I was watching this video from 2008, it is weird to see them not dancing to thunderstruck, but still awesome. Meredith's kicks are majestic, BUT that whole kick was a mess in the final 6 kicks omgg 😂 i can see Kelly and Judy screaming

but still, very interesting.

It looks like they got out of sync after the leg lift. before that, they were kicking together.

It's interesting that they performed how many different pre-game routines back in the day and they looked good, not always perfect, but still good.  And now they perform the same routine over and over, and it's still not always perfect - lines are crooked, timing is off, etc.  Maybe listening to TS over and over, they just blank out:)

This is a good kick line with Meredith, Kristen and Tia.

If I do this right, I’m attaching a very grainy 2008 performance to ‘Move, Move, Shake, Shake.’ Nichole Hamilton is killing it (as always) along with Brooke, Trisha, Erica, Meredith. Ladies all look fabulous!! Brittney Evans high kicks are AMAZING! Love how they come off the field.....

Me too:)  I can post from YouTube and that’s about it.  I would love to post Nicole’s father/daughter dance from her wedding but it’s on Kelsey Bond’s IG stories and I have a problem with IG🤓

I don’t know how to do either. If my daughters aren’t around (ones away at college), I can’t post anything. Plus, my girls think my DCC obsession is pretty....crazy! 🤪🤪🤪 Nicole is a gorgeous bride!

Man during X the line at our bottom left don't look straight and I could hear Judy screaming lines compared to the other 3 straight lines or maybe thats me.

 

Off topics. Did anyone see Jenna's Instagram stories? (I don't know how to link that) where she quoted Kat Dunn former tcc, (so not sure whether I should put this here because Jenna was on the team but Kat wasn't) who was quoted saying "bb fans dont conspire and tagged Jenna with sorry. Am I reading too much into it that Kat pushed Jenna off the I'll be on BB over you thing?

No clue but it is odd (the linked story on Jenna's IG story).

Kat Dunn has some wild rambling continuous vent/story/whatever going on hr own IG story.  I couldn't make it past the first 3 installments before I peaced out.

Wonder what the real tea is between Jenna & Kat D. though.

Thats what I was wondering myself I got as far as the first one then fell asleep because it was that boring for my brain to handle!!!! I wonder if Kat is friends with Jenna I know its a triangle in there between Jenna being "besties" with Sydney and Sydney has a history with Kat with Kat having dated someone Sydney knows (I forgot the story there) and then those 2 being friends.

I agree. They are hideous, but BUT BUT I do like the fact at least they kind of went with the dresses they got on but they could've done without the fur and they'd have look as good. But it does make the girls look like Cruella De Vil with her fur coats made with dots from dogs fur.

 

As for Jenna ... I wish she was on BB at the same time as Kat that would have been hilarious. I only got as  far as watching the first episode ... streaming it on lunch breaks at work, from the uk I kinda fell asleep watching so got bored of streaming it on mobile data.

 

Off topic of Jenna and everyone else. Just saw on dear darling "toxic" Chelsea Chaney is engaged (congrats) and that Cassie trammell said Chelsea is one of her best friends. I didn't know that never saw them as close.

Agreed...I think it's the faux fur look that I don't like.  A simple gray wrap would have been better 🙂

I'm just a fan of simple...my best friend wanted us to use faux fur muffs and wraps for her December wedding but her sister (MOH) told her no and I'm glad she opted to not have us wear them.  Would I have worn them if she decided to use them...of course 😉  because it wasn't about me 😛 but I wouldn't have liked it, lol.

I've always wondered what happened to Cassie & Melissa's relationship.  Melissa was portrayed as Cassie's BFF on the DCC Wedding Special and DCC MTT.  However, it doesn't appear that they hang out much now.  Cassie seems to hang out with a lot of former DCC's but Melissa doesn't seem to be among them.  Does anyone know what happened to their friendship?

I liked Melissa’s special shoes, the turquoise Converse cause, well turquoise, but didn’t like the chunky red shoes they wore for the ceremony.

If I remember right, the wedding was planned so quickly, Cousin Randy didn't have time but offered his help any way he could.

And regarding Kandi, if it's true - why worry about the policy at that time, and as for MIL - it should be up to Dad to decide if/when daughters get the jewelry.

There’s probably three sides to the story and who knows where the truth lies  I feel terrible for the two little girls caught in the middle without their mom.

When my hubby of 30 years passed, his oldest sister tried to undermine some of the process of moving forward. Apparently I wasn't doing things the way she thought the should be done. What she didn't know was that he & I discussed everything all during the 30+ years we were together. Where his stuff was going, what I was keeping, etc. She kept at me over the first few weeks....until after his celebration of life, which was perfect for him. If you aren't sure how things will go down after a death GET IT IN WRITING...

I'm so sorry for your loss, @CrazyMoon, and that it was compounded by family battles. I recognize the sympathetic slant towards the widow, but honestly, Kandi's defense sounds weak to me. Why would a mother not entrust the finances, heirlooms, and schooling of her children to their father? The date of changing the beneficiaries is wildly suspicious to me, and I'd be hard pressed to think that someone who is actively dying from cancer is operating at full mental capacity. If she had been so concerned about what her husband would do with that money and her jewelry, I'd think she would have changed her policy sooner. And if she was that worried about her husband's inability to care properly for her children, including managing their finances, I would think there would have been additional legal efforts to do something about custody. But, to leave him with the care of their daughters and to take away her life insurance policy to make it harder to secure her kids' financial futures--that sounds fishy to me. But yes, as someone posted above, there likely are multiple sides to this story, as with every story. I wish him well and the best for those little girls.

Two reasons come to mind...either Kandi & her mom are manipulative, or he's not as sweet as he seems as the "grieving widower".  Maybe he has some vices and she was worried that the money wouldn't go to the girls.  It is sad, but I believe Kandi and the mom that there's a lot more going on that he's not owning up to.

(Disclaimer: IANAL)If he bought the policy, wouldn’t he be the only one who could change the beneficiary?  Re:the jewelry—It seems to me that unless there was a will legally giving the items to the sister and Mom, then it would all belong to the spouse as next of kin. I’ll be interested to see what happens.

Lord yes, wills for everyone! I don’t even have any children and I have one.  Makes it easier for everyone when things are just spelled out. That said, Kandi and her mom could be rotten people. Or that jewelry and Rolex could have been from their side of the family. He could have been cheating on his sick wife. They just might not trust that he’ll do right by the girls. They could all three be awful people or all three be wonderful with good intentions. I hate to think anyone is truly evil, but death and assets do terrible things to normally good people all the time. Tears up families and friends. I just hope the two kiddos find peace and love and are relatively shielded from the drama best he can.
