Jenelle: Birther Of 3, Mother To None

Everyone knows Ensley does not have Down syndrome. Posts suggesting that she does will be removed and warnings issued. Posts such as these leave the impression that an arguably unflattering picture could somehow be construed as a child being disabled is considered ableist and is against the rules of the board.

All I got to say is that Jenelle is really lucky being a young, ‘pretty’ female when she brandished a gun on someone else’s property no matter if he threatened her or not.  She gets away with everything

I'm going to hell, but how I wish those people had pulled out their own gun and let her have it. The way David and Jenelle have no qualms about protecting their property, I wish these people had "stood their ground".

Is North Carolina an open carry state?  I’m too lazy to look it up.  Just another thing to ponder in this situation because I’m guessing Jenelle never took the time or interest to take a CCW class for her permit, if required in her state.  Which, pro or anti gun, I did take the class and got my permit and learned A LOT about the laws and my rights, etc.  It was a very informative class. I rarely carry, but could if I so desired.

First call was to David who told her to pull a gun

second call was to her mother blaming her for making her pull a gun out. (Because of course everything is Barbara’s fault)

third call was to 911 covering her tracks, making sure it’s on record she was the victim.

Fiurth call was to good old Dustin! (Because nothing is ever Jenelle fault) you know she has Dustin on speed dial or favorites since there is no such thing as speed dial anymore!

That's reading to me a bit like a shortened transcript of what the guy said, and somewhat on the fly (dispatcher's summary?). If so, reproducing the slang gives the responding officers a bit of a flavor of who and what they might be about to walk up on.

My ONLY qualm about this scenario is Jace and probably Kai were in the car. She's a nut and I really hate her.

Yes to the first 3.  But didn’t Dustin fire her ass???  Which makes it even better because good luck, pal!  Better be wishing on your lucky court star.

Oh, God, Nathan's using that stupid hmmm emoji, too.

I took a break from reading here earlier and watched Young & Pregnant. Almost a bit of a palate cleanser (I think some of these stories are going to turn out ok, and frankly, I'm more interested in those than in the various trainwreck grandparents.).  Way to go Jenelle, stealing the new girls' spotlight, a week early!

(note to MTV - I'm fine just keeping up with Jenelle via leaked police reports and the internet.  I know how this story turns out - not the details, but the basic outline is pretty predictable.  I'd rather watch Lexi & Ashley & Jade. Also, Kayla's baby is super cute. Probably doomed, but cute.).

It's a quote. There are a few more quotes in that report. Quotations are missing.

I just came across a post from Jeremy to Nathan about getting his son. I figured he was the second child.

What's the point? He doesn't do anything.

Sounds like by his own account he threatened her before she pulled the gun - but then again, she's the one who came raging on to his property! And, it's not clear whether that was before or after she hit two vehicles and ran over his mailbox.  Doesn't sound like anyone is a saint here, and I don't think she was still there by the time the police showed up (if she was, her account would probably be in the report, too) - so it may take a bit to figure out what there is probable cause to believe actually happened. Nothing pretty, though, that's for sure.

It does sound like the other guy was pulling crap too. But why go chasing trouble? I have my kids in the car and some ass is messing with me on the road? I call the cops and pull into a well populated area to wait for them. If the guy drives off, all the better. Jenelle is so immature, she just doesn't want anyone to "win". All I'd care about is making my kids safe.

All I've got to say is that I agree. Had Jenelle been a young, black man instead of a young, white woman, something tells me this would have ended differently.

Also, I hope they did a drug screen when she was in custody.

Was she actually in custody, though? Was she taken in/booked for this?

It is an open carry state.  Also, my friends who (responsibly) own & carry guns (I live in the South) are always saying that your car is considered an extension of your home, so you can legally have your gun in your car.

Ya'll, this isn't going to end well. Jenelle is off her rocker and David is even more off of his rocker.  Plus, guns are in the mix.  (And I'm thinking maybe drugs...like meth? Would that make you aggressive & crazy like this?) Chasing down someone who you think has been tailgating you/cut in front of you with KIDS in the car & then brandishing a gun & destroying his property is INSANE - like even insane for Jenelle.  This is the start of the last spiral, I'm afraid.  This is bad.  Scary bad. Save Kaiser! Save Maryssa & Ensley! Keep Jace at Barb's! But most of all SAVE KAISER!

The South? ;)

It barely registered to me, either.  But I suppose it's not something most people see in official reports. :)

You are correct it is an extension of your home and I knew that, but forgot when I was typing my thoughts last night.

Dammit.  I thought maybe I had something here.  Like anything is gonna happen to her tho.  SMH

I think this is how it may have gone down....

Since we know they're filming, I'm assuming Jenelle has to do stuff without David around (since he's been fired from the show).  You know the girl was SO STRESSED because she probably had to take Jace to therapy & do a custody exchange with Kaiser without David.  She was probably sooo stressed from having to deal with two kids by herself.  David has probably thrown a fit about not being on the show again & made her feel like MTV is the enemy (and she wouldn't have to be all alooone & stressed out with the kids if big, bad MTV hadn't fired him).  She's also probably worried David will be sliding up into people's DMs or having them over while she's off filming/driving without him, too.  Then a guy tailgates her and cuts her off and Jenelle LOSES it.

She takes out all her frustrations with MTV, the kids, David, Barb, David's female social media followers, and whoever else she thinks is wronging her (cause it's never her fault) on the guy who tailgated her and cut her off...  It all just boiled over and BAM- crazy Jenelle following a guy who she allegedly feels threatened by, destroying his property, and brandishing a gun...all with kids in the car. Ugh.

I doubt anything will happen to her and I doubt she'll lose any custody/visitation over this because Lucky Court Stah and all....

Same.  If I’m going into town at night or traveling to a bigger city alone, I take my gun with me. I don’t have a CCW but if I’m in a situation in my car, I’ll be protected.  I would never pull it in a road rage incident.  Good grief! I want to say I’m surprised, but I’m not. But that the MTV cameras captured it is suprising.

I will be most interested in what MTV does. They fired Farrah over porn, David for a twitter rant. If they don't fire her, they are total assholes. They need to fire her and keep Barb  so we  can  get updates.

The stupidity and rage just oozes out of Jenelle. She's was being filmed, fercrissake, and couldn't keep her rage under control. I don't know how it all works but, let's say she ripped the GoPro out of her car when she got home and deleted the footage. Is what's being filmed transmitted to production as it's happening? What was captured by the camera in her car is not edited footage and could surely be used by law enforcement.

The YouTube video I posted is a good one and the woman does an excellent job of calling out MTV for not giving a shit about the children they're using for $$$.
