While the students and parents/family members in the audience will be stressed, as they are missing Game 6 of the NBA playoffs (I'm in Canada), I'm stressed, as I'm missing the finale of Project Runway. He says it doesn't make sense to corset someone who's already stick thin. The option to spend $300 at Mood, but it comes out of their work time. Garo wants to make yet another look even though he already has so many options. Garo doesn't use that silver dress the judges loved. He says his goal was to make it to the finale. Hmm... Christian says kind words. I'm gonna miss seeing him regularly. The show space is beautiful. I feel they didn’t really showcase Karli too much. I liked Christian as a mentor, but I always liked him even before this. I thought I’d miss Tim but oddly I didn’t because Christian did a great job. Mystery holes & stains. Contestants past & present. Sebastian's was beautiful. Loved the colors, asymmetrical collars, pants, flowy white dresses, the belts. I cried. I didn't like Garo's shiny fabrics. His worst look was on.... wait for it.... model Kate. They avoided showing her face. Big mistake leaving out the silver dress. Huge. I liked some of Hester's jackets & little tops & the finale dress. Dear God, who told that model to spin like that!? There were actually a couple of Hester's looks I didn't hate -- the dress with the clear vinyl/plastic was not horrible and looked like something someone who is edgy could wear and receive positive side-eye. The rest of it? Not so much. . . Garo isn't going to win -- agree that he started off elegant and went downhill after the white pants. Pulling for Sebastian! He already is a known entity in fashion and he has a successful business. It will still be considered a success for him because it has elevated his profile, and he knows that -- I'm sure that was a large part of why he went into the whole thing in the first place. Even if he doesn't win, he's expanded his exposure for an already existing successful brand. The other two are trying to "launch" and a win or loss for them will be much more life-alteringly impactful.
