Should have gotten the same actors back. So that witch is just going to kidnap and kill another girl, irsn't she? Great solve of the problem there dead boys... Oh they got Ruth Connell. Well that's fun. Why can she reprise the character she played in Doom Patrol but not the boys? Overall this was entertaining enough. I'll give it a few more episodes, see how it developes.

They are only six episodes in and Elsbeth's cheery, chatty, hyper-observant, deliberately underestimated schtick has already gotten both boring and irritating enough that I root for the murderers...

That's when I came on board. I don't remember shitty or abusive mod behavior until TWoP got established and the Howard types made posting miserable. They'd follow you around to every thread you posted on and five you warnings until they could ban you. Previously TV was the same founders as MBTV and TWoP IIRC.They'd build a forum up and then sell it. I call it the JJ Abrams syndrome, they start great projects they walk away. I think David Cole created this current place IIRC, I don't knownif he was from MBTV days or not. It was nice for awhile, then the mod squad exploded and there were mods everywhere all the time. Then it got very weird and militant with mods randomly warning and banning and sending nasty DMs to posters because they had the power to do so, and their lead fostered that toxic environment. It was also confusing because mods also posted as posters so you never knew how to interact with them as I think most mods were former posters. I feel like someone should write a timeline of the evolution fro. MBTV to now (if you know 'blah blah blah fishcakes', then you've been around for a long time!).

And since he was too scared to go alone to start with you have to have a chore you can take him on with his basketball / D&D buddy who can't see him. Perhaps the difference is that Toranaga was sent out as a hostage like Lady Mariko was sent to Buntaro as his wife and Lady Fuji to the hatamoto as his consort. Being "taken" hostage is beyond the diplomatic norms in the Japans. You know that Isido, he is just a predictable bureaucrat. He has to come attack Lord Toranaga before more clans breakaway because he took their diplomatic mission to the heir hostage. And there can only be one place my screen will funnel the enemy to. But that is to much talk for the narrator. At this point they haven't lost, Lord Isido lost. Even before he gave them 2/5ths of the council the Taiko had already started taking steps against the Christians. For the Catholics a heretic lives among them , but he has been neutered without the Royal Navy coming to back him up.. Getting to a noticeable Christian loss would be the unwritten sequel featuring one of Lord Toranaga's other sons that folks have been clamoring for.

I think Spencer will be back sooner than Morgan, recast or otherwise. But I'm willing to bet they hold the role open for a bit a la JJ in the hopes Chavez's career fizzles and he starts looking to pay the rent. Which is probably a good idea.

Instead Sheldon would have met Howard at M.I.T. and they would have become roommates together in Boston. One night Howard gets Sheldon to come out with him to this basement bar he has discovered and Sheldon ends up marrying Diane. Yeah. Sheldon totally blew it by being scared off by a little snow and running off to his second choice instead but could never admit it.

I would bet money it was the agent/social media manager not him who did the unfollowing. A lot of those types still see soaps as a ghetto particularly for young stars. With Nik out of the picture Im not sure a recast is necessary. The Cassadines aren't looking like a priority for this team. And a new love interest for Trina may be smarter than trying to nail a recast. Im sure the character will come back eventually but I thought the same about Morgan who had a similar no body death. But I can't fault him for leaving. Unless you want to be a lifer, do your three years and go.
