s not cute or funny or daring it’s pathetic that they would have no self worth enough at their age to know better and to be and do better.  I could turn on any 200 other reality shows and see the exact same thing. They are desperately trying to hold on to fame that they have become the joke themself to the detriment of their self and their family’s. These shows didn’t start out like this they have morphed into this nightmare and it’s shine and fun has dulled and warn off thanks to the casting of more and more trash women who bring the “drama” again turn on any other channel at anytime and see 20 other women doing the same thing. What next we get a full on sex scene with a post sex interview ala love after lock up? These woman have become trash

I will be a league on my own, but Brownwyn & Tamra was probably the most genuine thing that was happening ! And, to add to the "on my own league", yes, threesomes with another girl, just for the fun of it are... Fun ! Is using a sextoy or masturbating cheating ? If your answer is "yes", I can understand. That is exactly why I prefer, dare I say it, a snob like RHOD Kameron Westcott.  Yes, she can be judgy, byotchy, but I prefer snobbery to trashy behavior...this whole episode was nothing but trash.  This is why I like the boring ladies, that just like to shop and make pink dog food.

Kelly was being normal, Vicki wasn’t having it and Meghan did not get involved in the fray, and I can’t stand Vicki but she knew they were too obnoxious in public.  Tamra and BW were so obnoxious and I would have been horrified to be with them or near them.

OMG, this is so good, IKnowRight. That really gets to the very heart of the matter.

Kameron  is someone we laugh at or feel mild annoyance at, and many of us roll our eyes and judge her "snobby" behavior. But, at the core of it, one can make the case that Kameron's snobbery is (at least) a call to better behavior in general. We can sum it up, Kameron style, with a "don't act trashy".  

And that is about the level I'd like to stay at with these HWs -- mild annoyance, eye rolling. I don't want to watch a show where I feel disgusted by the behavior of the women on the show.  It's betrayal and crassness and screaming and set ups and just generally despicable behavior all the time now.

Lately I have noticed a deep vein of misogyny at Bravo, and try as they might to hide it, they can't always. They are very happy to give a woman enough rope to hang herself and seem to do it more and more lately.

^^^^ yes I don’t need to see your Breast or vagina. I honestly thought that be a line anyone over the age of 24 would learn and not cross To do on television . I get having fun but acting like a collage girl on her first spring break having her first white girl wasted moment isn’t a good look for anyone over the age of 24 let alone mothers and grandmothers. People get fired from jobs acting less trashy in real life

@Jel: Thanks so much.  Your recap helped me tremendously.  I agree with your assessment of Shannon's US vs THEM dynamic.  My once decent opinions of her have waned so much through the seasons, especially once she seemed to give in to the separation she made with Vicky and befriended her again with the stupid Tres Amigas routine.  It really showcased to me how much of a "production" gal she became.

I just watched last night’s Watch What Happens Live with Tamra. Andy said that she flashed her boob at the audience during break. They played clips of last night’s show and she was laughing and seemingly is proud of her behavior. She said Eddie has no problem with it. Every time she’s on that show, she can’t stop staring at herself in the camera. I don’t have the words to express how much I can’t stand this woman. And as a previous poster mentioned, when asked by a caller if she would give up the show if it meant having a relationship with her estranged daughter, she said, “Of course”. Sure Tamra, sure, Tamra. Maccargirl you have very good points, and good suggestions for reasonable people.

Now as to Howives....Reminder, back when Gina missed a court date and Shannon stepped up and told her to get immediately in contact with her lawyer?  Then there were shots of Gina and the lawyer, and in the TH Gina is saying she will forever be in Shannon's debt.  And so....the Gina+Shannon knot was tied.

I liked how in this episode the Tamra and Shannon went cruising the bar for men, got shot down at least 10 times, and then decided to just make out with each other. I think Tamra was pretty embarrassed that none of the guys wanted to talk to her or took advantage of the opp to talk to her.

Then Tamra falls on the. Vicki then has to get on the floor too, rolling around on top of Tamra laughing like she fell too-- why let Tamra have all the attention. She's such a leech.

Gina to Emily, "I can't believe your in here telling this person I don't know all my personal business! I don't know Megan!"

Five minutes later after Gina leaves. Gina to Megan, "It's not my fault, here's what happened... I'm right, right!"

Dr. Brian is totally over Kelly/ playing Kelly. Calling her insecure, saying her kid is spoiled, and mentioning that he thought they should be friends, and saying he needs down time, are pretty much signs he is totally on his way out, and mentally already is out. I do get why Kelly is insecure though-- saying all that stuff, and then saying, "Oh, but let's keep trying." 

I also think he is way more frugal than Kelly, and values money a lot more. I think that's also a deal breaker for him.

 I get this.  Gina really couldn't have started off the season worse, between her awful physical transformation in her TH's, her DUI that she blatantly and repeatedly lied about, her tiny house which resembled the slums of London from the outside and no furniture on the inside, crying relentlessly, missing her court date, treating her parents like they were persona non grata, dramatically "revealing" Matt's affair to anyone who would listen, being condescending to Emily was all a lot for the first few episodes.

