Omg, soooo coming out of my watching hiatus to see the Bodega Boys on Wednesday, I adore them and can’t wait for their new show! I actually hope Whoopi is back for them, they interviewed her on their old Viceland show, it will be interesting to see her interview them, and how their BX style will translate onto the stuffiness of the View 😁 also wondering if they’ll let Abby and Meghan sit in on the segment, they pull no punches, that’s for sure!

And things escalated from there.  After a few back and forth, Joy took a drink of water and spat it out towards the steps and said  something like " let this water get the words out of my mouth".  The audience went crazy cheering for Joy and they stopped taping. A guy - maybe a producer - went running over to Mm and she appeared to be defending herself.  

Want to bet that will be cut from the show?  I haven't seen any stories on it floating around yet.

Nope. They didn’t show it. I guess it came after Meg’s comment about the far right not wanting to compromise and criticizing candidates like Biden or Klobachur (so?) for working across party lines. I can see Joy pushing back on this. 

Was Meg not present at the end when everyone else was dancing with the Beautiful cast?  I didn’t see her.

Actually, it's now more than a week!!!  Supposedly pneumonia!!!

Within the last few months I had pneumonia as a complication of the flu and nearly died.  Recovery time typically is 4-6 weeks. It took me more like 10.  Whoopi could definitely be out 2 or 3 weeks or more as a result of pneumonia.

Pneumonia can take a very long time, especially at her age.  She smokes a lot of pot and that compromises her lungs.  A friend of mine was on intravenous antibiotics for weeks (at home).   

Well damn, not seeing the rumble but at lease we know it happened and got a description.  This is likely to show up this week during hot topics. 

I like the way Joy is dressing these days.  I loved her frayed jacket and the one today, too.

They taped today's show on Wednesday. I guess Friday's was probably taped on Thursday.

Mary J Blige looks beautiful and great, but I really thought she was about 55. She carries herself with an elegance and maturity that I don't possess and I'm only a few years younger than she is. 😣 (I bet MJB would never use an emoji.)

Poor Sara and Michael, making weekly visits to The View in order to bring the tv audience over to their show. Sorry, I'm not watching that crap show no matter what chairs they use. I wonder if they've visited Kelly and Ryan 🤔😉.

It annoyed me when M and S joked about the new name of the show - I still think it should be Michael and Sara or Strahan and Haines - it is disrespectful in this day and age for the new title Strahan and (just) Sara, imo.
