Ha...beat me to it. What I love most about this: knowing that when Josh swiped this guy's photo and posted it as his own, he looked at the picture and actually believed it looked like him, at least enough that if he could wrangle a live hookup the woman wouldn't say, hey...where's the dude in the picture? Sooo telling that he didn't dare post an actual picture of himself. He needed a stolen, souped-up fantasy version of "Josh the Man." I hope the real guy soaks him for plenty. Tsk tsk, Smugs--you may never shake off the stink. Jesus...to be not yet 30, and to have made a public jesting stock of your whole life.

I believe that you can sue for this.  Especially considering his likeness was being used without his permission for Joshy's benefit.  And if he can prove that his business has suffered because of it, he most likely has a juicy case.

I swear, who DOES crap like this?  Opens up social media and dating website accounts and uses someone else's picture without their permission?

The tight knit Catholic family part doesn't reconcile with this (NSFW), but all that seems irrelevant for a claim of "wrongful use of his image, and for damages". He could win, the guy is/was some sort of aspiring model. 

As far as I can remember, Josh only used that guy's photo on the OkCupid profile, so it'd be for that alone.

It doesn't come across as opportunistic to me. This guy has waited a year and can demonstrate how being associated with Josh has negatively impacted his  livelihood.  That one hooker ran to a shark the moment chum hit the water.  He used several of his photos and created social media accounts with his likeness too. It's not like he took one photo and used it once.

Hmmmmmmm so Josh-u-a has been out of rehab since March-Ish.  It's now August and there have not been any pregnancy announcements.  I'm surprised, I thought for sure Anna would've been pregnant by now.  Any bets on how long it takes them to make the announcement?  My bets are on October.  Or after JinJer's wedding, if that happens in October.

I think it would be a disaster. Anna can't carry the TV interviews about the baby by herself. They really can't ignore the father, can't really social media it, can't appear in interviews about it. It's also a 5th baby, big deal. Honestly, they can't afford to put Josh 'out there' with a new wedding and baby coming up. These are cold, calculating, opportunistic people. I think Michelle would buy bc pills or drive Anna to the abortion clinic and not bat an eye. The show must go on.

I remember his reaction to Meredith's announcement.  He was still asleep and Anna and company stormed into the bedroom and jumped on the bed, all but screaming the news.  He was confused at first but then his face dropped when he realized it wasn't a dream.   And that was before all this happened.

Scumbag Josh Duggar had what a YEAR to apologize to the guy he stole his picture/identity from - humiliating him,  embarrassing him, causing him professional and personal difficulties, and yet Josh did nothing to make amends in any way.  Meaning only one thing - Josh is NOT reformed, never has been, and is still only looking out for himself.   Josh obviously regrets only one thing and that is getting caught.   He's probably watching porn right now under some other alias as he plans his next paid for sex encounter.

Well said. The Duggars have absolutely nothing to gain with a 5th Mkid. The absence of Josh is already one massively obese elephant in the room. They wouldn't be able to film a baby shower, gender reveal or birth without including him and I'm not sure if the viewing audience is ready for that. It's already going to be challenging enough with the upcoming Duggalo nuptials. As much as people loathe the Duggars nobody actually wants to see Josh's victims being forced to interact with him on camera. The girls may have genuinely forgiven and moved on, but it will come across as very skeevy to the viewers.

I guess that means we won't get to see what Smugs pulls out of his hat for the Duggalo wedding. But then again how could he top jumping out of the congregation with his cool shades on & grabbing Anna during the recessional like he did at the Dullards wedding? (Said sarcastically)

JB would never let Josh out of his sight after this. He went to DC and look what happened. Josh is too much of a liablty to be left to his own devices. Even if he's not on the show any more, he's still recognizable as JB's son.

Ish. I kinda think she would have to be. We know she is super fertile and (presumably) joyfully available. And we know Josh is a Horndog on a short leash. 2 + 2 = 4. 

And just think, he barely knew Meredith since he was away so much of her first months  great time to add another kid.

Can anyone help me get rid of this? I started to make a comment on it weeks ago, decided what I was going to say didn't really work, and now it's stuck in the reply box and starts to play every. single. time. I open this thread. Maybe actually including it in my post will make it stop.