Now she's just a garden-variety bitch asshole, but she's one of them, and she's been more consistent in how awful she is, so that can contribute to a lessening of the hatred.

Also, I think as viewers, we look to establish an equilibrium, and I think we as a collective viewing audience thought there might be someone to root for in Braunwynn, so therefore Gina could be the devil incarnate.  In Miraval, when Braunwynn revealed her true colors, and Gina didn't overreact to the slap on the head by Kelly, I've very slightly adjusted how I view Gina.  Very slightly.

Lets hope that FakeDateGate has been put to rest. Sheesh. I understand that Gina has no self esteem after being cheated on by Matt, but freaking out over a guy who cancelled on you before you even went on your first date is OTT. Though I also think that Emily should have told Gina that she didn't really know the guy, because setting him up with Gina would lead Gina to believe (at least it would me) that Emily knew him pretty well and thought they might be a good match. So I think they are both at fault.

I really hope that the patrons at every venue the howives were at were compensated by Bravo for having to put up with the crap they pulled. I would be furious if some parent let a kid continually blow a whistle, let alone expect that behaviour from grown women. The simulated sex acts, Shannon kissing some random man, Tamra making out with the dolphin? Not what I want to see. I have friends who have watched other Howive franchises and have quit them because they have become too trashy. Has RHOOC reached that level? (Asking because I only watch New York, BH and OC).

I really hope Eddie has gone out and made out with other people, male or female. Because no one is buying that Tamra thinks that because she made out with a female, it is Ok. I think I am going to start living my life by "WWTD", knowing that the opposite is the right thing to do.

I think she came out with the "Happy divorce" and now has some humility.  I get that new HWs have to come out guns a' blazing to secure a spot so they all tend to go after Shannon. I think now that she's been exposed, we're seeing some humor from her.  

I'm one of the few that don't really care to watch a bunch of uber wealthy women which I guess is what the series was supposed to be.  I mean, I love seeing house porn, but I'm good with sprinling in those who aren't extremely wealthy.  I'd rather see a bunch of women that have some history (well manufactured) and their personal struggles through life.

Oddly enough, the one I liked initially -- Emily -- is the one I like the least.  I just think she's too busy acting to secure her orange.

I think it's odd that so many people think that Braunwyn and Tamra's behavior was definitely, absolutely, certainly cheating.  To me, cheating is breaking the rules, and only the people in the relationship can define what their rules are.  There's absolutely nothing wrong with wanting or needing and expecting strict monogamy.  I think that's the norm for most people.  But I definitely know people who think it's fine if their wives make out with other women and don't consider it cheating, while they would if their wives made out with other men. I know other people who are in full on open relationships.  Only the people who are actually in the relationship can define what constitutes cheating for them.  Every relationship has its own boundaries.

And she looks delicate and frayed and worn for 55.  It’s not looks exactly; it’s the wear and tear of caring way too much about the stupidest shit imaginable.

Emily had big issues now but my god, Gina is the worst! WTF? How? On a planet with Truffle Hunter Gunvalson, Gina is as repulsive. It’s amazing. She is a terrible fucking person, friend - and parent. A mess. But an evil mess. Imagine that nasty little bitch in her Hofstra sorority, sneering about a depressed sister’s “flaws.” She is vile.

Kelly is super troubled but I don’t see her as being anything other than the crazy pants she is. She doesn’t fake the funk. She may spoil her kid (though I like Jolie more than every other child I’ve ever seen on this show, and I’m including mopey-assed Saint Brianna) and overshare like a fool, but I’ve no doubt she loves her. Unlike Tamra. I believe Tamrat hates her estranged daughter for potentially risking her Orange, which is the only thing she loves, including her husband, granddaughter, children, and her twisted version of her lord and savior.

OMG, Gina was talking with a southern accent at one point when she was in the bathroom with Meghan.  That would be her fourth accent--New York, California, Minnesota, and now...Cajun?  Well, at least she's true to herself and not trying to be anyone she's not...

On a side note, I gotta love Tamra saying that they should just make fun of the train, as if it were a rumor started by someone else.

Oh, absolutely.  There is nothing wrong with an expectation of strict monogamy, and if that's how their marriages are set up (or in the case of Braunwynn and her husband - strict monogamy other than threesomes, lol), then yes, their behavior would be cheating.  I'm only saying that we don't really have a way of knowing, unless they specify.  Tamra's confessional could easily mean she actually doesn't know for sure if she cheated, though I actually feel pretty sure she knows it was fine (whether it was because it was a woman or because it was a show for the show or combo of both) for her relationship with Eddie, and she was just being cutesy with her comment.  I'm no Tamra fan, but I think she actually loves her husband and wants her marriage and wouldn't push the boundaries with Eddie far enough to risk losing him.
